One of the worst place we had ever stayed. The room was not clean, The Bedsheets/Cover were very old, The floor mat was very sticky. The window curtains were not closing properly, Bathroom was bad with the wall pipes coming out etc. We had booked during Labor day weekend without choice and had paid $200 per night stay. Not at all recommended for families or anyone with small kids.

It is very much a 1 star notell but by far one of the best I've ever been in. I checked reviews before going and brought my own coffee maker as they don't provide one. If you're staying more than one night I recommend also bringing an extra towel. The jacuzzi tub is old and used up but it still works, I enjoyed it but bring a bathing suit though, I wouldn't want to sit in it naked. The rooms are retro in the real way, not the hipster way. If my travels every bring me that way again I won't hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We booked three nights for Memorial Day weekend and it was the most charming motel with the kindest staff. We drove eight hours to get there and while we arrived past the time when we could check in our first night, the gentleman behind the counter said it was totally fine as he’d be there all night. The room was so charming-I adored the pastel furniture and bathroom and especially the spa tub! Absolutely no sign of bed bugs or bugs at all. We had trouble with hot water but as soon as we told the front desk, they fixed it for us and were very friendly the whole time. While the price was a bit steep, it was Memorial Day weekend and we booked late so that’s on us. Either way, we’d definitely come back and can’t express how great the staff was enough!

It does not have bed bugs. Rooms are relatively clean and not smelly. In all other respects it's the cheapest, in all senses, type of a motel you can think of.

Me and my family stayed here for 1 night. Checked in late and we were all very tired so went to bed immediately, when we woke up there were fleas on some of the beds and the staff had the audacity to yell at us when we asked for a refund/ new room. Don’t be scammed it’s false advertisement. Cigarette burns in the blankets just not worth it, horrible place to stay be aware!

I'd honestly say to take a little bit more money and get you a better place. Sure this place is cheap, but here's my pros and cons here: Pros: - Close to Niagara Falls. - Cheap. - Owner is nice. Cons: - I can literally feel the springs in my bed. - Nightstand has no access to phone chargers and is very puny. - No seating, just beds and one small chair. - Bathtub/shower and toilet look like toys for children and are the smallest I've ever seen. - I could hear the neighbors microwave going off with the windows and door shut. - Everything was outdated except for the TV. All in all, how did this outrun the Days Inn & Suites up the street?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! It's a pull out couch number one. We don't usually spend much time in our room on vacation... so it is partly our own fault, but for over $200/night!? NOT what we expected! It was GROSS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! AT ALL!!! ZERO STARS!!!!

The room was junky as heck! Looked real sketchy at first! I did notice, however, that it was clean. The bed linens and towels were also very clean. So, if you want a cheap room that looks very cheap but is clean, then this is your place.

You get what you pay for and we knew this was a low budget stay. The check in lady was friendly and the rooms very accessible. However the rooms themselves were not clean - I know it was not a five star hotel, but I do expect basic cleanliness. There were marks on the walls and the beds didn’t seem very well cared for. We nearly swallowed the cost and booked somewhere else but we just had a couple of glasses of wine and slept through it!

The room was very clean. The owner and staff were very helpful and polite. Plenty of very clean linens. This hotel is older, and has not been updated, but very clean and better than expected for the price. Owner was available after hours by ringing the doorbell at entrance. If you just need a clean place to sleep I recommend this hotel. We will stay again next trip. Also there is a very nice park walking distance from the hotel and Olympia restaurant just down the road was excellent.

I have stayed at some questionable places before. At least they have had good beds. At this place the bed was horrible. My husband and I kept rolling into the center. Also the shower is like a cruise ship shower. Super small.

Clean apartment set up. Needs a few things such as mirrors in bedrooms (only one mirror in bathroom), toaster and a better couch. There were 2 very uncomfortable futons. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Maybe they just need a decent investor.

The owner was so very nice! The rooms were really nice. Had a fridge and microwave. We got there early and he had no problems checking us in. We stayed a Couple nights there. We checked out early tho because of our trip. We did make it to our destination in Canada. Thank you for being so nice.

This place was great! Clean. Friendly people and the owner takes pride in his establishment. Super clean rooms. The owner even made a point to verify we were happy with our room. We stayed at a holiday in nearby first that was terrible in Comparison.

I'd put no stars if I could. The smoke detector was not attached to the ceiling, it fell off at some point and they put it on top of the microwave. The a plug has the a/c, microwave, and refrigerator in it. The toilet has a leak somewhere, so there was water on the floor. Nats in bathroom sink. The tubs hot water nozzle had a leak. The tub was so slippery I was afraid I would slip in it. The couch had lots of rips and stuff, and they tried to hide it by putting towels over it.
