Very good apartment.

There are two wings from 6 yrs ago and another just 3 yrs back. 6 floors each with about 4 apartments per floor. You get to choose from 2 to 3 BR apartments. Not so much of a view but the Sea and Bolgoda lake could be seen, indirectly. Prime joint in Moratuwa with easy accessibility to almost anything.

Melbourne Tower Residencies is an apartment complex in Moratuwa Sri Lanka with a decent crowd residing at the condominium. Easy access to Colombo business city, even by bus and train, very near to Moratuwa bus interchange and train station. 15min drive to Panadura. Can be enjoyed quiet environment and nice view of Bolgoda Lake and Indian Ocean with colorful sunset. This is very convenient place to live.

Worst accommodations for tourists or locals, over priced, no friendly managers or staff, awful gym and pool facilities. No proper management. Just plain pathetic. Don't waste your time, Accommodation rates are just over the top, it is more reasonable to stay at a good 4 star hotel.

Situated in a iconic spot. Easy access to transport services. Calm and peaceful environment. Rooftop view is awesome.

Apartments are good in condition but very hot inside without A/C .pool is good.

Super value for money. Decent crowd. Well maintained and super location.
