They have good stuff, but i felt a bit uncomfortable there and felt like the people there were not so nice. The staff looked a bit uninterested and answers felt a bit direct, rude and condescending. Maybe I am wrong, but it's my anecdotal and honest opinion.

I'd give it half a star if it could. Super uninterested and unfriendly people here. I would 100% recommend bax shop and you can still drink your coffee somewhere else.

To be fair and to explain the 2 stars only: the place looks awesome and the concept is very nice. But I came twice to buy small stuf (strings, capo, etc) and I had the feeling that I was disturbing... so I may have come unluckily at a bad time twice...

We agreed when Im back in Switzerland we'll disuses the issue. Bad I paid 248 EUR got 238 CHF Back without asking, if I do a mistake I pay the double Exchange rate. Nothing. Rude rude rude! I often pass by the Guitar bar , it really is a great shop run in a old fashioned relaxed , manner . and...long may it continue , excellent service , excellent selection of Gear ,A perfect Guitar shop with great coffee as well.... Best wishes . al

Nice collection of pedals. Bought two power distributors from here. Very helpful staff. I stopped by recently and they had a private function going on but still accommodated me. Also the coffee is good

First time I went to The Guitar Bar, looking for some strings for my new acoustic guitar and got a very friendly and helpful reception! Plenty of useful information for a beginning player! Beautiful selection of guitars as well! Will definitely come here again for my guitar needs! And maybe have a coffee next time as well! 😁

Everything people said on the reviews with one star is true. The guy in the store has anger issue and he somehow thinks that it’s ok to be extremely agressive from the minute you enter the store.

Very cozy place with a nice owner. Coffee was nothing out of the ordinary, but not really something you expect from a guitar store. The owner had a great variety in guitars, basses and other instruments and accessories. Really recommend if you want to just take a coffee and look at some instruments.

Today my friend brought me Elliott Capo, which she bought from you. On the website it was written " Slightly used". But the 225 Euro capo is just broken. The thread is worn out. The capo simply cannot clamp the strings, it scrolls. Slightly used? Check the photo

I had been eyeballing an instrument for a few days, every time I walked past the store. I finally went in when they were open, but I unded up walking out after being treated so rudely. Cool vibe to the store, too bad the help ruined it for me.

Excellent guitar & gear store with a laid back atmosphere. Professional and flexible service by the owners Dries and Walter . No problem at all if you want to try all the pedals in the store for a couple of hours and only buy two. Musicians and gear nerds suffering from the Gear Acquisition Syndrome… Visit The Guitar Bar anyway!
