Very good. A hidden gem in New Lynn. Will be great for summer. They need to do a bit of work on their offering - e.g. they were cooking pizza over fire when I was there for a large group booking but that option's not on the menu. And I think they need a fire going inside just for the brand. But those things are extras / suggestions. It's still great as it is. Will return!

Great smoked BBQ! Absolutely fantastic, will go again!

We used these guys to cater for our Wedding in Auckland a few weeks ago. Carl and the team were amazing and catered to our last minute venue changes without and issue. The food was spectacular, exactly what we wanted. We had several friends comment on how great the platter and main spread were. 7/7 would eat again and again.

We had The Big Smoke BBQ team come in and cook up an awesome BBQ lunch for our hard working teams ! Highly recommend. Perfect way top end the year . Thanks Dave

What a great find! BBQ menu. Ribs and brisket were mouth watering and tender. Blueberry sauce excellent accompaniment to the ribs and BBQ sauce had a kick to it. Loved the croquettes and the bean sides. Great outdoor area and atmosphere inside. We had takeaway but had a drink there. Definitely going back and they cater.

We had our sons 21st birthday dinner here, booked for 20 people and pre ordered the menu option 4 for $46 per person, food was excellent, service was excellent . Thank you so much for making our event so special.

Highly recommend Carl & his team! We had The Big Smoke for our wedding in March & they were 10/10. Every guest raved about the food & service! We had a fair few allergies with our guests, including myself and they catered to everyone. Food was delish! Would use them again in a heartbeat for any event :) thanks team!!
