The crew here is always up to the task. No matter if it's a quiet evening or a busy lunch rush, they're always working hard and efficiently, and communicating with one another and their customers. Evening while dealing with multiple orders, the staff is still taking the time to make small talk while working orders down the line. Great food, great people.

Meat/cheese is fresh sliced for your sandwich 🥪. I have it Mike's way with extra onions! The employees are super friendly to you and each other. And the place is always clean.

First time trying Jersey Mike's and I am regretting not trying them sooner. The chicken bacon sub was was delicious and the employee (young woman) was very friendly. I will definitely be back to try other subs

I really had an amazing stay at this spot! I am really impressed with their customer service. All of their staff is friendly, decent, and very accommodating. They also greeted me and assist me to the vacant seat. I ordered Club Supreme and I also tried their American Classic. The sandwiches are great, tasty, and flavorful. The bread is soft and new, the veggies are fresh, and the meats are juicy and quality. I am really satisfied and amazed. They also have different kinds of beverages. Highly recommended! Great subs! All of their offers here are affordable and fair. You can absolutely buy anything you want from the menu without breaking your pocket. If you are looking for such a great spot with offers that has a great price, this place is worth trying! I would love to go back and visit this place again soon! I went in last week, not really knowing what I wanted because I wasn’t in the mood. So, I mentioned that I wasn’t sure and Amanda gave the wonderful suggestion, I’m the WORST and forgot the name, but it was SO GOOD. Both of the staff were wonderful and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

I walked in at 8:10 and their store hours say close at 9pm, door was open and they tell me their closed 😑makes sense, nobody wants to work anymore

The establishment is loud and you can barely hear what the employees are asking, other than that it was ok.

Any I tipped. But not again. There is no weight on the slices. I’ve been to various JM location but the first time at Wheaton/Roosevelt Road. My roast beef was rather light on slices. When I asked about do they measure by weight or.. he said it’s slices or we just kinda know. Well son, you don’t know because this is light. Did he make an offer of, let’s make it right for you or can I remake it? None of that. Corporate, step in step up or I’m out. Have a uniform system or the customer is dealing with inconsistencies. McDonalds is around this long for a reason. Uniformity and consistency.

Food was great. Needed a large order and they were able to accommodate. Even had the order done early which was a huge plus. Did the boxed lunches from catering. App worked well. Will continue to go back
