My sister recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Zenith Dentistry for teeth whitening, and I must say it was nothing short of a disappointment. My sister was charged a staggering LKR 80,000 for a simple teeth whitening procedure. To put it mildly, this pricing was outrageously exorbitant, especially considering the fact that teeth whitening is widely available at a fraction of the cost in many other reputable dental practices. It was such a disappointment that my sister chose this place since she knew Dr Abby's sister and thought it would be reliable to visit this place hence there was a mutual connection. Regardless of it, Dr Abby just exploited the patience for the greed of money. The prices they charged for my sister for their worst/poor service. Root canal treatment - LKR 40,000 White cleaning and bleaching - LKR 80,000 Zirconia Crown: 120,000 per crown and for 2 teeth: LKR 240,000 Temporary Crown: LKR 5000 Total cost was spent LKR 360,500 The charges are ridiculous and when we checked with other Nawaloka and Hemas well reputed hospital they charge for all these items only less than 50k. After seeing this review, they would post a reply to show to other consumers that they are very clean and premium service and that's the reasons why the prices are high. For us that would be a real question if the place was actually clean nor had premium equipment to serve the consumers. When My sister went to that hospital, doctor hasn't even worn a gloves when touching the teeth and apparently flies were there in side the AC room. I believe, from this review, they would not do such indecent and injustice service to other consumers. And I read all the other comments too, like us there are a lot of other patience too who had experienced the same situation. Good luck with your business if you continue to treat patience like this manner.

I had a problem with one if my tooth fillings and went to this place. Dr.Fouzan did a temp filling which was a very sloppy job. Parts if the filling started dropping out by next morning. Poor job and heavy prices...

Zenith Dentistry is a Modern atmosphere, Nice and Clean place. The Staff at Front office friendly and making appointments process is easy and They have SMS alerts for the appointments confirmation and reminders. Visited for a dental filling, experience wasn't that satisfactory as the outlook of the place , Gave appointment and I was there at given time though they took me more than half an hour late, it's tolerable but the doctor ask me lay on the bed and just filled a wrong teeth. He was so hurry finish the job as it's a minor task, Then I had to explain where I have problem then only he made it right . Other issue wrong filling was troubling as it impacts with upper teeth, so I had turn back and ask fix it , He did again scrape . Prices are not cheap

Dr. Fauzan is the kindest, friendliest, most patient-concerned dentist ever! I travelled from New Zealand and he took me under my care. He worked with dentists in New Zealand and made sure my teeth looked good after several implants. He treats every patient like they are his own family. A respectful doctor doing a perfect job.

The best place for dental treatments in Colombo. I had a crown filling done to the perfection and the most hygienic place almost at the standard of London. It's truly a Spa like experience and Zenith has become our family dentist and Dr Fouzan to staff everyone is super friendly too. Highly recommend to book an appointment prior to visiting and the dentistry gets busier on Saturdays. The treatment prices are much reasonable compared to leading private hospitals in Colombo.

My dad had 18 crowns replaced with dr. Fouzan and they did an excellent job. The clinic is not the cheapest but the teeth look natural and fit well. Dr. Fouzan was very attentive from start to finish, and made sure the crowns were made in 7 days and were properly fitted. Thank you for your help!

My experience at zenith Dental was pretty smooth and calm. From the very beginning, the receptionist to the nurses who was there to help out through out my process made sure I was comfortable all the time. Zenith dentistry is one of the state of art dental clinic in SriLanka.Ambiance is excellent as it looks like a part of a star hotel. My daughters tooth filling and extraction was handled by Dr Fouzan with utmost tolerability and techniques to avoid dental phobia. Also,my wife’s root Cannal filling was done with minimum pain and the filling is intact for past few years. I would recommend Dr Fouzan / Zenith Dentistry as a first choice for dental treatments.

