This hotel is owned by Indians and they have a terrible service. I booked my stay with a wrong date at first. So I contacted them to ask for the change of dates, but they refused. So I showed up on the day I could go which is still on the day of rthe reservation. But they put my status of stay as “no-show” and rejected me from checking in. I eventually had to look for another hotel. Later on, when I asked for a refund, they told me that I’m a no-show guest. So I don’t deserve a refund. They took my money away and had not refunded me. It’s a hotel with such an awful hospitality. Take the money you see in short term and I wish you go bankrupt and your family go back to India.

I didn't have a bad experience. I was concerned when I read past reviews. Here are the good points; Clean room and bathroom was neat. AC was on before I arrived. No bedbugs! Manager was never rude. Towels replaced without asking. Shampoo and soap provided. Iron with board provided. Hair dryer with night light. Areas of improvement; Parking lot/driveway needs repaving. Pool, I guess, will never open. Table next to bed needed to be wiped down. Dispensers needed touch up. Listing of available TV channels. Two sheets had cigarette burn holes Scottish Inn has nothing Scottish but will do for short stays. About a half hour from Niagara Falls and Canadian border.

No cars in the parking lot should have clued me in, especially when check in person told me they were almost full. This is a transient hotel, and I ended up eating the cost, as I definitely would not stay here with my family.

I’m here during a big snowstorm Christmas 2022. The heater here is so good to keep me warm at constant temperatures I set. This economy room is roomy enough for me. Thumbs up, guys…

It is not clean, there are hairs in clumps. and the bathroom smells of urine. Far from the town

For the price, it was a great room to stay in. Responsive via phone and then later in person. Room was clean and had everything you I needed. My only complaint is that the bed frames were very noisy (one squeaky, and other clunky), and that the hot water took a very long time to come in in the morning (~2-3 minutes).

Stayed here for a few nights on my US trip to visit Niagra falls. Rooms were good and right across the street there's an Aldi for everything which was great for someone like me who doesn't drive.

Smoking Room's(if you smoke) Pets allowed for small fee. Comfortable and Mostly Quiet. Washer/Dryer in Rm. 16. Washer $2.50 & Dryer $1.50+ You want a 5 star motel that's impossible. Fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Pool unavailable. Close to Buffalo and Niagara Falls, outlet mall and many restaurants.

Room 1 was nice. Flat screen TV and the wifi was actually useable. The sheets smelled a little smoky but nothing to keep you awake at night. The bathroom was clean enough and is pre stocked with shampoo and shower gel.

We check in very late. The owner was very understanding and able to accommodate our requested. The room was clean.

I was there to see family, they have clean quiet rooms, with a good quality bed to sleep on.....!

Perfect for our needs. Pet friendly (with charge). Clean. Does need upgrade. But I will be back again.

Very nice stay for an overnight. Clean rms. with all the amenities needed. Would book again.
