I took my grandson here for some sort of stomach bug. since we are leaving for Florida in a couple of days I had him checked out . They were fast and so so nice and thorough , they did a flu and strep test and gave him some zofran and a popsicle to make sure he kept it down before he left . Very caring in here and I have been myself many times and they have always been very good to me. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to help us feel better. You are appreciated . The first half of this post was from July 2023 Update august 2023 I went for myself this time and I recommend this urgent care all day . They are so good, so thorough , so friendly and compassionate, and not just one person, everyone there is so nice!! It’s like a breath of fresh air to see people just being kind. If anyone needs them don’t hesitate to go, they will do their best to make you feel better and at home . Thank you to the amazing team , you are appreciated !

This was our first visit, I thought it would be faster than the ER, since it regular doctor couldn't get us in. I booked an arrival time online, and filled out the forms, in less than 5 min online, when we arrived, I showed ID and my insurance cards and we were in a room in under 10 min (we did arrive 20 min before the scheduled time in case it took longer) Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful! I absolutely would recommend this place!

Very clean urgent care with friendly and attentive staff. Listened to my issues and had good advice to give. Restored my faith in urgent cares tonight.

We are brand new to the area and haven’t established a primary care provider yet but needed to get my son in to see a doctor. Based on other reviews, we went with Springfield Urgent Care. They had many appointment times available and met and/or exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend!

Slowest experience of my life. Been here since 11:30 and still havent been seen and its 1pm. Staff has not talked to me more than a few words. Urgent care shouldnt take over an hour, I wouldve gone to another facility.

Fast, Efficient and kind! From making an appointment the night before online (super easy) and actually getting seen right at my appointment time! Ryan checked in quickly and effortlessly! Zero wait time! Kim was fantastic and took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure that we covered everything! Lastly, Kara the PA made sure that we ruled out anything serious and was able to prescribe something to give me some relief! She was fantastic! I’m and out in 30 mins!! Highly recommend!!

My first visit here after being referred by a friend. They were quick and very friendly! Best urgent care experience I've ever had!

Made appt online. Was seen an hour after initial time. (Naturally for a Saturday I did expect them to be busy so wasn’t upset) Once seen, staff and care were very kind. Nurses Asst., Kayla, I think was her name. She was efficient in her duties. Asked the right questions. Deserves a raise. The Dr. heard me out, had a few more inquiries and prescribed accordingly. Less than 3 days later, already feeling better. Would recommend. Waiting area was clean. Nice facility overall.

The receptionist and nurse were both very nice and polite! I was seen very quickly. My PA was awesome . He took his time and listened to my health concerns. He even found me chewable amoxicillin because I explained to him I have a hard time swallowing pills! Great experience for my first time at this Urgent Care!

Decided to try this Urgent Care facility based on Google reviews. Happy to say I'm glad I went! Everyone is so nice, very clean and was in and out in no time. I did not feel rushed at all. Penny the NP was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. I will continue to use this Urgent Care in the future!!!

Such a wonderful helpful staff. Katelynn was wonderful she was friendly, caring, patient, understanding. Truly need to have more people like her in the healthcare field. Dr Denio was wonderful as well. He listened, understood, and was caring. This is the best treatment I have had at a healthcare urgent care ever... Thanks guys for helping me.

Very good care. Got me in and out without little to no wait first thing in a Sunday morning. Staff and medical professionals were friendly, helpful and took quality care of me.

Short wait, which was nice. Vey caring health professionals. Problem diagnosed and script ordered and I was on my way. Outstanding! No ER could match this service!

Wonderful folks here, each one, in each department. They were kind and really listened. I was well taken care of and out the door in a timely manner with the kindest of wishes to feel better soon. They are the best. Thank you.

Yesterday was the second time I've used this office. Both times I got an accurate diagnosis, a sample medicine pack, and a scrip sent to a nearby pharmacy. Copay was $35, half price of the ER, if I had to go that route. Highly Recommend!!!

I got into some poison oak. The itching was driving me crazy. I called to say I was on my way, knowing they closed at 9. Their answer was “we close at 9 If you get here you get here” The fastest road to them was closed so I had to go the long way around. I still got there at 5 minutes til 9. They had. Already locked the door and we’re just looking at me as I rang the bell. They ignored me and turned out the lights. If that’s how they treat their patients, maybe they should all look for a new profession. They definitely don’t belong in the medical field!

