I Recently did my Graduation dressing with Sulaiha Bridle they Charge me Rs.9000 was not a small amount of money service was Make up,Saree Draping and shawl wrapping its horrible actually Ms.Sulaiha send Assistant not her I didn't expect this and my saree Draping and Shawl wrapping was horrible I'm really Disappointed, Make up was not good but ok all other a big 00000 she took more than 1.5hrs but nothing upto satisfaction i heard she recived a call she said Madam ill finish soon and she was in hurry to finish my saree draping but at the time i asked her its not fitting properly but she was making excuses not to fix 😔 and i told i Dont like lipstick colour she was about to use but she said its matching all dresses and she used it, shawl and saree is not in stable position i was really in trouble due to this on my special day. really Disappointing service I'll never go again and I'll never recommend her service.

Akki i came all the way from kurunagale to dehiwela for ur saloon to do a facial as i was clueless what facial to be done on my face and was terrified as i traveled from so far to Sulaiha Bridals but worth the distance this was my first facial and the best facial of my entire life. You were very kind and down to earth😍😍 that you analyzed my skin type,explained it to me what it is and patiently answered all my questions and specially during your busy day u gave me your time and explained what facial is best on my skin and pampered me during the Orange facial u did on me where as i fell a deep sleep during the facial and felt very very relaxed and rejuvnated after the facial and the glow was real💗 thanx for making my first facial THE BEST!! First of all I would like to thank youuu alotttt 2days before I did a Whitening facial at sulaiha bridals, and waited for my skin to show results but I was amazed as I could see results within a day and my family members was passing good comments about my face ,My skin feels refreshed and gives a glam shiny look thank you so much. she was simply amazing and did a greatttttt job, the service was so good that I was pulled back by myself today to get my nails done at sulaiha bridals and wow even that was perfectly done .. I've been to many Salon and noticed that everything would be done by the assistants. For the 1st time I saw Mrs.Sulaiha was not the same, she was so amazing! Was always having a watch and time to time she too was doing my Keratin treatment... And also Hafsa, was just amazing...lovely girl..had an amazing time with them! Extremely satisfied with the Keratin Treatment! Would recommend Sulaiha Bridal to anyone! Go Girls! Keep rocking! All the best!!

Wouldn’t recommend their service. I went for a facial and one girl was handling the facial, handling other customers and answering calls. Many times I was just waiting on the bed for more than 20mins. Further it was obvious that the person was not experienced in her work, she literally cut my skin during the threading and didn’t know how to pull out the blackheads in a proper manner, I felt my skin getting scraped and I have the scars now!

I have to give credit where its due. Let me be honest, Mrs Sulaiha I don't know what to say but your simply amazing and your customer service was utmost the best so as YOU. I was looking for another salon & ended up coming to your beautiful salon I'm sorry I did not fix an appointment in your salon and just came from no where and was already late for my occasion and badly wanted a  attractive hairstyle on me. When I told you this u were like okay let's do this and with your magical hands, you did a greatt beautiful hairstyle on me, within so less time like 15 to 20 minutes and I was amazed how could such a beautiful hairstyle done with in such less time and more detaily it was very neat👌🏻 thankyou Mrs Sulaiha I was so impressed about your talent and the way u treat your customers. Me and my coisin sisters visited sulaiha bridal for a wedding .. she gave us a phenomenal look everyone loved it and i will definetely suggest sulaiha bridal as the perfect place for a perfect look

Disappointed with the service and its too expensive for a normal makeup and hair style. They charged for both 7k they told they want to use the machine but at the last they didn't use any machine but took the same price with a normal hairstyle. And the makeup was horrible And for my sister its a hijab look the hijab was too lose after some times the hijab start to fall off Really very disappointed with your service The make up was not much good as they post in the social media.

Fixed a prior appoinment for a wedding with Sulaiha Bridals for my self and another friend of mine. Mrs.Sulaiha made us wait at the lobby for 30 minutes and sent her assistant asking us to return as she can not do a hair style or make over as promised. The salon does not even have the courtesy to call over and cancel the appoinment if the can not take it up. My friend and I were stranded at that time of the night and could not find another stylist to help us out, obviously as most salons close at 7pm. The salon lacks customer service etiquettes and professionalism. Extremely rude behaviour towards a client. Am highly disappinted with the way we were treated. I shall not go to this salon again especially after the way we were treated and would not recommend this place to any one as you never know when Mrs.Sulaiha would cancel your appoinment and leave you stranded at that point of the night mercilessly. Undoubtedly you may be a talented artist, but your lack of mannerism, etiquette and lack of empathy towards a client very well shows your level and calliber of professionalism.
