    6/3/22 6pm-ish—ordered a rodeo chicken sandwich which is a breaded chicken filet with bacon and cheese and mayo and bbq sauce and onion rings on a potato bun—this is not it, chicken patty, ketchup, onion rings on a burger bun—waste of time and money

    Update 2022/2023 - the service is so bad most of the time. The wait is ironic when they have multiple employees walking around and chatting with one another and leaning on equipment, walls, and countertops, while we sit at the drive up window. Food is cold and doesn't tasted fresh. Buns are soggy from sauce or condiments sitting on them for however long before being packed up. The lettuce is soggy and not crunchy or fresh. And if it is crunchy its the white stem ends , not green leaf. The fries are never hot or filled no matter what size. Soda taste watered down, like the syrup is gone and they don't change out the barrel or tap for new batch. I honestly don't know why we keep giving this location another chance or try when most of the time it's a bad experience. Management needs to watch the cameras and retrain and or hire new employees. Update 6/2/21- we wanted to try the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. Asked for the deluxe not spicy, and the woman at the late night drive-thru was pushy and very assertive the deluxe only comes with the SPICY hand breaded sandwich. Unfortunately for her, on her menu #9 is a deluxe hand breaded chicken meal, and it's not spicy. Uh okay. So why was she convinced deluxe is only spicy? *Confused* It's a hit it miss at this store. Recently (2018) it's been very good! And the staff has been polite. Some staff before a few times, weren't happy nor professional, and we ended up just pulling away , not ordering and started going to another store to get our BK. Eventually after a good while we decided to give this one another try, we got Jr. Whopper meals lastnight and they were sooo good, I had to take a picture! Please keep up the great service Weymouth.

    The reason why I'm rating this place so low is because of the management this place is understaffed very very slow but the staff does try very hard the owner is responsible for the staff being up to stuff with enough people to run his or her business very unfortunate that the owner does not pay attention to this fact I've gotten the wrong items in my bag on several occasions but the line out back drive-thru was loaded with cars and I was unwilling to put up with the lines they only have one ordering line out back when they have two open to be used that shows you they are under staffed otherwise they would have the other line open to the public totally mismanaged by the owner not the young people that are managing inside because what I could see they are certainly scrambling I do not recommend this Burger King because of those factors thank you

    The efficiency of this location is hit or miss. Every day around lunchtime the line for the drive through can extend all the way to the street, yet the staff/management does not utilize their second order lane or thier payment window to move things along more efficiently. The food quality is on par with other locations. I have no other problems with this location other than the excessive lines.

    The hours online on the app and on the door a state that the dining room is open till 10 pm. Attempted to walk in at 820 pm on 9/16/2023 and the doors were locked. This is not the first time. Unfortunately I'm a truck driver so ysing the drive thru was not and option either time.

    I couldn't understand the girl at the register over her mumbling and bad attitude. The service was fast but I guess that was because we got cold food served to us.

    Please turn on the AC. The restaurant is hot as hell. Employees are sweating and i was not able to wait inside to pick up my order. Unbelievable hot. Hey Managers please turn on the AC!

    Employees got into a big fight while I was ordering. Food took 1/2 hr. This restaurant had maybe 7 people just sitting around staying warm. They appeared to be loitering. Very uncomfortable.
