We got our car back with a sticky steering wheel. Also somebody shifted some things inside.

Be careful, they charge €10 extra in cash without a receipt, justifying its inclusion in the airport fees. Even if its a few minutes free entry to drop and pick up at departure. It wasn't even mentioned in the reservation. Hope the tax office takes notice. Also, the car ruined from behind with scratches, probably parked against the tree or bush.

We also had a bit of a stomach ache, first because of the good review and then we were also told that the car would be moved to another location where it would then be parked. Yes, this is the case, but it was communicated beforehand. Photos were taken of the car beforehand and we received a very friendly welcome. The delivery service was also very quick! When we arrived back, after picking up our luggage, the driver was quickly there after a quick call (less than 2 minutes at the agreed meeting point) and took us to our car within two minutes, where it was already ready!!

Easy, really near the airport and cheap

Very close to the airport, and therefore quick shuttle service. Car will not be parked where you drop it off ( few km away ), but you will only notice this on your odometer; on your return it is back where you left it.

Parked there for years and never had anything on the car. It's quick to get to the airport and pickup is quick too. I don't understand the complaints about driving the car, they tell you that the parking lot is outside and so far there have only been these kilometers on it. I'll keep parking there.

We stay on relax park a lot of time.., and it was ok but now since 2 times… awfull! We call when we arrive and… call… and call and they always say « we arrive in five minutes ». 40 minutes later we are still waiting!!! What a shame! Last time! You can find better service for the same price.

I just just want to thank those hardworking guys at Relax Park for for their amazing service. We flew from Düsselldorf to Croatia and back, and we used their parking service. While flying with a child feels like hell, thanks to Relax Parking it's a little bit less of stress. They will drop you off at the airport and pick you up again in just few minutes when you call them. Actually the only relax thing about our trip was Relax Parking :) Thanks again guys!

When returning, a 10.00 airport fee will be charged on February 29, 2024, 10.45 p.m. - this is what it says in the terms and conditions, communicated by an employee with a migration background. And into the bag... Sure, I can read it too. If I get a price from a provider ("I park cheaper", then that is the final price!!

People!! Pay attention They just use your car as a private one

Super parking lot, friendly helpful staff, well arranged with the drop off to the airport and one phone call, and they are there again to pick you up, and the car was already ready, super arranged there big 🔟 👌

The service has become very bad. The driver and passenger did not help with loading and unloading. Not even the side door was opened for us. Only after request. We were traveling with our 87 year old mother...no help at all. 5 euros additionally charged for the outward journey and 5 euros additionally for the return journey. Never again!!!!

Just don't go there! Money was stolen from my car! When I asked the employee about it on site, I was rudely told to go to the office there so that the other customers didn't find out about it. Then I was just told that there was nothing they could do because they didn't know which of the three drivers stole something from my car. I was also able to see from my recent consumption of my Tesla that the distance traveled from the parking lot to the branch was covered with significantly excessive consumption. Something really went wrong here!

It was not clear that the key had to be handed in (according to the website, the key had to be handed in for very large cars). When we arrived, the parking provider's employee very rudely asked for the key (obviously for all cars, not just larger ones). The shuttle bus was quite rickety and very outdated. Waiting times unacceptable for the short route. During the parking time, the car traveled over 25 kilometers and the driver's seat was extremely dirty (unfortunately both were only noticed on the return journey). Definitely NOT recommended.

I have been a customer for many years and have always faithfully parked my car there, even though the service, the shuttle buses, etc. have drastically lost quality. Now my flight was delayed by a day. 50 euros for 11 days became 70.- not acceptable. A pity It's good that there are plenty of parking options and you don't have to rely on this company.

Absolutely not recommended. I had to wait over an hour late at night while they searched for my car keys. Without success. 2 weeks later he suddenly showed up in another car. I asked several times (!!!) whether I could at least be reimbursed for the €30 parking fee. these enormous circumstances - I never got an answer. It's a shame that companies like this are still allowed to exist!

Unfortunately not Relax, we didn't have such a good experience. We drove our E-Smart to the airport, about 30km, and dropped it off at Relaxpark with 85km remaining. When we picked it up after just a week, the Smart still had exactly 30km remaining, so we had to recharge our car in a remote parking lot for 30 minutes at night to get home. Very unpleasant if you have already spent several hours on the plane etc. This was neither pointed out when we dropped it off nor were the kilometers driven by Relaxpark reloaded before we picked it up.

caution! charge 10 euros extra, even though it says “all” costs included everywhere. Then before you send the order it says “total price” again, the same thing. Only cash is accepted on site plus an extra 10 euros. We NEVER AGAIN!!!

I parked my car there on 12/17/23 and picked it up on 12/21/23. I then noticed that my USB-C was missing and made several phone calls, but no one cared about it. I recommend that you leave the car without a key. It's a shame... I'm very disappointed.

They lost the car keys and they are highly disorganized....REALLY bad service!!

I fly a lot from Dusseldorf Airport and I am quite glad with their vale and parking services. They are really friendly and solution oriented. Thank you very much

Scammers! They made me pay 40 euro extra so they would park my car in the garage where i left it. I took pictures of the KM stand before and after. They didn't match up so they drove like 20 km with my car.

Not worth one star. Take the car, bring it back with damage. & then are so cheeky and say we were busy with the car. Bad service and unfriendly.

Arrival was well arranged, upon return it was chaos, we wanted to have a coffee and give a time in advance, which was not possible. Had to call when we were at the pick-up point. Several people arrived after us, the driver had no idea who to pick up, which caused some discussion about who could come along. Since there were seven of us, obviously not much could be combined. We also had 2 cars but only one was ready. Relax Park is certainly not worth repeating for us.

Travel to Madrid at the end of February. There are 12 people and 3 cars. Very unprofessional welcome and barely speak English. Shuttle broken down, we take our own vehicles to the airport. On the way back, there was no room on the shuttle for all of us. On board the 3 drivers who come back to pick us up at the airport with our cars. The worst...used our cars for travel! Or ? For what? Nearly 100 kms covered for one of us. Simply shameful. To flee!
