    I love Starbucks. I’m normally not used to expecting excellent customer service from a fast food restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the gentleman at the window was able to fix my drink that was made wrong at first. I got the brown sugar shaken espresso with chai that was recommended to me by him and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this Starbucks location to anyone, the employees are incredibly fast and were able to work through a very long line of cars very quickly. Highly recommended!!!

    Hey it is a Starbucks. This one is pretty busy and seem pretty on top of it. My mobile order got taken but there was no trouble getting a replacement and they did it really quickly in spite of being positively slammed. Thanks!

    I usually love Starbucks and have nothing but good things to say. Today I was HIGHLY disappointed. I went to the Danada Square East location in Wheaton and recently it has been a mess. The store isn’t clean, it’s never open inside, and the food is cold/drinks are melted by the time you wait in the 30 minute drive-thru line. Today they had their inside pick up open and me and 12 other people were waiting outside for our drinks when an employee put up a sign saying we have to get in the drive-thru line to pick up our orders. Half of us didn’t have time to get an a 30 minute line and that’s why we ordered online. When we called the store to ask about it they said we could call 1-800-Starbucks to get a refund and then hung up on us and wouldn’t answer again. It was just rude. I understand being understaffed but the disrespectful employee wasn’t needed. Just sad.

    I love Starbucks. I always get great customer service at other Starbucks never an issue at Starbucks love the drinks love the quality. The only issue at this Starbucks is a gentleman that takes our order in drive thru. Name is Chris he is just very short and rude. went through the drive-through he kept saying is that it? he needs to change his terminology he needs to use how else can I help you. I felt like I was going. I thought I was going through a McDonald’s drive-through very unprofessional maybe have a chat and do some retraining

    Today, the barista got mad at me because she had to remake my drink (I asked for iced and received a hot). She glared at me and made me a drink with someone’s leftover half shot. A grande has two shots. I was floored when I saw her put it in but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I left and tried it and didn’t taste any espresso. It wasn’t until I got to work did I notice my coffee really didn’t have any espresso in it. There was mocha drizzle and caramel on top so that’s why it’s light brown. But yeah, don’t be petty, it’s your job. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and mostly everyone is nice and the coffee is well made but this incident today was ridiculous. I still drank it because I paid for it lol.

    I love Starbucks. I go to Starbucks everyday and enjoy the euphoria of sipping on the drink, but only for a few moments. As fast as I began drinking, the drink disappears. I am left only with an empty cup and a void of what used to be my happiness. I feel excruciating pain with each second I am separating from Starbucks. But anyways the drinks were good, service was nice, but I felt like there wasn't enough ice in my iced coffee.

    Just know that, like so many other suburban drive-through Starbucks, there's a line of several dozen cars in the morning, sometimes blocking off parking space. Save had and get your order faster by parking, so long as you're certain you can get out when you're done.

    First time at this location. Did drive thru. Apple Crisp Macchiato Coffee was good. Cinnamon Coffee Cake not what I expected. Cashier made an error and told me my order was on them. She maintained a level pleasant tone with a smile the whole time. She volunteered the info of her error. Great customer service. Thank you. I'll go back again. There's always a line in Drive Thru and it moves quickly.

    I LOVE LOVE going to this Starbucks! All the staff are so outgoing, friendly,patient, and always get my order right and out fast! No matter how busy they are they make sure each customer gets there great attitude and full attention!!

    Love this Starbucks. Usually super fast. Today drive-thru line was extremely long so decided to run inside ordered by venti caramel brulee latte. Generally let it cool down for about 5 minutes before I start drinking it. Today something was way off. Was super bitter. Not sure if they forgot to put the flavoring in or what. Drink about a fourth of it and said enough of that. Will this deter me from going back to Starbucks? NO!!! Well I taste my coffee before I leave Starbucks in the future?? DAM RIGHT I WILL!

    i had a free bakery reward that i wanted to redeem and the cashier wouldn’t enter the code and when i pulled away, i noticed that instead of redeeming my reward, he used my stars to get it. im so upset. the cashier was noah.

    I just walked there with my one-month-old baby in a baby carrier after placing a mobile order for in-store pick up to find out that they’ve randomly closed in-store. I try calling and knocking but, though they see me, no one comes out to try to help or answers the phone. So I had to walk home with a fussing newborn while calling customer service to get my order refunded. If you plan to go in-store, I’d avoid this location.

    I had a great experience here at Starbucks! The staff was quick, friendly, and accurate. I was impressed by how well they handled the rush hour crowd. The coffee and food were delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and excellent customer service.

    First off, we love Starbucks as a whole! Never had a bad sandwich or pastry or Frappuccino. The hot coffees are always way too strong for me so I have had problems with most any barista making my coffee, with them really listening to me as to exactly how many Extra pumps of chocolate Ima need to dilute the bitter coffee taste enough for me, lol. This trip though, involved no hot coffee for me. I did however get the "Impossible breakfast sandwich", which I have purchased a few other occasions at our local Sterling, IL. Starbucks. Ive never gotten a bad food item there. This sandwich though, the sausage patty was Not raw, but not cooked well enough to the extent that I am used to always having on any breakfast sandwich Ive gotten from other Starbucks locations. This patty just did not taste very good because it needed to be cooked a bit longer. 😏 Oh, and I used a gift card that had a remaining balance, but I realized after we were already back in the car, that he never offered me my receipt. I Always get my receipts at our usual Starbucks and always want my receipts from anywhere I spend my money at. So that was disappointing... Other than that, our drinks were great as usual. 👌🏽😋

    We’re veterans who were treated in a most disrespectful manner on Veterans Day at the Danada Square Starbucks. We simply asked the attendant for the free veterans’ coffee. She had us to repeat our request several times and pretended she didn’t understand our order. She then told us our total for the free coffee would be over $7. At this point we requested the manager. As we explained we were ordering the veterans free coffee and we were given a hard time, the manager raised his voice in defense of the attendant saying she is new. We didn’t buy it and we truly believe something else had come into play. We were not being confrontational and we believe requesting to speak with him was appropriate. As I explained to the manager, free coffee for Veterans Day is self-explanatory and it’s not on Starbucks’ menu. He yelled “I’m a veteran, too.” We’re clueless as to why this needed to be said. In conclusion, we should have received an apology and the manager should have completed our order instead of raising his voice and speaking with us in an irritated tone. The attendant attempted to hand us the coffee. For personal reasons, we declined. ALL veterans should be treated in a most respectful manner. We’re not discouraged. We plan to return next year with more veterans who look just like us.

    Great spot for a Starbucks. The parking situation can be a bit stressful at times, especially when they're getting a delivery. But I have legs, so parking a little further away isn't the end of the world.
