Most
every
time
I've
visited
this
location
,
we've
had
a
wonderful
experience.
It's
a
great
feeling
to
walk
out
of
the
door
with
smiles
because
everybody
is
helpful,
kind,
smiling,
and
expectations
of
treatment
was
provided.
It's
what
implements
a
happy
and
healthy
community.
And
then
you
experience
a
couple
of
rotten
apples.
Meagan,
one
of
Springfield's
PA's,
walked
into
the
room
me
and
my
12
yr
old
child
were
in
letting
me
know
that,
she
was
on
a
live
line
with
somebody
I
never
heard
of
(obviously)
asking
if
it
was
ok
as
if
i
automatically
was
going
to
say
yes.
when
I
asked
what
the
entity
was
I
got
an
Acronym.
When
asked
what
the
Acronym
was,
I
got
the
entity.
I
politely
declined
and
she.was.PO'D.
I
had
her
before
at
another
location
with
a
worse
experience.
I
asked
the
receptionist
her
name
upon
leaving
so
I
could
call
ahead
from
that
point
(
I
absolutely
adore
every
other
PA
there).
Next
visit,
the
receptionist
was
downright
nasty
and
insisted
on
debating
about
no
pharmacies
being
open
at
5PM
on
a
Sunday.
Wrong.
Further,
rudly
demanding
that
I
come
up
with
SOME
name
of
a
pharmacy.
When
I
did,
her
response
was
"
They're
all
closed"
&
"
The
only
one
open
is
in
Howell".
If
it
weren't
for
Brian,
Karen
and
Penny
and
a
couple
of
awesome
med
assistants,
I'd
be
inclined
to
break
the
relationship
with
my
family
here.
My
focus
is
on
my
families
health,
not
staff
members
bizzare
&
bad
attitudes.
These
interactions
are
beyond
"
just
a
bad
day".
Plenty
of
caring
Urgent
Care
facilities
to
reestablish
care
at.
