My experience at this location has been the best. Wonderful customer service and great food. Everyone was very friendly. I recommend everyone to stop by this location for your breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We were there at about 9:30 am and wanted breakfast. There was a long line for the drive thru so I went inside. There were 6 people working that I could see. I stood there for a good 10 minutes. There were more people waiting inside and I asked the couple in front of me, are they waiting on people at the counter. They said we've been here about 5 minutes longer than you and we haven't seen one person waited on. I did see a young man go out the side door at least 4 times to deliver food to people waiting at the drive thru. The young people working said absolutely nothing to those of us waiting as if we weren't even there. I said to the couple well I really wanted an egg biscuit but this is just plain rude. The couple left with me and so did most all the people waiting and the employees said not one word to us. They could have said "Sorry were doing our best" they could have one or two working the counter and the rest the drive thru window. Everyone by the counter were TOTALLY IGNORED!!!

We just got back from Hardrees around 2 pm. We had an order of 2star meals. They were the worst hamburgers. I think they were left over from lunch. The meat and buns were so dry they would choke a pig. No fooling! We will go some other place from now on.

It was really late when we stopped in. They were very nice and all of our food was made to order which took a little longer but the lady behind the counter was very kind and threw in 2 pies for our wait. Overall a nice experience

Very clean & inviting atmosphere Barbara be running dis Hardee’s on POINT She’s a fantastic leader My Favorite Hardee’s within a 4 hour radius she’s been here for over 20 years thank you Barbara !!

I went to this location at 5:37am. Dec 11th 2024. Lady was extremely nice and was very patient. This is what customer service is all about.

The lady that took our order was very nice and polite. Food was made fresh to order. Dining area was clean.

Didn't actually eat here! Had a road emergency which we had to repair immediately and used their parking lot! I did go in and asked for ice from an employee on break and she was very nice and accommodating and told me help myself since I had my own cup. Clean except restroom stank like urine and pooh!
