Ordered for my coworkers and myself. Asked for mine medium. Got it cooked to crisp looking like smaller than a slider patty. Also burned the bacon. I used to love this place, but lately their burgers are not what they used to be.

I reviewed the listings then gave this place a try. I had a blucheese burger cooked Medium. It was delicious ! Cooked just right . The fries were really good without ketchup or anything. It must be something in the oil. They weren’t too oily and salted just right. The location is different and they share the soda machine with the store next door so not going to be what you think. Just a few tables inside but I went about an hr or so before they closed and I was about the only person except for the take out customers. Good prices. $10 for my burger, fries and my large drink. Place was clean and clerks were friendly and helpful . They also have salads and chicken for the no beef individuals. A place to certainly check out!

I wish i could give 5 stars because the food is absolutely delicious, but a few times I've stopped by during their business hours and there was no one there in the middle of the day, and not even a note on the door saying if they'll either be right back or that they're closed and sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sure they're short staffed but a bit of consideration towards the customers that enjoy coming here would be appreciated. Even if they had an open/closed sign on their window so i know before getting out of my car for the door to be locked. It has deterred me from driving out of my way to come grab food on my way home from work here, unfortunately. I'll still stop by if I'm passing, though. The food is great, however! Just a bummer about them being randomly closed.

This restaurant is located inside a gas station. I ordered a blue cheese burger medium. They cooked the burger to a bone dry well. I ordered an extra patty for $2.50 per menu but was charged $3. However, bacon was cooked well and vegetables were fresh. The over cooked burger patties and overcharged has me not coming back. Check out the pictures below for proof.

Made two separate trips to Urban Counter. Had a cheeseburger the first time that was really good made extremely well with all the toppings. The second time I went we had a great tasting hot dog. The friendly person behind the counter made it well and the hot dog itself was very tasty.

This little place is tucked away in a corner! It is DELICIOUS. Got the Southern Chicken sandwich and now feel like I need to make this place a regular pit stop. Don’t let the location steer you away, this place is so good!

Breakfast burritos are always hitting. So. Good. Really love this location and the service here is excellent! Always so kind, friendly, and professional.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had! Next to no tuna on the tuna sandwich. The sweet potato fries looked good, but were barely even cooked. Which meant I couldn’t eat them at all. avoid this place at all costs! Terrible customer service too! They still had 30 minutes to be open for lunch. The guy at the window tells me they already started cleaning their grill, so I couldn’t order any hamburgers. Who runs a place like this? I wish I could get my money back!

Their fried bacon hotdog is good. Recent visits have the quality of product questionable. The bacon in my turkey blt was burnt beyond consumption and 2nd time there was foreign material in my sandwich 😔 12-15 Decided to revisit and order the bacon wrapped hot dogs with Tator tots. Bacon was medium raw, grilled onions were the skin of the onion, no onions and it was cold even tho I was told 10 mins and it's ready. Officially done with this chain.

Blue cheese burger all day! Sweet potato fries are on point as well. Service is slow but worth the wait. I waited 15 to 20 min on three burgers and fries. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Good food, for a reasonable price. Had a bacon wrapped fried hotdog with all the fixings and it was quite good. Bit of a wait but items are cooked to order so thats to be expected. Exceeded my expectations for a restaurant attached to a gas station. Staff was friendly and polite

Excellent service! Shout out to Sonia for saving my order! I messed up my own order through Uber Eats but they recognized that something was off. They reached out to me repeatedly (I didn't have my phone with me at that time) and left me a voicemail to make sure everything was done right. Well done!

Ordered a tuna salad sandwich and fries. The fries were decent, fresh. But the sandwich was very greasy and messy. Tuna tasted bland and unappetizing. Next time, I’ll stick to my guns and just drive the extra 6 minutes to Panera. I wish I could go back for my money.

Their food is amazing and the workers were incredible, well respected individuals!
