Clean and comfortable inn. This is my second Hampton Inn I have visited in another state that I chose to stay over while on vacation. The amenities are on point. From a guest laundry room, to a gym, and indoor swimming pool the convenience is refreshing. Not too big or small of an inn. Parking thorough out the building. Comfortable king size bed, though this room did not have a microwave, I was alright. Their continental breakfast one of the best and flavorful. Nice and friendly staff. Decent prices.

This place is the WORST. We had a bridal party at this hotel where all the family and friends gathered. The woman at the front desk, her name is BETTY, made the bride cry, and kicked her aunt who was from another country out of the hotel because she was looking for her sister. Betty at the front started to curse her out, called her deranged and started saying racial slurs. She told her to get back to whatever country she was from and said she was psychotic. This is a little older woman just looking for her sister. The manager HAROLD did absolutely nothing about this and said she did nothing wrong. They're racists, they're disrespectful and they're thieves. STAY AWAY before they start threatening, insulting and judging YOUR FAMILY like they did with mine. Unbelievable!!! Not to mention there was black mold all over the bathroom the bathtubs felt like uneven sand paper and beds smelled like mold. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Great stay, the moment I checked in, which was late, I felt welcomed. The rooms were very very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Great location also. If I travel that way again. I will be staying there

Got there later at night. Asked for any specials. Gave me 5% off. Room would have just sat empty. Took it to save money. We were in the car with 2 small children for 10 hours looking forward to using the pool. Was never told the pool was freezing the heater wasn’t working and the hot tub was closed. Had we been told this we would have chosen another hotel. Needless to say we were in the pool for maybe 15 minutes it was way to cold and the youngest couldn’t stand the cold water and didn’t even go in. The room was even very cold. Would have been nice to have been told this at check in as we would have paid the extra money and stayed at another hotel. We drove from Franklin KY one to save a few bucks to use the pool. Ya waste of time and money! Breakfast was good though and the staff the next day we left were friendly gave me Swedish fish packs and water. They took my name and we’re going to have the manager call me back. Well he NEVER did. So until the pool is fixed. Pass this hotel by!

Stopped in to take a rest from driving. This Hampton Inn stands out from some of the rest of the Hamptons we have stopped at over the years. This hotel was easy to get to. It was close to restaurants. You can walk to go eat if you want to. It also was clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and you didn't feel cramped for space. Bathroom was very nice and a walk in shower. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot food along with sides of bakery items. Muffin was real good. I would recommend this hotel for a place to stay when passing through.

Hotel was decent. But Hampton charges way to much for a pet fee. Unfortunately that's what comes with traveling with a dog. Holiday Inn next door charges $25 Hampton charged us $75 just for the dog. However we had no other choice due to the hotels being sold out.

Was told had a hot tub, which is one of the reasons we wanted to stay here. Well, it was out of . microwave in the room. Nope board was coming lose in the bathroom my other half cut the end of his toe off I reported to the front desk and ask if they had bandages or anything she said no agave some towels and said she would report the next day and she did only to things that came out of our stay the lady at night and the maintenance man was the only ones that was concerned very very disappointed they did credit me one day but I'll never be back you would think being in a handicapped room it would have been better than what it was I will never refer anyone to this hotel

Great place, only problem, jacuzzi room smelled musty and we had stayed there twice. I even had called ahead to make sure if they could clean it extra good (jacuzzi), so it didn't smell for a second visit, but it still did. Otherwise, beautiful clean hotel. Breakfast is so-so

The host accommodated us with a change to the first floor after we arrived at 7 pm. Pool & whirlpool were up and running. Bed area of the room was spacious. However, someone poorly designed a deep cut into the entrances and bath spaces for a wide hallway entry. To open the angled door you were immediately crammed up against the bathroom entry. To leave the room while the sliding barn door to the bath was closed, you had an awkward swing angle while backing up to open the door. There was no room to get around the door until it was open wide. Very unhandy for taking bags in and out. Bath was shorted counter space & floor space as a result. You could not get to the closet unless the bath barn door was closed. Breakfast was great, loved the thin crispy bacon!

This hotel was one of the least clean places I’ve been in . First the rooms were not that clean, and when we went to ask for service the following day we were informed that they only offer service every 4 days which is not hygienic especially in post covid era. Every other day is fine but 4 days??? We had to take out the trash from the rooms ourselves and look for a garbage can ourselves. The room had a very displeasing smell that just lingered for the entire weekend. Also the tub was extremely coarse it felt like we were showering on sand paper.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was good. Hot water was not very hot in the shower, jets in the whirlpool at the pool were not working and apparently have not been working for some time. This was disappointing, I chose this hotel because they had a whirlpool.

Extremely disappointed and aggravated. Find another place to stay in town, there are many other places. We checked in for an 8 day stay that we made the mistake of prepaying in advance. When we checked into the room we found a horrible moldy smell in our room. We asked to move and we’re told they didn’t have any other rooms for a couple of nights. We accepted but asked that we get one day off as we stay at a different location. They agreed and also offered a reduction in the daily rate to accommodate us. After 3 days we found that no refund had been given and we were told to call the 800 number since we prepaid. We called and opened a case and we were told they would address it. Before we checked out we were told “no problem we’ve processed the refund and thank you for staying”. 10 days later still no refund, 2 additional calls to the 800 number. They’ve now said they didn’t know it was prepaid and I need to wait another 10 days and they’ll refund one night stay. I’m tired of waiting and wasting time calling. BTW in the new room we had a serious Ant problem. Find another hotel!

Stayed one night here. Partner and I originally booked a jacuzzi room, but when we got there, the room smelled quite musty. That's fine, as there's a hot tub in there so I'm sure it gets humid often. But the bathroom had insects crawling around on the floor. Pam at the front desk (who was wonderful!) moved us into a regular room. That room, too, smelled a little musty, as other reviewers have noted. And everything felt just a tiny bit damp. Must need better dehumidifying. No bugs in the new room, but the remote control for the TV had no batteries, and we were already in bed before we noticed, so we just did without it. Hot breakfast was quite good.

The hotel was clean, at a good temperature, and a nice lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. With comfortable rooms and quiet surroundings it was definitely an enjoyable stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay after a long day on the road. Our room was spacious, clean, and fridge/ac worked fantasticly. The shower had great water pressure and was hot too. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel is right next to crocker barrel. The store has decent selection for snacks/drinks, but it is a little over priced. Check in and check out were smooth and fast. The hotel is also located a little ways away from the road which is great for having a quiet night. If we are in the area again this will be our go to hotel.

This hotel needs a complete updating of all areas of the rooms. Hilton should do better at inspecting older structures for improvement purposes. Disappointing stay and considering a new establishment in the future; wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room smelled musty. Staff was super friendly and said that it was getting updated. May I make a suggestion though about breakfast. We stayed at Hilton for 8 days and being gluten free there are only so many watery scrambled eggs and sausage and potatoes I can eat day after day. The general mills cheerios at a few of them was spectacular! Maybe a packed gluten free muffin or bagel would be nice and an alternative milk. I saw a lot of guests brought there own. Maybe gf oatmeal packets. Just a suggestion. Thanks

New(er) hotel, completely booked, typical Hampton room, bed was a little hard, no cleaning service even when I requested it (only had towels set on the dresser), not our typical Hampton experience. (Hopefully service will improve)
