The absolute BEST service I have ever received from this subway!! Every other subway I have visited in the past could really use some customer service training by this wonderful staff! Didn’t catch the girls name behind the counter but she was super polite and clear, i had a huge order and she flew threw it! Repeated everything back to me to confirm and ensure she was hearing correctly too. Very friendly smile. I’m amazed because I have never received such high service from any subway before. Give this girl an employee of the month and give this franchise an award too! Cheers 🤗

Subway at BP was great . We normally go to the okara branch but felt totally ripped off with both only getting 5 meatballs in each footlong.. We always have meatball melt and know we normally get 8 . Overall 6 meatballs short is alot.😡

After having a terrible experience at Subway next to Kmart and leaving in tears after being spoken to terribly by the girl with red hair we (me and my 7yr old) found another Subway instead, amazing service provided by the two girls there, perfectly made sandwiches and very friendly and sweet, stark contrast to the other one! Highly recommend this Subway above the others in Whangarei!

I gave this place a not so good rating a year or so ago. Attitude was so bad I've been going to Kamo where service was great. When I relented the other day because of weather and went to Whangarei store what a pleasant surprise. I was served by the new Manager.....what a lovely young lady with a fantastic personality. No more driving out to Kamo for me.

Que always too long, good selection of kai, cost too high

Very hit and miss with Mozza pot. Sometimes lots sometimes not. Also they don't keep it very hot. Has been served to me Luke warm which is concerning with food safety.

Normally love Subway, The sandwich "artist" may have been feeling super rushed as they randomly scattered ingredients, more on the bench than in my sub resulting in a sparse and poorly constructed sandwich. Have definitely had better.

The service I had today very rude! The staff was totally disinterested in our order and us then we asked for the sub dog and they didn’t even know what it was it was even on the board so we asked For a order for someone else in our group then he started serving the person behind us like we were invisible so we went to pita pit and they were interested in us and our order thanks for listening goodbye
