    I am very disappointed in the customer service at this boutique. I had made a purchase before Christmas, attempted to return it the week after Christmas to get down there and find out the store was closed, after attempting twice to return it in store and finding it to be closed and not doing returns I called customer service, customer service had advised me that I could either return it through mail at my own expense or wait for the store to reopen, I said I had no problem waiting for the reopening and asked what day that would be , I was then told they were unsure and to try again in a week or 2. Today, just over 2 weeks since my phone call I drive another 40 minutes back to the boutique, go in to return it and get told by the lady working “no sorry it’s past the return date I can’t do it” and basically shoves my bag back at me, I explained the situation and how I attempted multiple times to return it and she said again “nope nothing I can do” and stood there. I left and called customer service as this is exactly what I was told to do, I explained to the lady at customer service the situation and she was extremely extremely helpful, she gave me a code to take to the store to do my return and stayed on the phone with me the whole time, when I went back in the store I dealt with the same lady as I went to give her the code she said “no I don’t need it I’ll just do it” which shows me she could’ve done the return from the start. If it was not for the amazing help from customer service I would be selling my machine and never purchasing from there again.

    Today went to Oshawa store.They really need to improve flow. They had two staff greeters,one taking order,another directing people to move into store.It would have been much more efficient to have a third checkout set up.There is room to do so and social distance.Meanwhile customers wait in lengthy line.Not impressed.

    The staff is super friendly and helpful! My machine broke after only having it 1 year..the customer service phone line was amazing. They troubleshooted and determined a leak. I was out of warranty by a couple weeks and they still sent me a new machine. Thank you for the great service!

    Extremely slow service. The concept is good where you have someone coming to those in line, asking what they want/are looking for, etc and prepping the order. But today I was fourth in line and waited almost 25 minutes to check out. They should have a backup computer and debit terminal to serve customers in line who know what they want, instead of chatting up those customers at the counter who don’t know what they’re looking for Buy another debit terminal and check people out in line

    The wait in this store is crazy. It is faster to get coffee from a local coffee shop than a box of coffee from this store. They do not seem to appreciate peoples time and commitments. I already started to look for alternatives, and I am sure this applies to other customers.

    I have never owned a specialty coffee machine until today. I walked into the Nespresso Boutique because they had a nice sale on: $130 off the machine + 50 free coffee pods. I was very impressed with the customer service and the store itself. It’s very clean and organized which made the shopping experience easier for me personally. They don’t bother or push you to buy things which I appreciated but the lady I had (can’t remember her name) was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick out a machine that works for my needs. I love the app you can download onto your phone because you can register your machine on it and purchase more pods which is very cool. I disagree with the comments saying it’s very expensive for the pods. They definitely should not raise the price by any means but if you go to Tim Hortons every morning on the way to work you are spending $2-$3 or more every morning (way more if it’s Starbucks!). The pods are 80 cents to $1.40 so on average let’s say $1 per pod - it’s cheaper then going through the drive thru at any other coffee place. Sure, you can buy a container or bag of grounds and throw it into an ordinary coffee maker and “put on a pot” but I do find the quality of Nespressos coffee much better with more flavour compared to let’s say Folgers or compliments. To each their own! I purchased the summer variety pack for the iced coffees and tried the splashing watermelon first - I enjoyed it a lot. I don’t think I will buy another brand of coffee maker/coffee again because the Nespresso brand is very good quality and the machines are nice as well. I thought it was very neat that the machine will eject the pod and put it into the container itself - was a nice surprise when I used it for the first time as I did not expect that.

    Walked into the store today to be greeted by Eric who was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I have shopped at many Nespresso boutiques in the GTA over the years, and I must say that todays experience was second to none. Thank you Eric for your enthusiasm in providing us with the best service possible.

    Nick was extremely helpful today!! Really friendly and he helped me find similar flavours to what I've been buying. He also told me how to call in to customer service and fix the problems my machine is having. He was also kind enough to give me some sample pods to try at home!

    Selection is great but service is hit or miss. The first time I went the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable, and offered me a sample of a flavor i was considering. The second time, the staff member had little to no knowledge about the tastes of different flavors and seemed almost annoyed at my questions. When the service is good though, its great!

    Nick and love are amazing. We came in to purchase capsules for our vertuo. Love and nick thoroughly explained the menu to us, offered us samples and helped us find the best coffees to suit our preference. Truly a 5 star service!!!

    Awful experience. Two gentleman in front of me received a little menu and help from a nice lady, but unfortunately I was not good enough to receive the same help from said lady. She walked right past me and didn’t even acknowledge me. The cashier wasn’t bad, she didn’t seem to care too much to answer my questions. Overall I definitely won’t be going to this store again and hopefully I can find one a little closer to me.

    Extremely rude staff. Asked them to check my credit which was showing online and they said that it is not showing with them without checking and asked me to contact their customer service. I asked for another Nespresso paper bag since my bag was overloaded and again they completely denied. Please avoid this store.

    Normally the service is very swift and efficient but today, December 28, 2021 there was a huge line up with only TWO staff members...I was advised to call and place my order. There is currently NO curbside. The phone numbers provided DO NOT work. Their head office doesn't seem to know about this at all.

    We went in to the Oshawa Centre boutique today for the first time and I was very impressed by the level of customer service. All three staff members were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. We highly recommend this location. They have everything you need.

    Staff is very friendly, sometimes it’s slow but that’s only because they take their time to ensure their customers are taken care of. A little patience and mindfulness goes a long way. Never had a negative experience here.

    Only one line. Had to wait 15 minutes until a cashier could serve us because both people at the cashes were trying drink after drink. Once we got to the cash he started talking to his coworker trying to help her and didn’t even look at us. Make a seperate line for those people that want to come in and try qp different flavours to get their free coffee for the day and stop wasting people’s time. When i finally gave up waiting and just walked away that’s when the cashier finally started actually helping the next person. Don’t waste your time here

    I got a Nespresso machine @ Christmas love it makes great coffee!! My machine started to have issues about 2 months after I started using it. I called in about the issues it was having Nespresso sent a box to return it & have it fixed or replaced. This has been going on for over a month now.. had no idea they even got the machine there has been 0 contact.. I called to inquire to have rude service & to have them tell me they don't know what's going on with the machine.. I am very upset with the customer service from Nespresso Canada..

    We had an amazing experience at this Nespresso location. The gentleman helping me, I believe his name was Luv, provided excellent customer service and assistance. He was extremely polite and helpful! We’re new to Nespresso and he took his time to explain everything, was very patient with us, made samples of coffees for me and my husband to try and answered all our questions. We signed up for a promotion and got a free mug as a gift on our transaction of coffees. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this location to everyone 10/10. ⭐️
