Hands down, BEST salon I've been to EVER!! This was my first visit here after a referral from a friend and now I won't be going anywhere else but His & Her Nails Spa! The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere with great music! I didn't catch the name of the girl who did my pedicure but she did an outstanding job and was so helpful! "T" I believe was my mani nail tech, a true an exceptional artist. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and the end result was even better than the photo! He also took time to explain to me about my nailbeds and how to take care of my nails afterwards! I've NEVER had anyone do that before! His & Her Nails Spa definitely gained yet another loyal customer today! Thank you all for your hospitality and dedication to do amazing work!

They were ruff on my nails. I gave them a reference photo to work off of but they totally looked over it and didn’t really do what I showed them to do. And left paint all over my hands and on my stepmothers toes from her pedicure. The nails aren’t shaped right and when looking at the sides they are lifting off my nail. They did a decent job on the nail art and trying to fix the shape of the nail and the pedicure I got was decent but the over all experience was not it. The shop also forgot to give my stepmothers card back to her

I came in for a gel removal and new gel with nail art while I was visiting in the area. The woman who did my nail art did a fairly nice job with a minimalistic design that she told me she had never seen anyone request before. She was also very sweet. That is the only reason for my two stars. I was extremely worried about getting an infection after having my nails done here and wish I had more confidence to express my concern at the time of my appointment. All of the tools used were taken out of a giant bin, used on me and immediately returned to the giant bin. My educated guess would be that they have never seen an autoclave and that they do not make a habit of disinfecting anything. There were also nail shavings covering the entire station. To make it worse, the way in which they removed my old gel really damaged my nails. They only used the sander - rather than soaking with cotton and foil after breaking up the surface of the gel with the sander. With my nails sanded, I got up to wash my hands and was told by my nail tech to not wash my hands. She then put the new gel on my unwashed nails that were absolutely covered in nail filings from the sanding. Like, what?!? I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews but this place was very dirty and I would never return.

A few years back I took my granddaughter to get a mani/ pedi with me. Her little chair was far from mine and she looked terrified, not a good experience . More recently, February, I got dipped nails and gel toenails. Had to go back the next day because my nails scratched and smeared. Then last week I got gel toenails and dipped fingernails. The girl was working on a total of four clients. Hopping from one chair to another. She didn’t even use the UV lamp for drying. Did nothing to my cuticles. Someone else did my gel toenails and one toenail is gone!! For the money that is paid I expect a relaxing service. Won’t go back. I’ve given them more than one chance over the years, no more

I have been going for few years to get my nails done they always do a good job; I have then started getting my eyebrows waxed there and they’ve been good a few times but this time the lady seemed to be rushing then tells me she waxed to much and waxed half my brow off 😡

The first picture is what I wanted and they said it would be $65. The all black picture is the finishing result and somehow it come to only $10 less, $55. It was all bad from the beginning when they started with a pink acrylic and the base of the nails I wanted were tan. After the acrylic was done they dipped my nail in a matte black powder then just tried sprinkling a few gold sprinkles on my nail. I told them I wanted it exactly like the picture and asked if they could just use a gold and matte black polish to achieve my goal. Then they said what they did was cuter than the photo and told me to ask my friends opinion. She agreed with me so the lady went ahead and tried to make the black darker with the powder she already tried using but didn’t appeal to me. After that the glitter sprinkles started to look all chunky on my nails. Once again I told her that is not what I want and tried to explain using black and gold polish to do what I wanted. I asked if she understood and she said yes then started painting all my nails solid black. For the last time I said that is not what I wanted that I wanted it exactly like the photo and she just looked at me with a blank face. I gave up and said continue the solid black. I want to leave asap.

It was really clean. Everyone was wearing masks. There were 3 clients at a time and 4 employees. I felt as safe as you can. I got a pedicure for the first time in a month

First time getting a mani & pedi here. It was wonderful. I had the deluxe spa pedi and let me just say, the woman who took care of feet had her work cut out for her. It was my first pedicure since COVID-19 hit, and my feet needed the extra attention she gave them! As for my manicure, after having spent so much time at my house and pinning tons of ideas for my nails, the gentleman who did my manicure was fabulous! I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he ran with it to create something little more unique! Very happy with how they look! **Updated** went back for a fill. Still had a wonderful experience and I'm thrilled with both my nails and pedicure. I'm not sure if other reviewers are just cheap, but any good manicure and pedicure is going to cost. As for complaints about thickness. Watch a few videos on how nails should be done. You want a strong nail. As for the cleanliness of the shop, it's not dirty. Everytime I've been there, there is at least one person who is sweeping up, if not more than sweeping the front of the shop and another in the back.

Larry did a fantastic job at my Pedicure and was a ray of sunshine! I was very happy with the service and my Pedicure. The green tea and hot stone pedi is great. I wish I'd had more to tip!

Larry was awesome! Had the most amazing pedicure! I always have a pleasant time here! Love my nails.
