busy but not too busy.. we came inside to eat before getting a tattoo. Dining area & bathroom was clean. Service was fast and friendly as usual. Food was incredibly CANE'S. Unmatched. Their sauce is addictive.

I came here when this location opened and it was amazing, customer service was great and the food was decently sized, I came today and got 3 CHICKEN TENDERS ABOUT 2 INCHES LONG…. SERIOUSLY!? I ordered a caniac why would you even consider that 1 tender when it’s the size of a pinky, it’s ridiculous! I also ordered a sweet tea and a coke and got 2 DR PEPPERS! Staff obviously isn’t paying attention and small tenders like that should be added for free or thrown to the side not considered apart of the amount when you’re paying as much as you do there. I have photos attached for proof……

Haven’t had Raising Canes for a while, so I decided to go here since we were near the area anyway. Really nice like always. Friendly staff, great fast service, really great drive-thru workers, and the place was clean! The 3 Finger Combo was so good and I LOVE the Caniac Sauce. Like the drinks they had available too. They also released a show called “Secret Sauce” which is cool. They have a rewards program too, all you gotta do is to ask for a club card, then download their app or sign up at their website! Overall, GREAT Raising Cane’s location. Highly recommend and will definitely be back here soon!

When I first heard of this place, I didn't get it. Why would anyone go to a place that only sells chicken tenders! After finally eating there. I totally get it! They're chicken tenders are the best I've ever eaten! Tender, juicy, and delicious! The sauce that comes with each order is incredible! Their coleslaw is good, and so are the crinkle fries! They do sell a chicken sandwich, but it's basically tenders on a bun. It's around $12 for a combo. Four tenders, fries, coleslaw, and a drink. But they do have a combo for $16 that comes with six tenders and an extra large drink that is enough for two people. It's definitely one of my new favorite places to eat now!

Apparently ordering à la carte is for those who want flavorless baby chicken fingers at $1.81 each. The breading crumbles and falls off just by touch. Had I known I was getting such tiny chicken fingers I would have saved myself 39 cents and ordered only one sauce. My last visit here was about 2 years ago and I had a horrible experience with the staff so today I thought I'd give it a second chance well the food quality seems to have declined to match the attitude of most of the staff I had contact with on my last visit. I'm not rating today's staff because I didn't have any contact with them I picked up from the online order Shelf. Anyway I won't be back I just paid $9 for three tiny chicken fingers that have no flavor the breading crumbles and falls off when you pick it up. Honestly Arby's who specialty is roast beef sandwiches has way better chicken then Raising Cane's chicken fingers which is kind of ironic considering their specialty is chicken.

The food here has really just gotten worse and worse. With time and fame it’s almost like they just do not care anymore. Food was beyond greasy, and the chicken was slimy. I could tell it was undercooked. The fries were okay, but definitely not worth the price anymore. Much better whenever they first opened but not now for sure. I wish it was like 5 years ago when they were somewhat more tasteful.

It's good chicken. Very tender, perfectly cooked. But it's just chicken. I went in for the first time with an open mind. I had heard stories about how it's so amazing. And the same about the sauce. Okay, it's good but I'll not be rushing back. The cost vs value collides. However, the staff was amazing and the store was very clean

When purchasing something like the sandwich, not only do you have the breading on the chicken but they put that breaded chicken in the sandwich. You also have to pay for the sauce...or at least I did. They were busy but they didn't have enough money in the register and I ended up having to wait a while for my change. The service was nice but they messed up my order and it took a while to get my full order, I ordered 2 meals and a drink, cost as I remember was pretty steep, especially considering all the bread. However the flavor was good.

The chicken fingers here are good, and I would not argue otherwise. Although cooked, the breading on the chicken was barely browned and they were not crispy. The Cane's sauce was good, but not special if you know how to mix a couple ingredients together. Like so many other phenom-type regional restaurants spending nation-wide, there was an excessive way in the Drive-Thru line which certainly affects the score for service. The workers were courteous, and our order was accurate. That is why they are getting three stars which is "okay" on the rating scale. There is another wing place owned locally that is but a few blocks away that would literally blow this place out of the water. Considering the length and wait time of the drive-thru they would probably deliver just as fast. I will likely return when others I'm with insist, but I will approach with reasonable expectations and suggest others do as well.
