Extremely
disappointed
and
aggravated.
Find
another
place
to
stay
in
town,
there
are
many
other
places.
We
checked
in
for
an
8
day
stay
that
we
made
the
mistake
of
prepaying
in
advance.
When
we
checked
into
the
room
we
found
a
horrible
moldy
smell
in
our
room.
We
asked
to
move
and
we’re
told
they
didn’t
have
any
other
rooms
for
a
couple
of
nights.
We
accepted
but
asked
that
we
get
one
day
off
as
we
stay
at
a
different
location.
They
agreed
and
also
offered
a
reduction
in
the
daily
rate
to
accommodate
us.
After
3
days
we
found
that
no
refund
had
been
given
and
we
were
told
to
call
the
800
number
since
we
prepaid.
We
called
and
opened
a
case
and
we
were
told
they
would
address
it.
Before
we
checked
out
we
were
told
“no
problem
we’ve
processed
the
refund
and
thank
you
for
staying”.
10
days
later
still
no
refund,
2
additional
calls
to
the
800
number.
They’ve
now
said
they
didn’t
know
it
was
prepaid
and
I
need
to
wait
another
10
days
and
they’ll
refund
one
night
stay.
I’m
tired
of
waiting
and
wasting
time
calling.
BTW
in
the
new
room
we
had
a
serious
Ant
problem.
Find
another
hotel!