Dr. Fouzan is really an amazing dentist and the staffs are very friendly! My mother and I received few treatments from Zenith Dentistry and we're happy to share our experience! I have been receiving orthodontic treatments since the end of 2010 and I'm scheduled to get my braces removed next month and I'm very satisfied with the whole experience, process and the result! I'm sure some of you might be wondering why I'm still wearing my braces but this is my fault. Since early 2010, I met many orthodontists but they all said I had to get 4 teeth extracted due to overcrowding and overbite. I have very low pain tolerance and I wanted to get my teeth straightened out first without any extractions because I thought that would solve my crooked and protruding teeth. They all said it was impossible and that was how I got to meet Dr. Fouzan! After the first consultation and listening to my concerns he said we could straighten the teeth first and I could choose to extract the teeth if I wasn't satisfied with the result. I started noticing improvements almost immediately and that was how I endured the pain and discomfort! However, I wanted to "pull-in" my upper teeth further so I decided to get 3 teeth extracted (2 upper, 1 lower). Although this was my own decision, I was very overwhelmed and terrified so it took a very long time to make up my mind (which ultimately delayed the whole treatment). I'm grateful to Dr. Fouzan for being very patient and understanding. I complained a lot on the day of extraction and caused trouble from fear but thanks to Dr. Fouzan and the staffs, my teeth were extracted very well. I didn't experience any complications after extraction and they healed fast! So right now I'm waiting to get my braces removed and I'm very happy how my teeth look! In between the orthodontic treatments, I also had to get few dental fillings done and I'm highly satisfied with those treatments. My mother is also happy with the past dental filling procedures she received from Dr. Fouzan! We're very, very happy with the care and service Zenith Dentistry provides! :D

Having lived in Sri Lanka for 20 years and having most of my dental work performed in Australia I was very pleased to happen upon Zenith Dentistry and Dr. Fouzan (Chief Doctor) in Dehiwela. My composite veneer work needed repairing and the work performed was excellent and in a comfortable and clean environment. The shape, colour match and finish of the repair work was indeed very good. The charges were somewhat higher than expected and unfortunately one of the veneers detached within the week. They invited me to come back immediately and were kind enough to see me on a Poya and corrected the work again without any additional cost. This kind of service and attention is greatly appreciated and often hard to find in Sri Lanka. It is nice to know that they stand by their work and will cover costs in cases where the work does happen to fail due to no fault of the customer. Looking forward to my next visit for some other correction work and will be happy to recommend. Thank you.

I first consulted Dr. Fouzan on 27 March 2021 and was very impressed with his caring manner in treating an abscess in my mouth . I felt very little pain during the treatment even though I am 71 years old. I consulted him several times after that to undergo root canal treatment ,and also had a dental bridge placed in my mouth on 28 April which has given me a lot of relief . Getting an appointment to consult Dr. Fouzan is so easy and hassle-free .I have already recommended him to a friend who is currently undergoing root canal treatment and is happy with it. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Fouzan for the treatment of dental problems ,and have told him that I will not consult any other dentist .

The overall experience at Zenith Dentistry was seamless. Dr. Fouzan was excellent and provided all the required guidance before and after my wisdom tooth surgery. A special mention is the billing process and x-ray process which is done at an amazing speed. We all know that the last thing you want to be doing after a surgery or consultation is sit around and wait for the bill to be prepared. The building is very clean and it's no doubt how Zenith Dentistry has upheld all the certifications they have. Overall, Zenith Dentistry and Dr. Fouzan provide excellent service. As a side note, all these services come at a price and you can't expect the same kind of cost as a basic dentistry. All good things come at a cost, while not exorbitant, it is something to consider.

It's my fourth month on my journey with Zenith Dentistry and I can 100% say that Doctor Fouzan is the BEST. Not only has he made my procedures pain-free, they have been super fast and quick recovery. Doctor Fouzan walked me through each option and ensured I chose the most authentic one. He makes the patient feel calm during each procedure so even if you are scared of dental work there is no reason to be. The clinic is super clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming. the rates are very good considering the five star quality of the treatment at Zenith Dentistry. Zenith consists of modern technology from up to date dental X-rays, to scanning equipment. Mostly they are 90% paper free which I love. Invoices and consultations are done via a WhatsApp and email. Medication or post procedure items can be purchased at the clinic. Very convenient. I travel 30km each way for my routine treatments and it is worth every minute. if you are nervous about dental work of any kind I would recommend you consult Dr Fouzan because he is also a topnotch Dental surgeon and will outline the best options for you.

