Worst $3,000 spent!! *DO NOT USE* I rented this hall for a birthday party and it was the most awful experience on a very important day for my daughter. The owner was literally snapping her fingers at my guest to clean up and she was watching us stocking us during the party, she even assigned one of her staff to walk around and give orders to clean up to our guest 🤯 what is wrong with these people?! They are the nicest people when they are going to take your money but once you sign the contract and you pay them then these people take advantage and they treat you like she is doing you a favor…please I know I probably won’t get my deposit back because I’m filling out this review but I rather save someone else from this rude lady. This is how I left the hall we’ll see if she gives me my deposit. I’ll update and let you guys know

This “venue” is a ballroom to take dance lessons NOT to hold a reception/ party (Its their way to promote it just to make a big buck!! ) I totally understand returning things back to the way we received them, which we did. We ended up being their cleaning service for their next party they were going to take advantage of.. Mind you, after our reception, we cleaned this “so called venue” better than when we walked into it. We cleaned all the cobwebs and dead spiders throughout this room, we swept, threw their trash, vacuumed and the worst part, we dealt with very rude and unkind service that was snapping her fingers and even asking my guest to clean while we were telling people good bye. Also, during our entire party there was the owners side kick telling our guest they can’t do this, they can’t do that, they can’t use certain restrooms they both worked or go into certain rooms (when they knew we had 12 kids that needed a room for costume changes). Why was she there anyway? It was a sweet 16th birthday party, not some ragging party! It blows my mind there are business owners out there with this bad of customer service. I will never give this place business again nor refer this place to anyone!!

So first and foremost, I have DJ'd at many events in my time and I have never been treated so disrespectful by the staff at this establishment. First I was allowed 2 hours to set up which was perfect. I finished up and had about 20 minutes to spare so I figured I would go use the restroom to change. The restrooms were occupied by others who were finishing up their last minute adjustments so one of the girls from the party said you can use this room to change in. I said thank you and proceed to go inside. I had 2 shirts, an under shirt and a dress shirt. I started to get changed into my attire and this lady walked in and stated what are you doing? I said I am the DJ and I was changing real quick for the party. She said " see this is what I mean. I said excuse me? She said "I let the girls do it now everyone wants to do it." I said I would've used the restroom but they are occupied. She then said "you need to get out." I said as soon as I'm done changing. I had my shirt off and pants were unbuttoned. She stepped in the room and waited. I said I will be out as soon as I'm done can I finish? The lady was extremely rude about it and waited. She continued to watch me get dressed, the whole time. She make it very awkward. The rest of the night went smooth by my part but when the party finally ended, here comes this rude lady again telling people what to do. I had an hour to breakdown which was ok but this lady continued to be rude and snap her fingers at me. At this point I was extremely mad I told her she is not going to snap here fingers at me I'm a grown man and that's not how you conduct yourself. She walked away continuing to do that to the other guests. I feel bad for the people that rented this place. This is no way at all how you conduct yourself. She had them cleaning cracks and corners, everything. You leave it how you found it, I understand that but by no way was this place clean when the renters got it. I know that for a fact since there was rollup garage doors on both sides of me. There was a draft coming in and I know it was dusty. Bottom line, I do not recommend this place at all, please use another location that is more professional than this.

DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! My experience at this ballroom has been downright atrocious. As a little back story i would like to say that i am apart of the hispanic community, and have grown up dreaming of the day i get to have a Quince, due to covid i instead had a sweet 16 that had all the aspects of a 15. My party was this past Saturday (9-24-2022), and not even a day later i was receiving texts and story’s from my guests about their experience with the hall, my guests should not have had ANY encounters with the hall let alone bad ones. We had this place lined up for a few months already and were told that we’d have the WHOLE place to use and to ourselves, this was a lie. The day started and the owner had sent a lady there to ‘watch us’ as if we were children. This was completely out of the blue and not communicated to us but we left and and saw no harm in it, throughout the party, this women made the atmosphere uncomfortable, toxic, and hostile. She was rolling her eyes at people, yelling at them to get out of rooms we were told we would have access too, and disrespecting them. One room has 1 of the 2 bathrooms within it, this room was also being used as a place for myself and my court to change in, we were not even in there for more than 10 minutes changing when she would complain and make us get out, she refused access to some guests and even told my court they could not go in there to change or even grab something. She also kept walking into the room with our bags and staying in there to just walk out and do it again, and I later had 2 people tell me they’re bags were open and had a few misplaced items as well. She was also walking around recording everybody to , i suspect, send back to her boss. As the night ended she begun to order my guests around to begin cleaning things and get things put away. we still had an hour and a half time left that my mom had paid for. We cleaned, swept, and wiped everything, even to rooms she wouldn’t even let us in. I feel as though we may have been targeted because of our race due to a comment the owner later made. While my grandmother (hispanic) was returning a dustpan to the owner, the owner said,’ are you sure you don’t want to take it,’ insinuating that she was some cute toe of maid. All in all, they treated us as though they were so much better and we were gum in the bottom of their shoes, i want to ward off anybody thinking of getting this place because you may get treated the same way and if that doesn’t warn you then the fact that they were so hard to work with and making things unnecessarily complicated might, they would ask questions about everything, we had no problem answering them, but it was a bit weird and not need-to-know information.

I have been working with Lindsey during private lessons for several months. She has the utmost professionalism, care, and patience during these lessons. The studio space is warm and inviting as well. I can tell how much effort it took to make the space so cozy. I have also taken group classes with Melissa, and she is a wonderful instructor as well. Those classes are always so much fun. I would highly recommend Omni for dance instruction or studio rental space.

My wife and I came here for our wedding dance lesson, and we did not regret it one bit! Lindsey is an amazing and patient teacher. I do not have any background in dance, especially not in ballroom, so this was a big change for me. Lindsey is a great teacher who made it very fun and accessible for me! My wife and I still come and do private lessons with her, and we do group classes there as well. You will not find a more welcoming, kind, or fun environment! We still come here multiple times per week, even though we already had our wedding, and it is so much fun.

Lindsey teaches people of all ages and abilities in a way that is fun and very professional. Students can learn a dance for their wedding, for enjoyment or for competitions. There are private and group classes. I highly recommend this ballroom.

I do not recommend renting from this venue. My son rented this venue in 2020 just prior to Covid. Because of the safety restrictions installed he was not able to hold his dance event. He has tried to contact the owner (Lindsey) repeatedly over the past couple years to work something out but she has continually avoided his calls and emails and refuses to meet her end of the bargain or make any effort to work things out. The couple times he has talked to her, she comes up with many excuses as to why she can not refund his money. I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity and honesty of this dance studio and their business practices and I do not recommend this studio to anyone and to those in the dance community.

Thank you to Lindsey and the entire staff!! We had an amazingly fun experience working with you and always felt right at home. Highly professional, kind, and all around top-notch crew at Omni. Keep doing what you do!

DO NOT RENT! I rented this space for a dance event in 2020 right before Covid happened. The owner (Lindsey Dechant) said I could reschedule anytime. After years of the pandemic and not being able to host large events I gave up and knew my event would not happen. I asked for a refund because of the unforeseen circumstances and she refused. I gave it some time in hopes maybe we would have the event in the future but again decided not to. Mind you I was only 19 when I rented this space and used my hard working money I saved up. Again I asked for a refund and Lindsey Dechant completely ignored all my emails and calls. I'm pretty sure l'll never see that money again.

Thank you Omni dance for taking a chance on us!!! You helped me get my routine polish and the flow better. I know I will do good at the show! Thank you, Gina and Max the Rottweiler.

If you are thinking about going to Omni, you absolutely should! We have gone to a few private lessons and have had SUCH a great time. Lindsey, our instructor and the business owner, is incredibly personable and knowledgeable. She is qualified to instruct in a huge variety of dance styles, but she can also recommend one based on your experience and end-goal. Not to mention that she is also really accommodating and the studio space is lovely. Overall, we learned so much and had a blast.

My Dad and I worked with Lindsey for our Daddy-Daughter dance for my wedding. She helped us learn a basic waltz and choreographed a dance to a song that we had always dreamed of dancing together on my wedding day. Lindsey is an amazing instructor! She is very kind, friendly, and patient. (I also thought her prices were extremely reasonable.) I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like to learn how to ballroom dance!

Beautiful, expansive studio that offers all sorts of options. Benjamin Bridge is a phenomenal instructor! 🙂
