    Completely incompetent staff. Just having problems there. Either they don't listen properly, they don't save, they give incorrect information, etc. Especially the gentleman with a Russian accent is very arrogant, unfriendly and absolutely not customer-oriented. Definitely not recommended, then you should call the hotline despite the waiting time, they help much better.
