Avoid this take away at all costs!! We spent £47.50 via Ubereats for the WORST quality food we ever had the misfortune of being served. Arrived after being almost an hour late. We called half an hour after the expected delivery time to be told the food was out with the driver. BLATANT LIES! Food turned up an hour late! The food we received was of such poor quality, we might as well have put our money directly in the bin, which essentially we have cos it wasn’t barely edible. The only thing that distinguished our sauces was the colour, cos they tasted of absolutely nothing. Tasteless Slop! The food was cold, rice was undercooked, everything else over cooked and so so greasy! Save your money people.. don’t waste it here on substandard slop! Definitely not value for your money!

I don't often give 1-star reviews, but this restaurant deserves it unfortunately. The food was decent overall, very standard Chinese food. However, the price to portion ratio was insulting. The curry, rice and chips in the pictures cost £4.40. Yes. Two spoonfuls of rice and some soggy chips with curry in a small, squashed container. £4.40. The other dishes were on the smaller side, but they were just about acceptable. I hope this review will prompt some changes.

Currently waiting on an order from 9pm and it’s now 11:05pm! Absolutely useless and they never answer the phone or hang up straight away! Uber eats offers absolutely no information or help to the matter! Spent a fortune on overpriced food to top it off! Kids crying now!

See this on Uber eats? avoid it like the plague. Food was spot on, poor quantity of meat. However, if you wish to expect costumer service you won’t get this here. I rang up questioning on the delivery for my order regarding times, the delivery driver would reject your call and leave any random number a ‘I am on my way’ default message, the restaurant number was extremely rude, arguing with me that the reason my order was delayed was because I lived 5+ miles away, if you can’t provide the service don’t offer it! Probably one of the most rudest people I have spoken too. Give them a miss

Ordered food at 6.45pm on Just Eat, estimated delivery of 8.15pm - OK, guessed they're busy. Couldn't get through on the phone, revised estimated time on Just Eat of 9.25pm...finally arrived 9.45pm! Food was absolutely vile, been ill all day, my son has a really bad stomach and we only ate a few mouthfuls. Complained to Just Eat who came back saying the restaurant refused a refund and said they hoped we enjoyed our food!!! Avoid at all costs! £28 out of pocket for disgusting, congealed food which I wouldn't feed to my dog!

We ordered from WestView off UberEats tonight and the website stated delivery times of 15-30 minutes (in hindsight this was too good to be true). Cut to 1 hour 5 minutes later and we still had no food. After calling the restaurant 5x with no answer, I finally found their WhatsApp contact details on Facebook. To their credit, they responded to my message quite quickly and gave a new ETA of a further 20-25 minutes and that the order was already with the driver. Given our address is 10-15 minutes from the house and the driver already had our food, even with additional orders a delivery time of 1hour 30min is insane. Onto the food (once it eventually arrived), disappointed to say the least. Everything was stone cold...SHOCKER I KNOW; and there was a weird liquid all over the bags and packaging. The Singapore noodles contained Prawns (not stated on UberEats) and the chips left a weird aftertaste. If that wasn't enough to lose our appetite the chicken was chewy and undercooked and the spring rolls were soggy...we were also missing the drinks for our order but let's be honest they would have probably just been another disappointment. If I had to summarise in three words: Bland, cold, and inedible. I suggest the restaurant owners reconsider their business model because continuing like this is unsustainable. I, for one, will never be ordering from here again.

Took two hours to get the order. Resteraunts phone constantly engaged so cant talk tk anyone, asking for order tracking update, doesnt work. was in the process of cancelling when a poor delivery driver got it in the neck because of incompetent staff at resteraunt.

Over 20 minutes late. When I try to ring them it's constantly line busy. Will not be returning. I'm sure my food will be cold when it arrives. UPDATE!! Had to cancel my order and get a refund. Order did not arrive. Over an hour late and still not picking up the phone.

Ordered delivery, showing estimated delivery time is 20-40 minutes but food delivered after 2 hours. And the chicken is £9.5, when I get it, only 8 pieces in a tiny container. Please see picture. I really regret that I didn’t read the reviews before I order.

Came an hour late. Its the same restaurant as chowman which never came. Charged us 22 quid for the below. Didn't even bring prawn crackers . Fiid awful. Tiny tiny tiny servings. Seriously please avoid. 22 pounds for two of the smallest soups and a tiny tub of salt chicken. Robbers

We ordered at 9 and it's currently 11 I know it's Christmas eve and there probably busy but the fact we paid for all of the food and they have closed without us getting it is ridiculous.

Awful place never order from here. Ordered food at 7pm through ubereats and was told it would be here by 7:30, it was then changed til 8:30 and it has still not arrived not sure that it ever would off. We contacted the restaurant 50+ times and each time the phone was engaged. Eventually had to contact ubereats who cancelled the order for me at 10pm.

Worst food place ever, ordered food at 6pm on Uber eats, said 45-60 minutes for delivery, that’s fine as I thought they would be busy. They then updated the time to 9:15-9:45pm for delivery, tried calling the restaurant 30+ times and no answer….. rang Uber eats 4 times to be told “they are delivering within 5 minutes” yet still no delivery…

Recently this place has honestly been a joke. Orders nearly an hour late and can't contact the restaurant. Absolutely fuming at this point. But can't call and cancel because you can't get hold of them. If I could rate no stars I would. Don't waste your time or money.

It's 9.30pm and we ordered our food over 2 hrs ago - still waiting... 1hr ago we got a text saying it was out for delivery, their phone has been offline for the last hr! Unbelievable!! How are these people in business

Got a salt and pepper munchie box and was absolutely disgusting. The chips were not even salt and pepper they were just plain chips that tasted like they have been reheated they were disgusting. Nothing in the box was even salt and pepper I don’t even know how they can call it that. The chicken was not even edible, the sauces looked okay but were so tasteless they had no flavour and just a slop. If I could give a lower rating I would. Please save your money and avoid ordering from here. It’s just a scam and a waste of your money and time.

