The staff was super friendly and ended up giving me a discount on my room due to a minor inconvenience. The room was clean and the hotel was pet friendly which was nice. The parking lot was safe and I was able to leave my car and trailer which were loaded with belongings out all night with no problem. Overall my experience was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel was the best place we have stayed on our journey across country. We have been on the road 26 days doing Route 66 then coming through Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and making our way here has been a highlight. Best nights sleep ever! And in one nights stay we meet so many great folks. I’d come back just because of the hospitality! Great job!

I was stranded in Wyoming due to its famous winter road conditions. The neighboring gas station directed me here when I asked for the best place in town . The room was super super clean , as were the linens , towels and everything else . At -10 F , the heater worked like a charm and was silent , the beds were super comfortable . Chocolate chip cookies at check in were a bonus and the scrambled eggs at breakfast exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel as a resting place . The staff I need to mention is very helpful and know how to smile .

Wasn’t sure what to expect for $100 but needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Wow!! Exceeded expect! Beds are so comfortable, decided to sleep in. Rooms are clean, great breakfast n superb service. Felt blessed to have found this little gem on the way to Yellowstone. Highly recommend n I’m hard to please.

This was a very clean and nice place to stay. The staff was polite and helpful. Great price. I would go out of my way to stay here again. We have on a family trip for the last 5 days and this was the best hotel I stayed on my trip. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Made stopping in the middle of no where pleasant! They warmly welcomed us even at 1 am, the rooms were super clean and the staff was great. Great breakfast too. One of the best hotels we have stopped at. :)

The important stuff was all good: clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, convenient location. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous and high quality. It's great to have a Tesla Supercharger in the parking lot. Our room key had some trouble and the front desk got new batteries for the lock to fix it. I dropped one star for some quality issues. The walls were thin enough that I could clearly hear my neighbor's "restroom activity", if you know what I mean. The hotel was nearly empty so I'm surprised they weren't leaving vacancies between guests. The hot tub wasn't working. The room's motion-activated lights turned on everytime we walked near the restroom or TV, waking up those who were sleeping (cost savings taken too far, I think). I'd gladly stay here again, but would expect some minor maintenance/quality issues.

Clean, quiet, great value. Just passing through but everything was great. Beds comfortable, everything worked, quick freeway access. Would definitely stay again.

Stopped in at Heartland Inn due to bad weather. Wonderful staff, room, and complimentary breakfast! Best cup of coffee this entire cross country trip❤️
