Had a great experience while purchasing a refrigerator during Black Friday 2021. The staff were very professional and quick in action while catering my requests and queries. Namely Ms. Sachini and Mr. Hasitha. The service is 100 times better than Daraz. Would recommend anyone to purchase through Singer. This is my 3rd time purchasing.

Bought a DVD home theater system for Rs29000 in 2020 and there was an issue with the DVD tray so I gave the it back to Singer to repair and asked for a quotation. They are asking for Rs22000 to repair that small issue. What a great service

I bought a fan from Singer and it almost caught fire. One day, I felt heat coming from it and a burning smell. I'm very disappointed. I'm even more upset that they refused to let me exchange it for another brand and insisted that I continue using it after repairs!

This is a consumer electronics showroom and it's as expected, a regular singer showroom. We went there looking for an old school analogue radio and we were sure it is there because we checked the websites first. But the only unit they had was faulty and the customer assistant girl helped us and gave instructions about a place where the model we look is available.

Good service here, they have good discounts of electronics & home appliances, warranty is given when bought, also offer free delivery to your home.

Have good variety of electronic goods with some branded products. It has around three car parking space.