Most every time I've visited this location , we've had a wonderful experience. It's a great feeling to walk out of the door with smiles because everybody is helpful, kind, smiling, and expectations of treatment was provided. It's what implements a happy and healthy community. And then you experience a couple of rotten apples. Meagan, one of Springfield's PA's, walked into the room me and my 12 yr old child were in letting me know that, she was on a live line with somebody I never heard of (obviously) asking if it was ok as if i automatically was going to say yes. when I asked what the entity was I got an Acronym. When asked what the Acronym was, I got the entity. I politely declined and she.was.PO'D. I had her before at another location with a worse experience. I asked the receptionist her name upon leaving so I could call ahead from that point ( I absolutely adore every other PA there). Next visit, the receptionist was downright nasty and insisted on debating about no pharmacies being open at 5PM on a Sunday. Wrong. Further, rudly demanding that I come up with SOME name of a pharmacy. When I did, her response was " They're all closed" & " The only one open is in Howell". If it weren't for Brian, Karen and Penny and a couple of awesome med assistants, I'd be inclined to break the relationship with my family here. My focus is on my families health, not staff members bizzare & bad attitudes. These interactions are beyond " just a bad day". Plenty of caring Urgent Care facilities to reestablish care at.

I normally avoid urgent cares unless absolutely necessary because of many poor past experiences, but this is by far the best urgent care I’ve been to. The staff was SO caring, accommodating and comforting. I went in with a sick two year old and they cared for her as if she was their child. Specifically Leslie and Megan. But even the desk employee was sweet, pleasant and helpful. My daughter’s results were timely and they went above and beyond to communicate them and help my child. If I ever need an urgent care this will be the only one I’ll go to from here on out. Cannot thank the staff enough especially because they were close to closing and most places would rush you out. Their primary concern was my daughter’s well being.

Do not go to this urgent care for an injury. I went here when I hurt injured my wrist only to have the take X-rays and tell me to ice it. I then went to my primary care physician a week later where I was then sent to an orthopedic surgeon because I had a break in the ulnar side of my wrist. Fast forward to February 6th 2024 I took my wife here for an injury to the thumb joint near the wrist. And again they did an X-ray on her thumb and told her “it’s a sprain, only thing I can offer you is a brace for $40” which I know for a fact is a lie as my sister worked there previously and the can do a half cast splint. But we were never offered that option. Seems to me like the doctors in this place do not want to actually be a doctor they just want to prescribe something that they can make more money off of this place is a joke won’t catch me there again.

All the staff are friendly and informative. They understood exactly what I needed to cure my upper respiratory problems following Covid. I would recommend them.

Everyone has been so nice every time I’ve come here but not today. Lady at the front desk greeting people was curt and rude. Don’t think she was happy to be at work today. Jeff the PA was great and the medical assistant was nice and friendly. Too bad our first impression at the front desk was awful and unprofessional.

We love Springfield and have been several times and will definitely be back. I do have one comment though that I hope will be helpful. This past visit for the first time I was asked to provide a physical insurance card with my husband’s DOD ID on it. They said it was a new policy that they absolutely must have a physical insurance card to see you. We have Tricare, and Springfield is a VA authorized office, so I was a little confused that they seemed unaware that children do not have their own cards and spouses do not have the sponsor’s number on their ID. Military spouses have a military ID with their unique benefits number on it. Children do not have military IDs and their medical information is under the sponsor’s number, not the spouse’s number. The sponsor’s number is not on the military spouse’s card. Obviously, I did not have my husband’s military ID and I do not for any reason have a photo in my phone of the back of my husband’s card for security reasons. There should definitely be an exception for military spouses who bring children in who are covered by the sponsor and do not have a physical card for that child. Every other office we have been to for the past several years has allowed me to just write his number under insurance information and has verified it and there’s never been an issue. This doesn’t affect my view of Springfield, but I do think this policy should be reevaluated because in the future they may run into some not so understanding military spouses. Definitely not implying there should be special treatment, but due to the circumstances of not being permitted to have an official copy of the sponsor’s card and most certainly not taking photos of secure information, there aren’t many options left.

👍👍 I had an excellent experience at this clinic on a very busy day when doctors offices are closed (New Years Day). It’s a little disappointing to see so many negative reviews because you had to sit in a waiting room, longer than you expected. This is urgent care, not the minute clinic or your doctor...
