This has been my Massage Envy home for a while now. They have been through a good number of staff and management over the years and it seems they have found a great rhythm lately. The desk staff are so helpful and attentive. They also have several therapists who really give good advice about how your muscle pain or discomfort might have come to be through your habits/occupation, etc and what to do (stretches, etc) to help prevent issues. Andrew and Emily are some I would really recommend for that kind of therapeutic massage and health input. Also Ginta, Ruth, and Tanya give wonderful massages. They do a great job!

About would you'd expect from massage envy. Reception gals were sweet and warm. Tanya worked me over pretty well. I see no reason I don't go back

Britt is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly and kind and is the best massage therapist I’ve ever found. She finds areas of tension and works out the knots. Cannot recommend her enough!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The massage I had was the WORST massage ever with Ana. I had to ask her twice to take the pressure down and she still failed to do so. She dug her knuckles and nails into my back and it was so painful, the next day I am STILL in so much pain! The massage didn’t even last an hour it was only 45 minutes. When the session ended she ran out of the room and was nowhere to be found afterwards with water/recommendations/etc. as you would normally get from another Massage Envy. When I got to the front desk the lady mispronounced my name and then laughed about it when I corrected her, instead of apologizing. Overall, this was the WORST experience I’ve had at a massage envy and I will now be cancelling my membership. NEVER AGAIN!

My massage with Tanya was wonderful. She knew exactly what I needed to work out all the knots in my muscles and she was very kind and accommodating. I’ve had a lot of massages before and Tanya was definitely one of the best therapists I’ve had!

Tanya does a great deep tissue massage. She always checks if there are areas that require special attention and if the pressure is good. I highly recommend hee services.

I regret getting a membership with Massage Envy. It is near impossible to get out of a Massage Envy contract. They continue to bill you after the contract is canceled. The overall experience has been terrible. Whatever you do NEVER sign up for a membership with any Massage Envy franchise. You will regret it.

This is for the extremely poor customer service after you sign a contract. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service and how the ultimate goal is to have a customer sign a contract and not provide the details. What the contract states is not what one is told. I had attempted to cancel it due to heath issues and not being able to continue with the massages. The front desk couldn’t provide a customer service number and only one they thought was customer service but unsure of the hours (it was for Arizona and each location is independently franchised). Multiple times I called and all they will tell me is a message will be left to the manager and she will call back. She doesn’t call back until several times. By then another month is charged. The contract auto renews after one year ends without any notification of increase in prices as the contract states one will be notified at least 45 days prior to auto renewal. They will email you a form and ask you to print and complete it and it should takes 20 business days to cancel after they receive it. The contract states you can email to request to cancel contract at email address provided.

I love ME in Wheaton….front desk staff are very professional and helpful. I am so grateful for their assistance with scheduling. Britt is the most amazing therapist and always addresses my concerns. I have had back problems for years but with her knowledge and skill level she has helped me regain so much strength and flexibility. I recently started receiving facials from Robbie….my skin is looking better than ever and I am so pleased with the results!

Ana was awesome and really worked out some massively deep knots on my back I didn’t even know I had!

I called them one day to get information about booking 3 massages at approximately the same time for my friend's bachelorette party. They were really flexible working with me and helped me book three 90 minute massages at about the same time on Memorial Day. I know the team had to pull some strings to make it happen, and I am so thankful that they did. You helped my best friend's (the bride's) day special in the way she deserves! Both of my friends and I loved our experiences and came out of the massages feeling relaxed and pampered. I highly recommend working with this team!

Tanya is the best! Great massage applying very firm pressure. I could feel the muscle tension releasing throughout the massage. Highly recommend!!

Danielle is a skilled therapist and very responsive to individual needs. However, it has become extremely difficult to schedule any massage at this location. The membership is apparently way oversold, so naturally they are raising prices. Must schedule waaay in advance, especially for a weekend.

Always a pleasure dealing with staff. They are courteous and friendly. Carolyn provides an excellent massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing. Keep up the great work!

Was a great massage. They listen to what you have going on. Tanya is very good and works on the areas that need it!

Danielle is fantastic! She tailors each massage to what I need. And she can get the little jerk knots out of my back and shoulders. Love her

Ana is fantastic! I always feel super relaxed after my sessions with her! I hold tension in my shoulders, neck & back & she concentrates on those areas by my request & she applies firm pressure to get the “knots” out!
