So we didn't stay at the motel, we parked in the campground. I have no complaints for this location. We got lot 20, right in the front, and I feel we had plenty of space for our truck and 25ft camper. There was a picnic table and fire pit already there. There is no privacy however. We are only staying one night on our way to another state. We likely would not choose this campground for a long term stay but love it for 1 or 2 nights. Other residents are quiet.

I was a little concerned about staying here based on the negative reviews, but glad we did. We stayed in the campground portion of the property. We have a 35 Ft 5th wheel. The campground is located behind the little motel. The area was clean—no random trash or mattresses as mentioned in other posts. We did not go in the bathrooms as we have our own in our RV. For our purposes, it fit the bill…30/50 amp service, paved pads, shade on the perimeter lots, fire ring. We went to Niagara Falls Park and it was about a 20 minute drive. If you are a self contained unit, I would recommend this campground.

I'm glad we are in a self contained motorhome because the showers, bathrooms, and laundry room are in need of some major upgrades. I read reviews dated from three to five years ago which said the same thing and thought they must be fixed by now. Wrong!! The hotel looks run down too. The owner doesn't seem to have any interest in making the place better, just collect the money. We will not stay here again.

I wish I had read through the bad reviews before staying here. Extremely dirty (trash everywhere on the grounds, old mattress as soon as you pull in, loud (tree cutting every day, dogs that bark all times of morning and late at night) and was told by the owner that dead trees could have fell on my camper at any point so very unsafe (neighborhood also looks sketchy). The garbage has taken over the fire pits, was in the trees, on the grounds, if you say anything the owner tells you anything to get you to wrap up the conversation. The only reason this place is still in business is the proximity to Niagara Falls. If you are here more than a few hours to catch a nap in between travel than please do your research.

High priced camping and filthy restrooms. It's close to the falls for a visit, otherwise we wouldn't recommed until baths are given more attention.

I'm in agreement with many of the complaints. The cost is high for what you get. No amenities The owner does not care about the business and is not helpful. The place is dirty and run down..I have a brand new motor home so I'm.ok as far as that goes..once the spring summer it I will be leaving probably buying some thing..the location is good and close to the falls..also close to my job. I will be filing a complaint with good Sam park when I leave

Great location good WiFi full hook ups. Could use some better grounds keeping. Trash area was bad with glass on the ground. Lots of road noise. We will be staying here again because of location and very nice owner.

We had a last minute reservation last night and their service is very good, nice and clean campground (even it is small).

Our spot was ok . We looked out our windows for the first time in a long time. Office help not so helpful ,we arrived at 4:30pm and had to wait for twenty minutes for the woman to come to the office. From ? The office sign said open in flashing lights. When she got there she didn’t know where our reservation was. And she was who I talked to. I worked in a KOA office and that is not expectable.

The only problem with service was she didn't realize we made a reservation a month ago. She seems to only keep track of reservations made super last minute. Otherwise, the bathrooms were really clean and the shower had plenty of hot water with adequate pressure. The only other thing I would add is this really isn't a campground for pitched tents. This is pretty much only for RVs. We were the only tent there and it was a little weird. There was a lot of noise from the busy road and people's pets, but for 45 a night, its great. The rest of the hotels around here are insane, including the decrepit motels on Niagara Falls Blvd.

It was all good as far as I could tell. The landlord was messing with our lights at one for some reason. But other than that, I like that we weren't bothered at all.

Smallish motel and RV park. Management was fabulous! Location was perfect for visiting Boltd Castle & Niagara Falls

Good place to park your camper, good Wi-Fi, but no other amenities other than a laundry room.

This is a quiet small rv park attached to a motel. The people that own it are VERY nice. Polite and accomidating with check in/out. Supplied us with a brand new hose when the water was shut off due to freezing temperatures to fill our tank. We used pull in site 29 it was large enough to accomidate our 35 ft camper and 2 vehicles. The water pressure was great. Power was great no issues, very fast wifi. The Facilities on the other hand are why this place only gets 3 stars. The bathrooms are deplorable, actual human feces on the floor, overflowing garbage cans, I wouldn't use it if it was the only bathroom on the planet. The place is run down. We stayed for 2 weeks and had no problems, we just used our own bathroom instead of theirs. It's not a resort by any means but they don't advertise it as such. Would stay again if we needed to. It was a bit pricey for the stay, $875 for 2 weeks. I would be more comfortable if that was their monthly rate.

Place is nice and quiet. Good for visit the Falls. WiFi is very fast! The owner is very friendly and nice, we had an emergency change of plan and have to leave one day early. He accommodated our request and we are very grateful for that!

This place is disgusting it's run by someone who doesn't care about their business. We were squeezed into a 30 ft space with a 44 ft RV. The laundromat and bathrooms were disgusting. Don't go there there are no amenities no nothing.

We stayed at the end of July in the RV campground. Sites are good but don’t plan on using the bathhouse, they are atrocious. Other than location, Niagara Falls, these is little to do here. Value proposition is too expensive as well.

This review is based on the campground only. We did not use the restrooms and bath house. As far as a campground goes, this place was just fine. Plenty of room to get in and out, grass areas and full hook ups. Based on viewing the office, I would probably not stay here in a motel room.

Nice, no frills, campground. I had a lovely shady spot in the back. The family that runs it are very nice and accommodating. It could use some TLC but I had an enjoyable week there and met some fun neighbors. They have tours of Niagara Falls from the campground, which is great and convenient.
