I love this Hacienda location. Has the best view of the Rocky Mountains. The two floors makes the place feel enormous. I love the fact they played authentic Mexican and Spanish music. It was the perfect location for Mother’s Day festivities

Took forever to place our order. First the server offered to come back in a couple minutes because my son had to take a work call and was on the phone. That was good. But after he was off the phone she spent the next 20 minutes talking to people in two other booths right by us and just forgot us. When we finally got the food it all looked beautiful, but... I ordered a cauliflower bowl and it was hard to find much cauliflower. It was mostly rice and black beans, with some onions, corn, avocado and carrot chunks. Tasty, but I really wanted cauliflower to be prominent. My husband ordered a carnitas burrito and again, it was hard to find the carnitas. It was mostly filled with black beans. We love black beans, but when it says cauliflower or carnitas as the primary focus, they shouldn't be so hard to find. The guacamole we ordered was delicious! The salsa was great! I didn't get my son's opinion of his tacos. Nice atmosphere.

Beautiful restaurant very nice! Food was good, but not authentic mexican. Service was ok we made a reservation and were seaterd 15 minutes after, restaurant had only like 2 tables seated so it was not busy at all. Then we waited 1 hour for the food... I really thought it was going to be better since I had so many recommendations for it. Over priced for quality.

Jennifer was our server this evening! We were a party of 20. She was absolutely amazing. Not once did we have to ask for refills on drinks, chips, salsa. She was fast, accurate and friendly. She went above and beyond. The food was good portioned and yummy! The tables idea guacamole was the best I had.

Tried out a different location of this restaurant chain that boasts super tasty food made with fresh ingredients which also applies to their monthly Margarita promotions (December is Bloody Orange!). It felt like the dressed up version to the casual location in my backyard. The music was popping & kept us dancing from the parking lot on the way in to the table and back on our way out. They really should seriously consider adding a dance floor. 💃🏽 Margaritas, quesadillas and sopapillas, oh my! ❤️🍹🥰

Finally. After a year of searching and eating at over a dozen Mexican Food restaurants, we found flavor. All previous attempts we found a serious lack of flavor. Bland, bland, bland. So when we decided to try Hacienda Colorado while shopping nearby, I didn't have high hopes. We ordered a couple of Cadillac Margaritas which were superb though somewhat small. My hopes rose a bit. Chips and Salsa, the chips were hot and fresh, the salsa had a smokey roasted pepper flavor, not spicy but lots of flavor. Hopes rise a bit more... The queso was very good... have we found good Mexican food? Ordered Carnitas Enchiladas with Roasted Jalapeño sauce and was shocked with how flavorful the dish was. Refried beans had great flavor as well. The rice, had good flavor, but did seem a bit dry. Really, the only criticism. Price, a bit high but I'll absorb it for Good Food. Thank you Hacienda Colorado! Keep it up.

Had a really poor experience at Hacienda in Wheat Ridge. Took some out of town guests there who wanted Mexican food on their way to the airport. Server did not greet our table for almost 10 minutes. It took an hour from the time we sat down to get our food and then to top if off, you could tell that the plates had sat under a heat lamp for some time because two of the people in our parties had enchiladas and the sauce was cooked to the plate and the cheese was burned. My wife ordered a salad and it didn't have dressing on it, and it took me walking into the entrance of the kitchen and asking for some to get anyones attention. It wasn't busy, so I don't know what the issue was with the poor service, and at their prices, there is no excuse for poor food quality.
