Very reasonable . Staff was really good and friendly . But basic needs such as shampoo, soap, blankets werent there. But the staff was kind enough to provide them on request .

I wish I could give this place more stars to be honest. The hotel itself is quite nice with a great common area. However, linens were the worst we've seen yet, just very thin, stained and with huge holes! Rooms were big and clean and with ac, but it wasn't working when we checked in. Don't be scared to call this out as they needed to both did the fuse switch from main switch and replace batteries in the remote. The fan was just not enough to keep us Canadians cool so ac was a must for us. Breakfast was good and well priced. Staff speak limited english but with a bit of humour and patience could get by and they did help us with restaurants and a taxi. Location is close to the beach and restaurants which was good.

This is a simple hotel with good sized rooms, fans and AC and in our room, a shower, toilet and basin and a small balcony. For the price paid it was good value. Tea for two in the morning was lkr 140. Mt Lavinia is close by with beaches and restaurants.

The rooms are OK, large and with AC and en suite bathroom. Arrived at the airport late and during a holiday and the airport transfer service was expensive at $42 USD (45min ride though). The hotel was also very expensive due to inflated prices because of their new year. Inflated price was definitely not worth the stay. Top floor shower had little water pressure.

Realy realy nice liked it all. The workers were nice and fun. Really nice and clean rooms. Nice garden, nice everything only problem encountered is the mosquitos in the lobby. They are really annoying when you eat. But really good place if you sum it all.

The house and some of the staff are actually nice, BUT! The rooms, especially the bed, sheets, pillows, towels and bathroom are very dirty!!! If it would not have been so late we would have left right after arrival.

Sauber war hier gar nichts, dünne zerrissene Bettwäsche, keine Decke, nicht einmal ein Bettlaken zum zudecken, Haare und Flecken auf der Ablage im Bad sowie auf dem Bettlaken, überall Staub, Mücken ohne Ende, kein Mückenschutz. Erst auf Anfrage erhielt ich ein Mückennetz und einen Stecker für die Steckdose ( als ich fragte warum diese Dinge nicht schon vor meinem Einzug im Zimmer sind, sagte man mir, zu teuer), was die 2te Nacht erträglicher machte. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Handtuch und Clopapier musste man auch erbeteln. Am letzten Tag raste sogar eine fette Kakalake im Zimmer hin und her. Bei booking.com hieß es man bezahlt direkt vor Ort, trotzdem wurde meine Kreditkarte belastet. Und zwar mit mehr als bei der Buchung angegeben, nämlich anstatt 40,78 $ wurden 44,52€ abgebucht!! Anstatt 37,90€! Dazu kommt, das angegeben ist, das es eine Gemeinschaftsküche gibt. Ich hatte noch Lebensmittel, deshalb habe ich bei der Buchung darauf geachtet. Die musste ich ebenfalls mühsam erfragen. Das Beste jedoch ist, das man diese bezahlen soll und zwar 500 rupia! Das steht so nirgendwo und finde ich es unmöglich, für 500 rupia bekomme ich in Sri Lanka schon ein fertiges Abendessen! Vor dem Hotel liegt ein großes Stück Blech, das eine Vertiefung abdecken soll. Jedes mal wenn ein Auto drüber fährt, ist das sehr laut zu hören. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Neben mir war ein Herr, der am Tag da. 20 Stunden telefonierte, im Zimmer, im Bad, auf dem Balkon ... auch das hat mich ziemlich gestört. Strand ist in der Nähe, aber der Weg dorthin kostete mich etwas Überwindung. Die Stadt ist in meinen Augen nicht schön und auch nicht sicher, nur einen Vorteil hat der Aufenthalt dort, die Nähe zum Flughafen.
