I
am
very
disappointed
in
the
customer
service
at
this
boutique.
I
had
made
a
purchase
before
Christmas,
attempted
to
return
it
the
week
after
Christmas
to
get
down
there
and
find
out
the
store
was
closed,
after
attempting
twice
to
return
it
in
store
and
finding
it
to
be
closed
and
not
doing
returns
I
called
customer
service,
customer
service
had
advised
me
that
I
could
either
return
it
through
mail
at
my
own
expense
or
wait
for
the
store
to
reopen,
I
said
I
had
no
problem
waiting
for
the
reopening
and
asked
what
day
that
would
be
,
I
was
then
told
they
were
unsure
and
to
try
again
in
a
week
or
2.
Today,
just
over
2
weeks
since
my
phone
call
I
drive
another
40
minutes
back
to
the
boutique,
go
in
to
return
it
and
get
told
by
the
lady
working
“no
sorry
it’s
past
the
return
date
I
can’t
do
it”
and
basically
shoves
my
bag
back
at
me,
I
explained
the
situation
and
how
I
attempted
multiple
times
to
return
it
and
she
said
again
“nope
nothing
I
can
do”
and
stood
there.
I
left
and
called
customer
service
as
this
is
exactly
what
I
was
told
to
do,
I
explained
to
the
lady
at
customer
service
the
situation
and
she
was
extremely
extremely
helpful,
she
gave
me
a
code
to
take
to
the
store
to
do
my
return
and
stayed
on
the
phone
with
me
the
whole
time,
when
I
went
back
in
the
store
I
dealt
with
the
same
lady
as
I
went
to
give
her
the
code
she
said
“no
I
don’t
need
it
I’ll
just
do
it”
which
shows
me
she
could’ve
done
the
return
from
the
start.
If
it
was
not
for
the
amazing
help
from
customer
service
I
would
be
selling
my
machine
and
never
purchasing
from
there
again.