Nice place, nice service, doctor finished the job very fast - i had a filling that broke, had very little of the tooth remaining; i requested a new filling, being aware it is temporary, as the doctor also advised. Price 10000 lkr, 1000 lkr consultation. I will update review in case of any issue, but so far, so good, for the filling i needed, I can recommend this practice.

I spent two and a half years living in Asia and can confidently say that this is the best dental clinic in Colombo. The entire service including communication and treatment was excellent. And I am extremely pleased with the work done by Dr. Fouzan. My treatment lasted for about one year and included procedures such as root canal cleaning, installation of braces and crowns, and other small treatments. All procedures were carried out professionally and efficiently, so I definitely highly recommend Zenith dentistry for both treatment and consultations!

I went for a tooth extraction recently. Pretty friendly staff, level headed and kind doctor. No big fuss, My request was accommodated immediately easy to make an appointment, took an ex ray to diagnose, explained me the options and once agreed was done with the extraction with in 40 minutes. Modern equipments. Bit pricy but reasonable when all considered. TY to the doctor and the staff

worst dentist i have ever visited.. proper ripoff when i visited last year august i was seen by a nice old gentleman and charged 2500 for full mouth scaling and polishing, impressed with the service and visited this year and seen by the Chief/founder dentist who did the same thing within 5 mins and charged 5k as you can see from the invoices to make things worst he said i must go for a filling and did so thats when the nightmare started, when i visited again with pain within a week they said ill have to do the filling again...iam someone who looks after my teeth with the regular dentist check ups last 20 years and never had any issues with my teeth.. please dont visit this place part 2 ... you know you are lying as i have contacted you on the number with this same attachment and you never bothered to even answer.. dont bluff with the treatments used as i was the patient and iknow the service you provided it costed me another 20k to fix the damage you made on my teeth.. fear hereafter and the almighty mr Fowzan

The reception has a third grade service, cannot provide information on the exact time of doctor`s arrival. The clinic opening time states 4:30, why can't the doctors be there on time???

Best place for dentistry

Visited on the 10th May 2021 at 0925 hrs Receptionist, 03 nurses and a maintenance worker were inside the airconditioned facility all without facial mask. We selected this Dental Clinic at a premium rate expecting to be safe and clean. Extremely dissapointed. We are half way through a procedure that requires another visit. Otherwise we won't be visiting this place agian.

I was a very scared person, contemplating a 10 implant surgery, to replace ill fitting dentures. Dr Fouzan & his sweet, caring assistants made me at ease from the start. Dr explains everything clearly & with patience. My course of treatment was re evaluated several times & adjusted. I have the utmost confidence in Zenith Dentistry and without hesitation would recommend any of the services offered.

Doctor fouzan is the best docter and he treat his patients nicely.

Was there today for a teeth cleaning. Dr. Fouzan called me almost at the agreed time, which I see as positive. That was it. What shocked me a bit is that he finished cleaning in about 10 minutes. He said I had good teeth and that I should just use mouthwash because of the bleeding and that would be fine. Then I had to wait about 20 minutes until the bill came. I find it cheeky to charge over 10,000Rs for about 10 minutes of cleaning, which is simply too short for me. I had my teeth cleaned in Negombo and Puttalam for massively less money and the dentists there also took their time. As a dentist, you should also briefly discuss with the patient how the cleaning went and not say it's done and goodbye. I'm just used to a different quality and can't understand this type. It is what it is, but you could easily take more time with the patient and discuss with him how everything went and not get the patient out as quickly as possible. For me it was worth a try, but I definitely won't come here again because of the price because the value for money isn't right. As a patient, I definitely expect more for this high price.
