I’m fine waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for a pizza. I just want it hot when it arrives. If this was the first time it happened, I would not leave a bad review. However, this seems to be the norm for my last three orders.

I've worked at the wheeling store for years. There is only 3 pizza places I enjoy. This is one of them.

Owner not American, delivery takes almost 2 hours. Order accuracy not checked. Employees are not courteous on phone with long time customers and they have a big turnover of employees all the time. Food is so so.

Ordered 2 Large Pizza's for lunch at work Ordered approx. 10:40am, Our Lunch was from 12:00pm to 12:30. It's now1:30PM And still have no Pizza. Not very happy. If I was told on the phone that it was going to be a long delivery wait. I would of never ordered it. I was told that it would be delivered around 12:00 to 12:15. Will never order again. Thank Alot.

Don’t Order Online here anymore! We ordered online many times and recently twice The Website said Order Unsuccessful and we called our Order in over the phone and to Our Surprise the next day we Were Charged $50 bucks for the two orders that were unsuccessful. We called the store thinking it would be easy enough to sort out and well after speaking to everybody we could speak to there and over a week later we still haven’t got our money back so now we have to Dispute the charges with Visa and Find a New Pizza shop to do business with.

I usually get bad service. Once it took them four hours to deliver my pizza and it was cold and I was never compensated. Today I spoke to Mykala and she was very nice to me. She has great Customer service skills and she assisted me with finding the best price for my order and usually they don’t do that so ty Mykala for the great Customer service skills. I hope I get My pizza within an hour and that it is fresh.

Absolutely LOVE Vocellis ON market street in Wheeling!!! The customer service is above and beyond and the deliveries come on time!!! The customer service is fantastic. Might be my ONLY FAVORITE place here. Shout out to the management team they awesome as well😊

Quality Pizza in very affordable I ordered a pizza on the phone and they didn't have to give me a discount when I picked it up and then went ahead and did it. Cost 14.95 for large 3 topping the staff was very helpful and everything was delicious 😋

Baked sub was delicious. My husband says that the calzone was the best he's ever eaten.

I always order lunch. There small pizza and a soda for 8$ is a great deal! And dinner they have 2 mediums for 18$ plus there pizza is amazing!!

Literally the best pizza you'll ever get from a chain. Its thin, with a slightly crisp bottom, a balanced sauce, absolutely loaded ith these tiny pepperonis that are cooked into crispy little bowls of awesome. The prices are top notch as well, 2 colloso pizzas is enough to feed the two of us for about 3 days, and the best part is day 2 and 3. Don't you ever disrespect this pizza with a microwave, 100% oven reheating makes this pizza even better somehow.

Always fresh and they have the best cauliflower crust pizza option around! I also appreciate the plant based sausage option!

I would recommend avoiding this establishment and choosing any other pizza place in the area. Food regularly shows up cold and not fresh. In my experience, this store has the worst delivery time and customer service in the area. An hour and a half to over two hours to receive a delivery from this location is not out of the ordinary. I've not once seen a worker at this location try to make things right with a problematic order. Beware: If you cancel your order, your funds are not returned immediately. I've literally seen people go hungry because of the poor service and slow speed of returning funds to customers. The food quality is low and price is high compared to other pizza establishments in the area.

The cauliflower crust pizza is wonderful. We got a deluxe with extra cheese and it was amazing! Lots of topping and very flavorful.

Website says they close at 12am. I called at 10:45 and they said they start closing at 11. I spent years working in the service industry and you don't stop taking orders over an hour befoe you close because you want to "get ready" to close. Won't be ordering from them again

Vocelli's is always amazing. They've only ever made one mistake with any of my orders and rectified it immediately. I always bring friends when they visit, great staff, great food.

We stopped here to get lunch on our 9 hour car ride because we saw they had outdoor seating and we had our dog. The woman at the counter was less than friendly. She rolled her eyes when I asked for no marinara on pasta because my kids don't eat it and gave me a dirty look when I asked if they had butter or oil to put on it instead. They apparently have neither butter or olive oil.

Good pizza but really long waits. I try to give businesses a break with the ability to get employees nowadays but I see this has been going on for years. Waited two hours for our pizzas. They were still warm but barely. Two hours is just too long. Waited around forty minutes to an hour before but this is ridiculous.

Delivered and arrived hot!! There's something about their pizza sauce that gets me drooling for more. I was at Wheeling Island Casino and wasn't in the mood to leave the hotel so I decided to give them a try, they had a large 3 topping pizza special. I ordered pepperoni, jalapeños, and mushrooms, it was a delicious combination! I will order from them again.
