Nice little park with kids playground and seating area. Trees provide shade from the sun. Bonus of a cafe mere a few steps away. Also part of the Town Basin Loop walk. Small carpark next to the park

Lovely little park on the Hatea Loop walk, to stop and pick up a coffee from Kafe which is right next door. Either sit on one of the two BBQ tables or the concrete birds. Swings and a jungle gym for the kids.

Nice tidy little park, and surprisingly those concrete chairs are some what comfortable 😀

Nice little park. A great spot for fish and chips on a summer's evening. Kafe next door for coffee, smoothies cake and pie. We use the car park when walking the loop. Really needs a public toilet.

Cute spot for a picnic. I also recently watched the fireworks from the stadium there 🎆 More tables or seating there would be great for future👍 The veiw on a good day is stunning
