Horrible experience. My husband went to Jared for lower back pain and he spoke to my husband in a very condescending manner, to the tune of being racist and failed to provide the treatment we were expecting. This was on top of being charged a fee for a injury covered under ACC.

I am a vulnerable patient because of health reasons and feel safe to have Physio at New Lynn Physiotherapy as it's a clinic with careful and safe entry criteria - which is great for clients and staff. I always really benefit from treatment here and appreciate all their professionalism.

Bad service and expensive , I rang up asking them about how to get ACC claim for physio treatment the woman said they charge $45 for it. I rang other physio on remuera road and new Windsor road they offer free consultation. Beware people shop smarter.

We were 8 minutes late, drove 50 minutes to get there and my sister left school early. Arrived and she wouldn’t do the HALF HOUR consult because we were slightly late. She would rather sit there for 22 minutes than do the consult which was already booked. Incredibly infuriating, we will not be coming back. Don’t recommend wasting your time booking with people who will potentially not see you if you’re 5 mins late for YOUR booked appointment. Unlike any other physio or doctors I’ve ever known!

Great place for dry needling, emphasis on good post physio exercises etc.

Catherine is a Pinc specialist who helped me with loosening up shoulder stiffness and underarm pain following surgery, as well as scar massage. She was thorough, patient and incredibly kind. I can highly recommend her work.
