I
had
a
really
bad
experience
at
Keetel
Mobile
(Bekariya
Junction)
and
I
want
to
share
my
disappointment
with
their
service.
My
visit
to
the
store
left
me
feeling
very
upset
and
frustrated.
I
went
to
Keetel
Mobile
to
get
my
phone
fixed,
but
instead,
they
ended
up
making
it
even
worse.
It's
really
disappointing
that
a
professional
phone
shop
would
make
such
a
mistake,
especially
since
I
trusted
them
with
my
valuable
device.
What
made
things
even
worse
was
their
customer
service.
Instead
of
taking
responsibility
for
their
mistake,
they
kept
trying
to
blame
others
and
didn't
take
any
action
to
fix
the
problem.
It
felt
like
they
were
more
interested
in
defending
themselves
rather
than
making
things
right.
Additionally,
they
used
a
lot
of
technical
words
and
jargon
that
were
difficult
for
non-technical
customers
to
understand,
which
added
to
the
frustration
and
made
the
situation
even
more
confusing.
Another
frustrating
thing
was
their
lack
of
clear
communication.
They
never
gave
me
clear
information
about
how
long
the
repair
would
take
or
what
they
were
going
to
do
to
fix
it
and
it
is
impact.
It
seemed
like
they
were
trying
to
hide
things
from
me
and
making
excuses
instead
of
owning
up
to
their
mistake.
Overall,
my
experience
with
Keetel
Mobile
was
a
complete
pathetic.
I
strongly
advise
against
trusting
them
with
any
phone
repairs
or
purchases.
They
were
careless,
their
customer
service
was
poor,
and
they
didn't
take
responsibility
for
their
actions.
I
regret
going
to
their
store
and
I
want
others
to
avoid
them.
By
sharing
my
experience,
I
hope
to
save
others
from
the
frustration
and
inconvenience.
