Note: this is not about the keels staff who was working there and its about the "Sri Pharmacy" which is inside the keels. When it comes for the service, whoever is working there needs to understand that the customers are there not to wait, chill and spend some quality time with them. we go there to select whatever the items that need, pay and leave. its okay to wait if there's a queue but I was spending more than 20 mins there to buy some medicine at (Sri pharmasuticles) which is inside the keels. When I went there, there were no one at the counter and I was the first customer at that point. and once the lady who was working came, she started a conversation with another guy (a customer) who was purchasing from them for more than 6 years (as I heard their conversation) and they were checking the items the customer requested prior and there were sharing the contact numbers, and even I was waiting when they paused the conversation which I had to jump and ask the product I wanted and never received the answer as well. I really DO NOT CARE if she knew the customer previously or whether its her relatives, when it comes for a job, you need to do the job correctly. The things I heard while I was waiting. 01. The item the guy or whoever requested was not there and they were waiting for that. 02. The person whoever requested will come on 4/28/2023 arround 10 am and collect them all. 03. If they pay by cash, they couldve get a 5% discount but the customer was willing to pay by card. 04. When you contact Sri pharmasuticles, the number was directed to someone else in another branch. And the funny story was I was the first customer and even that dude came after me. there were no first come first serve basis in Sri pharmasuticles at all. While I was waiting I purchased couple of other items and paid at the keels counters and went back to the pharmacy, there were not done with their conversation as well. You can check all the CCTY footage and take a decicion because even if it can be a partnership they had with keels, the pharmacy is inside their premises. so Keels management should be responsible for the customer service. you should inform the SRI PHARMASUTICLES to either give a good customer service or have a different pharmacy or no pharmacy AT ALL!

A whole range of westerners and Asians, many of whom live in the semi-attached apartments nearby, patronize this Keells. As such, they have one of the cities best selections of cheese, meat and condiments, though their fruits and vegetables are nothing special No lie, they have a lot of cheese, and good cheese is hard to find in Sri Lanka. There is ample parking space, which is always a good thing. The lot can host around 20- 30 vehicles There is a good selection of fruits and vegetables. They offer all kinds of meat from fresh seafood to chicken, fish and beef. The variety of cheese they offer are the normal ones you find at other Food City and Keells outlets. The brands include Happy Cow, Anchor and Aria, just to name a few. There are a few high-end imported varieties too. They have a bakery, which offers a variety of pastries and other baked goods. They also have a pharmacy. While they have 6 active checkout lines, your checkout speed depends on the crowd.

I recommend this place to buy all groceries and other house needs. This place is convenient with friendly service. They have enough space for parking. You can purchase fresh veritable fruits for a reasonable price like other keel outlets.

Lots of parking available. Okay-ish customer service. Vegetables seem fresh, and you can find lots of products here. It was a bit unclean but not so bad.

Poor staff service. Specially sales executive girl and supervisor named Lahiru. They hv not good behavior or discipline.

Awesome customer service very nice people. I left my phone at the cashier. She has kept the phone safe. When i went back returned to me safely. The security over there was very nice, was raining and hence i have few bags on my hand he open the umbrella for me. Really nice gesture.

Good place. But their own food were not good. The kottu was very bad. Don't waste your money to buy keels restaurant's food. As a supermarket, it is best place. When you billing, don't go to the trainee cashiers. Because they can be made lot of mistakes and you have to wait much time to complete your billing process.

The staff was friendly, especially at the cashpoint. The staff at the fruit and vegetable department was not well informed and couldn't help us. The range is okay, they offer mostly Sri Lankan food, there is a little choice of cheese which is okay but could be better, fruit and vegetables looked fresh and are good presented. It's easy to find everything in this supermarket. The range could be better and also the price performance ratio, many prices are very high also for foreigners.

This keells have enough parking, and the supermarket is spacious

Living in the Brand Keells maintains the quality and the service. Nadimala outlet has an ample parking. Self check out option is available. Sufficient stocks in each item and vast range of products are available. Customer oriented staff. Presentation of the items are unique for Keells and this outlet also maintains it

Good selection of goods, clean .. But the staff is not aware of the goods availability. Cashier desk customer service is very inefficient. Doesn't bother about the next customer.. many had a waiting time, and it's a waste of time.. The fresh juice containers are very thin and slip off from hand.. better packing adviced.. There is no use in keeping 2 floor cleaners as many will drop the fresh juice. Managers should encourage there work force to work efficiently to serve customers in a timely manner. As I live abroad when ever return to s.l. used to visit KEELS nadimala.. I have seen deteriorating of services and goods selection for the past 4 years.

I visited Keells in Dehiwala today(19/12/23) between 13:15 and 13:30. I ordered 2 Vegi yellow rice and 1 egg fried rice. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The portion sizes, especially for the curry, were extremely small – it felt like a teaspoon per serving. Despite expressing my concern during packing, there was no improvement. Additionally, I noticed a lack of attentiveness during service; the person serving seemed to struggle, and it affected the overall experience. Considering the portion size and service, I found it not worth the money. I hope this feedback helps improve the dining experience for others.

Need improvement on all the items as MOT of the times the racks are empty. Also the butchery, bakery and also at checkout counter. Self Checkout is mostly not working.

This is the best maintain supermarket out of all the Keells supermarket I have visited the other I have visited are( Havelock City, one gallface,and some of other branches). The Retail Manager Hemaka Nuwan Kumara. and team are doing great job maintaining keells Nedimala. Keeping it clean and fresh and also is well stocked supermarket. The supermarket has a good ambience friendly helpful staff eve ready to be a assistance. I wish all keells super take Keells Nedimala as a good example how to maintain. Also to attract more customers. To have a good customer relationship. We as customer are look good experience visiting the supermarkets. Get what we need fresh items also availability of goods. good environment to shop and enjoy our shopping. Wish Hemake and wonderful team keep up exceptional work.

Very disappointed of the meat products This morning I purchased chicken thighs and it was spoiled. Even the fish items are extremely in a bad state. Pls look into this matter urgently U will loose customers.

A decent branch of the Keells supermarkets having all the basic necessities and produce. Have a bakery pharmacy and a meat shop. There is ample parking available.

Went to get a fresh juice, it was awesome and recomend too all who do last minits on the way home shopping.

The Bakery section.keels I got donut after they confirmed me it was fresh..but d bun was very crispy as it was refried..n died into chocolate glaze... Y do u really old stuff to customers...very disappointed

Advice to go in the morning if you buying vegetables. When my visit (20/08/2021) lots of fresh vegetables and fruits was available.

If you are used to the supermarkets in abroad, then Keells Super is the best supermarket chain in Sri Lanka. Fresh items at a fair price. Friendly staff too but sometimes they seem to be over worked and tired 🤷‍♂️

Very convenient with ample parking space and almost any type of products are available to buy of different brands with special offers too. Bakery and a variety of hot ready to eat items are available. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Plenty of parking spaces available. Easy access to super market. Grocery stuff are almost similar to other keels out let's. Accept bank cards both credit and debit. Open till 10pm. Not a crowded place though.

Nice place to go for buy things, not crowded on the daytime. But bit of crowded on the rush hour. Service is good and helpful in finding things that you may can’t find easily. It has a food segment where you can buy rice and curry, fried rice etc menu may depends, but prices are kind of ok though.

I go here as they have most of the stuff we need and also offer great discounts. They also have a tin for the less fortunate and j help when possible because I am a man who helps others and I do a business called ROMA to help the less fortunate.
