They used hard, old, burnt, tiny meat on 2 of our big macs and a double cheeseburger. Absolutely disgusted. If anyone gets sick from this we WILL take legal action. How is this acceptable? Will never come back.

Stop by to get breakfast and got a cold sandwich but had a hour and half drive so couldn't turn around. Stop by 4:48pm on my way home to get my order replaced. Replacement was large fry, medium sweet tea and an apple pie. Manager lady made me pay for the pie and I had to wait until she served 4 cars in the drive thru before getting my order. She rang my order at 4:48pm and didn't give me the food until 5:15pm and I was on the inside. Not sure why I didn't check my food but got in the car and on my way home, bit into a fry and got a instant headache. See the picture of the fries that look like snow on them....so much salt I had to suck down some of the tea to get my tongue to stop hurting. The pie must have been reheated because the time on it had expired. With all this I assume they didn't want my business or don't like people of my culture. I believe I should get all my money back for this nasty service and having to drive 1 hour and half to be treated like this. Going to see tomorrow (12/21/2023).

Their terribly slow service within the double drive thru screws over the inside lane constantly, due to the back-up. Waited 20 minutes just for them to screw up my order. I called them about it and nobody answers. This is a poorly run McDonald's

This is overall after 2 years. I’ve been here a lot. It’s gone downhill. 4 out of my last 5 orders have had issues. Most recent experiences could easily make this a 1 star. Amount of times I have to ask for sauce, ask for straws or make sure my meal is correct is not worth coming here anymore for dinner time. They gave my daughter an expired milk. Never a thank you, always seems like it’s an inconvenience for you to be here. Never use to be like this. Food has always been good, fresh and hot. The lunch time has always been better with service and I can’t say on the morning.

They got my order right and I used the app which had some good discounts so I was happy about that. Fast and friendly service which made it even better great job!

Really bad odor in restaurant, smelled like old mop water or a mop head that was too old and should have been thrown out. Good service, food was fine, but really need to get rid of the odor. Was traveling through. Not sure if it's always there or not.

For the most part this McDonald's is really good. The fries are usually fresh and their frozen coke machine is always running. Drive through service is pretty quick too. Overall, this is my go to McDonald's in the area.

This is the spicy chicken sandwich I got from this McDonald’s. The employee who called me regarding this kept saying they checked their food and that it’s safe to eat and that sometimes chicken may look raw but isn’t actually raw. No, this chicken I got is raw! Then she offered a refund for just the sandwich, not the order . What a joke.

This one has never let us down. Not the fastest service, but they smile and they get it right. Highly recommend the you get the app, get your discounts and get your rewards. So cheap and so easy. Wish I had started it sooner. Try their iced coffees. They mix them perfectly here. Perfect for summer.

Good morning all. Living local, I go to this McDonald's every morning to get my gal and elderly friend breakfast, today 4 sausage muffins and a hasbrown. And every time asked to pull forward. Today I stated I would not move forward, because of the car in front of me had not pulled forward far enough. The manager, ordered me to move forward. When I declined she tried to refund my money. I stated I would rather have the food. She called the police. She then requested I do not come back. My inconvenience inconvenienced her, so I can't shop there anymore. For the manager, controll is an illusion. Your skill set cost that restaurant business from a loyal customer. I went down the street and got my people food. What did you get?

Great service, Great meals!! And love your fish sandwich.. Not greasy like burger king. I'll never go to Burger King Again!

This place has always been a consistently good McDonald’s, reasonable wait times and all; but what inspired me to leave this review is that I had my dogs in the car with me going through the drive through, and the nice lady at the window gave me a free treat for my dog, which I thought was really nice

Double check your employees. Young girl at the window August 3rd at 10pm... awful attitude. No name tag. We ordered a double quarter punder with cheese, double jalapeño bacon quarter pounder with cheese, large fry, medium fry and 4 ranch cups. Get the bag, no ranch. Pull around and ask the girl if the ranch was on the order and she says, with head bobble and all, "well, was it in the bag!?" Obviously, the ranch wasn't in the bag. Before all that happened and we were placing our order, you could tell she had an attitude, but it just got worse from there. She sucks. While we were in line 3 people had left, and I see why.

Quick and easy drive thru like always. This one has a second window if you have to pull ahead so they don't have to come outside in bad weather. Smart idea.

I haven't had this bad of an order from this McDonald's ever today on Jan. 11th 2024 was the worst I've ever had. They didn't give me all my food. 1st off, the fries were cols and nasty. My cheese burgers werent even on the buns all the way and the cheese wasnt half melted like it is most of the and the bun was hard and staleI order the same thing ever time I eat here 2 cheese burger meal along with enough for a family of 5 so when I spend 40 dollars on my dinner would be nice if it was at least decent to say the least. Very disappointed in this location now and we eat there quite often.