Waiting for almost 2 hours for my food for it to come absolutely disgusting. Very bad customer service after calling 4 times to ask where is it and told 10 mins every time and with such bad attitude!! Safe to say never ordering again from here.

Don’t bother ordering from here had a buy 1 get 1 free on salt and pepper chicken and had 13 pieces chicken between the two tiny boxes ( apparently they cost £9.00) each if I’d paid that and got 6 tiny pieces chicken in each id be more furious. Sweet and sour chicken tasted foul, me and kids woke up to be sick in middle of night (strange coincidence) delivery was 40 mins late and no one answers the phone when you’re trying to find out where your food is. Food was absolutely rotten had mushrooms in gravy that tasted like they had a full tub of salt poured on them. Wouldn’t even recommend the chips they were burnt to bits

I ordered the food for my guests. The food was ordered at 7:00pm and arrived at 910pm just when my guests were just to leave. I should say all their foods taste like slop and my guests did not even complete so dishes (or maybe the food arrives too late to eat). No need to call them as I assume their reception is deaf. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BTW could I not give any star, please?

Ordered for the first time from these guys tonight. We ordered the Salt and Chilli munch box. I initially was a little peeved because the Just Eat app stated that the food had been delivered and it was a no show. I then (after 15mins of trying) managed to get through to the restaurant and they stated the food would be with us in 10mins. When it arrived, it was steaming hot and the delivery lad was canny which was lovely but... BUT! There was so much salt on this dish! Like a s*** LOAD!!! Honestly... I know it was a Salt & Chilli dish but I could feel my insides drying out with every bite! I felt like a slug trapped on hot tarmac in the middle of summer at the mercy of a young child whilst they doused the poor thing with some table salt... my poor poor sodium levels. Oh! I also went through 2lts of coke, so at least my fluid intake is up! Silver linings and all that. All in all, would I order from here again? Possibly, but definitely another dish where my heart isn't at the mercy of the Chinese Salt Overlords of the world. This was truly an Asalt on my cardiovascular system.

ordered food yesterday at roughly 4:25pm and did not get the food until 6pm. I do not mind waiting on a delivery, however when rang up, the person on the phone said 10 more mins at 5:25pm which in itself was already an hour wait. due to where i live, had to stand outside and wait for delivery driver to come so i could meet them and so waited in freezing cold rain for an extra 25 mins. Would have preferred if i was told it would be another half an hour instead of the wrong waiting time. food was warm but not great and ended up having to throw half of it out

food never arrived. did a preorder at half 3 through just eat and it said it would be delivered around 4:25, called the restaurant multiple times who kept saying the driver was on his way and would be 5 minutes. eventually at 6pm just called asking for a refund which we’ve still not had. awful communication and the man on the phone clearly had no clue if the food had even been made lol.

Only gave a 1 as need to rate. Ordered the ava Box. Delivery confirmed (shocked to see it was showing as payment to chin chins which the txt reply also showed this and when I rang to chase it the staff confirmed it was in fact chin chins) over 2 hrs and no food, when it finally arrived the salt and pepper chips tasted like it was covered in a full tub of salt, the beef in blackbean sauce was disgusting and was just like runny water. I posted a review or their Facebook page just to say wouldn't order again as it was awful and they removed my comment and blocked me so clearly don't like true reviews.

I ordered my food on Uber, it was late which I had no issue with really. Driver was polite. I then opened the food, the beef in black bean was actually chicken, the salt and pepper chips were basically a handful of chips with salt on. The sweet and sour just tasted like vinegar. I’ve used these a few times and never had any issues but I won’t be using them again.

Ordered at around 12am on my girlfriends phone yesterday as it stated the delivery time was around 20-35 minutes. After waiting an hour I called the restaurant to get an estimate as to what time the food would be arriving. The staff member who picked up the phone assured me it would be there in 15 minutes as the delivery driver had, ‘just left the shop’. Unsurprisingly the food still hadn’t arrived over 45 minutes later so called again and after ringing 3 times the staff member picked up the phone and let me know that the delivery driver had, ‘just left the shop again’ and was incredibly rude to me. Despite waiting 2 and a half hours in total the food never arrived, and the restaurant and delivery driver had the cheek to say the order had been completed and delivered thus taking £34 from us. Awaiting on a refund now but don’t order from this joke of a restaurant. I’ve also read the presumed owners replies to peoples concerns and reviews about his/hers food and delivery team and they clearly take offence at the fact that the quality of their food is laughable to say the least and their so called, ‘customer service’ is beyond awful. Uber Eats rated them 3.4 stars, google rates them 1.7. If I could rate this place with a negative value I really would as they clearly have no interest in upholding a reputable business. Surprised they even have a rating at this point. Steer well clear.

Food was really late , I ordered curry king prawns and this is what I got !! Not sure what it is. The dish was swimming in oil and did not smell nice at all. This place should be ashamed sending food out like this absolutely disgusting!! I dread to think what could of happened if I had a taste with me being pregnant

Ordered at 9 food isn’t here and it’s half 10 tried calling the store and I got through they said it was being delivered ages ago yet still haven’t updated me on where it is and now they have closed. Absolutely terrible customer service would not recommend

I ordered a small chicken curry and boiled rice. It arrived 30 mins early, not a problem. I must have been lucky because it was delicious and from a small portion got enough for two meals. My only small dislike, there were mushrooms, which were burnt but I don’t like them anyway, so no problem.
