I love this Taco bell so much! It’s the best one in its area! All the employees are always SO nice and sweet and every time I go there and only get a drink they just give me it with no charge which is one of the reasons it’s my favorite!!

First off we all ended up sick the next day, the tacos were literally folded a In half and squished. And then we dinned in with my 5 year old and 3 month old and they had some rap music with swearing playing extra loud on the raido

Gabe was the drive thru cashier today when I visited. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked for vegetarian options. This Taco Bell is always consistently great with their quality and serving sizes. The food is always hot, delicious and prepared correctly. The staff also, is always friendly, helpful and smiling. Restaurant is clean inside as well as outside. I am impressed by the way the manager, Floyd is engaging with his customers and his staff. I make it a point to come to this Taco Bell. It is always a pleasure.

Absolute TRASH! We had a $36 order and received not even $5 worth of food. One item, a crunchwrap SUPREME was a crunchy taco shell, lightly smeared with cheese and a miniscule amount of beef, wrapped in a tortilla. Two quesadillas where we were hard pressed to locate any chicken. This is a case of price gauging and taking advantage of customers!!!

Oct 01,2023. 1:00pm The restaurant looks dirty, the drink station is sticky and out of napkins. The food quality has seriously gone down at this location. The crunch wrap I received had maybe a tablespoon of meat on it, all on one side and the other side was all sour cream. The cinnamon twist can't even be called cinnamon since there was hardly any cinnamon dust on them. You're better off going down the road to another Taco Bell. You might actually get your money's worth.

I was there on Sunday 12/17/23; nobody greeted us, let alone came to take an order. So I had to order on the self serve kiosk. Breakfast was still going for about 10 more minutes. But the staff waited until breakfast had ended, to switch the menu then tell us that the order (that I already placed and paid for) wouldn't be made. They gave me the option to get something from the regular menu or get a refund. I asked for a refund and it took several tries to get that right.

They take forever with my in store order. You would think it was a fancy 5* place and they're making everything by hand but I watched six cars drive by before getting my food. Customers should be getting their food by the order in which they come unless it's a huge order.

We stopped at the Taco Bell across from Boogie Lake Road and clearly that was a mistake. Line was long with patrons waiting. Drove down to this Taco Bell. Service was prompt and employees were very friendly and helpful. Order was quick and food was great. Kudos to the staff today 8/18 at 12:30!

Every time I come here, the order is ALWAYS wrong. Don't buy from this location unless you want the complete wrong order every time. Make your own tacos, it's cheaper.

It's Monday, Oct, 2 2023 time 7:50. the night crew was amazing the energy was so different than before the workers seemed actually seemed happy the be there.

this is the first Taco Bell i came to in a long time that actually cared! food was actually delicious. The service was excellent and the manager came out and asked me how everything was.

My order was messed up, and the rice was undercooked, leaving it hard in my burritos. The person was kind enough to correct the order by giving me the sauce I paid extra for, but rice basically ruined the meal.

Such a simple order to be completely messed up. You can't even call to tell them because you will never get an answer. Need a change in management desperately nobody even seems happy to be working there. Management does a poor job of motivating crew

It is always a pleasant experience at this particular taco bell location. Fast service and the food is always on point, other taco bell locations could learn from this one from the crew to the managers I've never had an order made in correctly. The facility is also nice and clean as well as the bathrooms. Unfortunately I live far from this location or I would visit taco bell more frequently.

I ordered the Mexican pizza with the 2 hard tacos and both shells were broke. My Chula had hardly meat on it and the shell it came on was not worth eating I won't be going back to that location again.

They were super busy when I arrived to pick up my Doordash order, and even with that they were very friendly. Said they were gonna give me a free drink for being there early to pick up the order which was also very nice. I would be stressed if I worked there from what I saw but they never let the smile leave there face
