My favorite place to purchase greetings cards. I also enjoy purchasing various things around the different holidays.

Extremely rude staff working there. You would think it's common courtesy to be nice and attract customers rather than making them feel unwelcomed and lose sales. Also, came to search for a particular squishmallow (which I later purchased at a different hallmark for $16 after tax) was priced at $50 at this location. Do NOT give in to these prices and make them think this is okay. The customer service alone was enough to turn me away, but now I'll never be coming back after seeing the scam that is your prices.

WASTE OF TIME. Stopped by this store tonight 12/30 to check for one hallmark ornament that I have tried to locate. I arrived at 6:35 pm to find the door locked though the hours listed on line state they are open until 7 pm. The young lady at the register saw me and just ignored me. I knocked on the window and she finally came to the door. She confirmed that the store closes at 7 pm but said that she had started closing the till and refused to let me look for the ornament. I really do not understand, why bother posting hours of operation only to not honor them? I tried calling before coming to the store but the phone goes straight to voicemail. Again, do not bother wasting your time. Better off going to Bev’s Hallmark they are only 10 mins away and they at least bother to answer the phone.

I had the same experience as Betty Salgado. Admittedly I didn’t have my Sunday best on as I’d been working in the garage and had taken a break to drop a pkg at usps for my daughter at university. I had never been in the store and from the outside the merchandise looked nice. The face to face greeting I received less than 6 feet inside the door from a late middle aged woman initially was ok. When I said I’d like to just browse and headed toward a rack I got a curt, backhanded response. I stood there froze & thought what am I doing?! I responded that “I wasn’t trying to be nasty in any way”.I didn’t want to go any further to look at anything let alone spend my money there. I promptly wheeled around and walked out. Since the lady I encountered was older maybe this is a store wide problem. I worked in retail for years and rarely have I had such a negative experience. There are nicer places to shop that will appreciate your business!

Note to staff: when people who haven’t noticed your store before, see it and come in and please don’t be snippy and rude. Something made me come in, but the bad attitude definitely made me leave. From the look of the young cashier’s face when they said it, it was probably the manager. 😒

Gorgeous store with fabulous selection of Hallmark and other gift items. A little disappointed that I was never greeted or offered help while in the store (for about 30 minutes) . Cashier was talking to another customer when I got to the counter (no transaction happening). I finally had to excuse myself to ask if I could check out. I felt like I was intruding on their conversation. However, I did NOT interrupt, since while ringing up my items, their conversation continued. Maybe I'll try earlier in the day next time and hope for more service.

The owner upcharges children's toys to about up to about 3x their retail value. One time I decided to buy one and they tried to charge me more than was on the tag. I browse every once and again to see if they have changed this practice but after seeing $14 stuffed animals trying to be sold for $40, I will no longer be back.

I ran all as round trying to find a particular father and daughter willow tree statue snd luckily found it here at Everything Good in Wheaton. When I entered the store I was so impressed by the size of the store and the amount of merchandise! Especially today, because no on seems to carry any stock anymore. This story was set up so inviting that I could have shopped to there for hours had I had the time. I can't wait to gather a few of my friends and head back there to the Danada area for another visit to shop at Everything Good! The employees were so nice too! Very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t get the lady’s name but she was extremely rude to severely customers. Then when told she didn’t have to be so rude she says “no I’m going to be rude”. Awful customer service will be taking my money else where

They buy stuffed animals directly from Costco and mark them up significantly. They are also charging $80 for a stuffed animal, when other hallmarks are only charging $25 for the same one. Employees are nice, but the store’s owner decision to mark up certain products significantly and rip off customers is ridiculous. Instead of going to this hallmark, I’d recommend Amy’s hallmark. The ones I’ve gone to don’t price gouge like this, or buy stuff straight from Costco and mark it up 2x or 3x more.

Cute store with unique gifts, but extremely expensive for what you get. People are very polite and nice here. Usually pretty busy during the weekends. Nice quality of products but still above the usually price range.

Great customer service! I called looking for a specific ornament. The manager was the only one working at the store, but she took the time to go look for what I wanted. She also held the ornament for me, something other Hallmark stores have not done.

A woman working there was talking about the owner in a negative tone on more than one occasion about carelessly putting clothes out and then was rude to my mother in law who was trying to get her app to work when the store only allowed for one bar on her phone. The sweet older woman at the register was kind, but first time having a bad experience at this store.

I visited the store today to buy a sympathy card for an owner of a pet that passed. Other stores didn't carry this kind of card. As I entered the store, I heard the clerk talking on the phone saying the caller would have to call back because she was helping other customers. Then someone came in for an online order and it sounded like that conversation didn't go well. The customer wasn't happy. After finding what I needed, I went to the cash register and waiting some time until the phone rang and the clerk came to the counter. The comment she made to me was, "with all the items in the store, is this really all you wanted?" My response was yup. I won't be going back. She never welcomed me when I arrived and when others came in when I was leaving, she offered help. Hallmark has changed in not a good way from years ago. I think I'll be ordering online from now on.

👍👍 Searching for a local coffee shop in the Wheaton area and this one came up and we gave it a try, so glad we did. Not only was it one of the best tasting lattes I’ve ever had, the staff was friendly and the shop also sold merchandise such as mugs, jewelry and shirts. Your purchase really does matter...
