It's about time I write a loud, loving review for Dagny Stark. I have been seeing her for almost a year and a half now. Since October 2017, Dagny has exceeded my variety of hair cut, color, and style requests (see photos!), and performed what I can only call makeup ART for me on several occasions, one of which being my wedding day. I have never left that chair without a huge smile on my face, feeling listened to, cared for, and THRILLED with the way I look. It's very obvious that Dagny is a level 3 Redken Certified Color Specialist through her work, and more impressively, through her intuitive care for her clients. She spends her time really listening to me, and it shows. She seems to know what the person she is taking care of wants within very few words; oftentimes, I don't quite know how to explain my hopes for my hair or makeup, yet she asks just the right questions and explains everything in ways that assure me I'm going to get what I want. She works efficiently yet thoroughly, something that I can't say about the many professionals I've visited before finding Dagny: usually, speed compromises quality or the vice versa. Such is not the case with the level of expertise Dagny exudes. Although Dagny offers to re-do color treatments to hair if a client isn't satisfied within a certain time frame (an extremely humble and the utmost perfessional offer), I'm not sure I'll ever be able to take Dagny up on that service -- I am endlessly satisfied. I have developed a loving relationship with my hair thanks to the way Dagny helps me take care of it in and out of the salon, and I will continue to send anyone Dagny's way :)

I’ve been coming Randolph’s for 4 years now and have had Ashley Martinez as my stylist the whole duration. She’s extremely personable, flexible, and always makes her clients top priority. I don’t always know what I want when I walk into the salon, but Ashley has a way of working her magic and ensuring I never leave disappointed

This is my second time coming to see Jailyn; she did my balayage again and she just knocks it out of the park! She’s extremely talented. I am a cosmetologist as well; and she is the only one I trust to do my hair! She not only cares about the integrity of your hair, but really knows how to map out exactly what you’re looking for and makes it happen! If you haven’t booked with her already, you need to! Make sure you pre-book with her as well because this star will be rising to the top. I’m sure of it 🥳

Jaylin was wonderful! Here visiting family and desperately needed a cut after 2 years of none! She was so kind and made me feel so welcome!

I’ve been seeing Rachel for about six years now, she is amazing for all things hair (this review is in no way a reflection of her). However, I lost a chunk of my eyebrow during a waxing with Anna today. I was still charged in full for the extremely poor service. Because of this, I will not be returning to the salon and I do not recommend visiting.

Morgan Mills did an outstanding job. I was nervous coming in because I haven’t had my hair touched in years. It was very long coming in with no texture or style. I really wanted to make sure we kept the length but added some layers. She listened so well and went above and beyond. My hair has never looked this good in my life. I recommend this stylist.

I’ve only been going to Randolph’s for a little over a year but I love it!! Ever since my first time I said I would never go anywhere else. Paige L is the BEST!!! I’ve never loved my hair before her. Randolphs is always super clean and the rest of the staff is so friendly and you can tell they have a great team and atmosphere here.

Rachel was amazing! I came in with my young daughter for a mom/daughter hair day and we both left looking and feeling so good! I absolutely would recommend this salon (and Rachel) to anyone looking for an amazing stylist. You will be in great hands!

Emily Smith is the best! She is so welcoming and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease when seeing her for the first time. She is so incredibly talented at what she does. She takes the time with you to make sure that she is doing exactly what you would like for your hair. She has taken me blonde, and back to brunette and both times it turned out absolutely stunning. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hairstylist!

I have been coming to this salon for several years and every time I was happy with my hair and they did such a great job. The last two appointments have been the exact opposite. This last time I asked for color and highlights but the stylist decided it was best for highlights and to be toned at the bowl. My hair looks the same, new growth and all except for I have one visible highlight. I loved this salon because they require so much education and practice before going off on their own doing hair but I don’t know if that’s the case anymore.
