I came to this restaurant with a very good expectation as I saw amazing reviews. However, my experience was completely ruined because I brought my service dog with me to the restaurant and the server rudely told me that I couldn’t take my dog with me. Even after I showed her the service dog registration and the letter from the psychiatrist (which they are technically and lawfully not allowed to ask), she still rejected my service dog. I had to ask to talk to her manager and explained that she’d be violating the ADA, only then she said she can let me dine inside for this time, but I can’t do that moving forward. However, we noticed that we were seated at the very end of the restaurant’s corner that seems like the restaurant’s storage. The table was very dusty, the utensil container looks like it’s never cleaned. Overall, it’s a pretty bad and stressful experience for both my dog and myself.

This is our first time here, and we tried the Benedict a la Florentine, Briochette, and an egg sandwich. The Briochette French toast with whipped cream was the best I've ever had. The Benedict and egg sandwich were also delicious. The soy latte was tasty, and the service was excellent, as well.

What a pleasant surprise! I am still new to this area and it feels fantastic whenever I find a place like this. Cozy and bright place to sit down with a friend and talk over delicious coffee and food. I had the most amazing flat white and broccoli quiche and brochette was absolutely delicious! Friendly staffs and good vibes, coming back 100%

A cool cozy place, I live their croissants, they are fresh; I ordered Latte, and the coffee was a little bit strong but I love how they present it. A nice European cozy place. The stuff is always nice to us.

This bakery is very clean and staff are friendly. There’s outdoor and indoor seating. The pastries are delicious, favorites include: Nutella banana croissant, almond croissant, and Raspberry almond croissant. These have ample amount of filling. Their oat milk lattes are also good.

The food here was delightful! I ordered the Briochette and loved every bite. It was so light and I felt good eating it. I also ordered the hot apple cider which was tasty- they even put little bits of cut up apple in it. I will say, ordering a drink, if you'd like a bigger sized one, order it to go as the in house cups are much smaller. However, no complaints here about the quality of the food! Will definitely be back to try more off their menu and their scrumptious looking pastries/desserts.

Great coffee, great food, great pastries, and great atmosphere! This place never let me down. It's been great all the time ever since my first visit. If you are looking for cute dine in place for breakfast/brunch, you should visit pattiserrie florentine!

Patisserie Florentine’s almond croissants are delicious. They also have a raspberry almond croissants as well, which are equally as tasty. We also had the Benedict À La Florentine, a delicious latte and cappuccino. So good!

My Mom and I are visiting from Maryland and stopped in for breakfast. Everything was amazing, from the drinks to the food and the chocolate croissant. Angie was our server and she was wonderful, very friendly and attentive. I juts wish we lived closer because we would be regulars here.

I ordered the MEDITTERRANÈ with a flat white coffee. The sandwich itself consists of slices of fresh sourdough bread, hummus, roasted eggplant, hard-boiled egg, and parsley. This combo works splendidly together creating a creamy, almost earthy flavor that is accentuated with a touch of salt and pepper. The salad is top-tier as well with it's strengths lying in it's simple but perfectly balanced vinaigrette. It adds the perfect contrast to the sandwich. My partner ordered the BRIOCHETTE (the plate in the background that is kinda hard to see). I only got a taste of it, that taste was light, airy, creamy, nutty mixture that dissipated in your mouth in the best way possible. I would highly recommend the HOT APPLE CIDER as it has actual bits of apple along with a cinnamon stick that makes for as close to a fairytale taste as possible . Portion sizes were fantastic, filling, and leaves you satiated. You can feel the freshness and will walk away feeling ready to take in the day. We are sure to return and try many many more dishes.

Beautiful cafe, very spacious, clean, large windows for natural lighting throughout. The service is average though, the pastries are all out and exposed. They look pretty but taste average. Same with the coffee. I ordered a caramel latte and received an overflowing mess of what tasted like regular coffee, no flavor, and that you can tell had no care put into it. The location is not a great place to work in if you decide to take your laptop or anything out for different scenery. There is a loud bell attached to the door at the entrance that rings every time a customer enters. I don’t know why that would be needed. You can easily see people entering. Not sure why a loud alert is necessary. There is also another loud alarm that goes off periodically from the back area that sounds very obnoxious like an alarm you’d hear in a warehouse or auto shop. So if you’re on a work call or think you may be able to relax and maybe just read a little with your coffee, this may not be a relaxing place for you.

Been here at least 20 times and finally had the chance to leave the review! My favorite is the Matcha Iced Latte with oat milk - classic. The server surprised us with this last minute treat called Almandine. This was a mixture of blueberry and almond cake very light texture sooooo yum!

I always appreciate the atmosphere besides good food. This place has it. Very special decor, very cozy feeling. Ordered eggs with smoked salmon and avocado on croissant, sweet crepes, avocado smash. All is good and delicious. Great latte as well. One of my favorite places for breakfast. Parking on the street.

Love to have a decent breakfast place near my house. It’s nice being lazy and having a brunch on the weekends.

I love the ambiance. It’s neat, it’s cute. The pastries on display look so delicious. You feel like sampling every single one. As far as seating goes - there are about 11 tables (some with space for two some with space for four). Their menu is two pages long with lots of options to cater to nearly everyone. When I ordered eggs on a clean pan to avoid contamination with Bacon, I realized that there is no meat except Salmon on the menu, so that was not a problem. Parking is street metered parking, they also mention they have a nearby garage for peak periods. I haven’t tried that option yet. Overall, a great experience whether coming here for business or pleasure.

Had brunch with my girlfriends. Haven't been here for many years now. That's because I lived in NY. I gaved them 4 stars because my French Toast was a lil burnt. Not only on the side also the bottom. I can taste the burnt and my almonds. It wasn't the best I had.

After lunch I wanted a dessert and went to this Patisserie and it went better than I thought. I ordered an Almandine and it was delicious(It came with vanilla sauce who made it even more tastefull!) and 2 croissants and it didn't disappoint me either. 4 stars cause it has nos as variety of products as I expect.

Gosh, I’m really torn on this cafe. I love their pastries so much and have loved this place for years. I recently went for weekend brunch and it was paiiiiinfully slow. A proper sit-down has quicker service than we received for food that didn’t even need to be cooked, just assembled (besides the over easy egg which they over cooked and also prepared improperly - I got a sunny side up with a hard yolk). I know I wasn’t the only one that noticed the poor service, I saw several patrons actually tell the staff to cancel their orders. Their operations need help! Otherwise, the pastries are delicious. I would not recommend brunch.

I had the pleasure of ordering the chef's salad with fresh, light ingredients like quinoa, avocado, tomato, and feta. It was an absolute delight! The flavors blended harmoniously, and the quality exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. The side of olives was a nice touch. I'm already looking forward to returning for more of this spectacular salad.

Must try if you are in the area!!! I’ve been a regular at Patisserie Florentine for the past 4 years now and they never disappoint — best dirty chai I’ve ever had, most unique and delicious briochette french toast, and the croissant oeufs fromage is to die for!!!! I also can’t forget how lovely and attentive the staff is as well as how homey the atmosphere is. I love this place<3

👍 I was in the mood for Spanish and ordered from this location. I ordered online, the shrimp with red sauce and fries with yellow rice. When I arrived I parked on the street.
