Note:
this
is
not
about
the
keels
staff
who
was
working
there
and
its
about
the
"Sri
Pharmacy"
which
is
inside
the
keels.
When
it
comes
for
the
service,
whoever
is
working
there
needs
to
understand
that
the
customers
are
there
not
to
wait,
chill
and
spend
some
quality
time
with
them.
we
go
there
to
select
whatever
the
items
that
need,
pay
and
leave.
its
okay
to
wait
if
there's
a
queue
but
I
was
spending
more
than
20
mins
there
to
buy
some
medicine
at
(Sri
pharmasuticles)
which
is
inside
the
keels.
When
I
went
there,
there
were
no
one
at
the
counter
and
I
was
the
first
customer
at
that
point.
and
once
the
lady
who
was
working
came,
she
started
a
conversation
with
another
guy
(a
customer)
who
was
purchasing
from
them
for
more
than
6
years
(as
I
heard
their
conversation)
and
they
were
checking
the
items
the
customer
requested
prior
and
there
were
sharing
the
contact
numbers,
and
even
I
was
waiting
when
they
paused
the
conversation
which
I
had
to
jump
and
ask
the
product
I
wanted
and
never
received
the
answer
as
well.
I
really
DO
NOT
CARE
if
she
knew
the
customer
previously
or
whether
its
her
relatives,
when
it
comes
for
a
job,
you
need
to
do
the
job
correctly.
The
things
I
heard
while
I
was
waiting.
01.
The
item
the
guy
or
whoever
requested
was
not
there
and
they
were
waiting
for
that.
02.
The
person
whoever
requested
will
come
on
4/28/2023
arround
10
am
and
collect
them
all.
03.
If
they
pay
by
cash,
they
couldve
get
a
5%
discount
but
the
customer
was
willing
to
pay
by
card.
04.
When
you
contact
Sri
pharmasuticles,
the
number
was
directed
to
someone
else
in
another
branch.
And
the
funny
story
was
I
was
the
first
customer
and
even
that
dude
came
after
me.
there
were
no
first
come
first
serve
basis
in
Sri
pharmasuticles
at
all.
While
I
was
waiting
I
purchased
couple
of
other
items
and
paid
at
the
keels
counters
and
went
back
to
the
pharmacy,
there
were
not
done
with
their
conversation
as
well.
You
can
check
all
the
CCTY
footage
and
take
a
decicion
because
even
if
it
can
be
a
partnership
they
had
with
keels,
the
pharmacy
is
inside
their
premises.
so
Keels
management
should
be
responsible
for
the
customer
service.
you
should
inform
the
SRI
PHARMASUTICLES
to
either
give
a
good
customer
service
or
have
a
different
pharmacy
or
no
pharmacy
AT
ALL!
