    Always out of items, you're a multi million dollar business. How the hell do you not have lettuce? There's a Kroger down the street, and yes when I worked at jimmy John's when we ran out of produce we would run to Kroger and purchase it. These people don't care and they hire some questionable people. I would avoid this place

    When this taco bell first opened it was good. But in the last 3 years it's gone WAAAY down hill. Go to the taco bell on 59 instead. It's worth the wait. They're portion control here SUCKS! All of my items BARELY had meat. 👎

    Atmosphere was clean and inviting, the service was just ok (I'm being overly nice on this one actually) The food HORRIBLE! The fryer oil was VERY old giving off a God awful flavor that ended up making my stomach upset from one chip! The chicken was old and dried out and not edible. Honestly, one of the worst Taco bell food experiences I've ever had.

    How do you still get an order wrong after you read it back correct? Lol. didn’t get the sour cream on the tacos we payed for and the crunch wrap supreme was soggy all of the tomatoes were on one side and little to no sour cream or nacho cheese. Chips tasted old. Gross.

    I pulled up to the speaker 9:40pm Friday night. There was one car in front of me just pulling away from the window. They said they’d be right with me. I sat there so long. I would have just driven off but I placed an online order. Finally I asked if they were still taking orders. A lady came on and mumbled “yeah we just needed a minute” I was there at over 10 minutes already, just me sitting there, no one in front of me. Lights were off on the order sign and the outside neons and building lights were off. They clearly didn’t want to help customers. I asked her just to cancel my order. There was no way I would eat food from there after that. I’m not trying to eat nasty food or get food poisoning. The staff at this location clearly does not care, and that will translate into quality of food. This isn’t the first bad/weird experience there, this is just the final sign to stay away from this location. They used to be good

    Total train wreck at this Cooley lk rd. location. Pulled up to the drive through to pick up an on line order. Waited at least 10mins with no movement, 4 cars behind speaker with nobody in front of speaker. The lady at the speaker asked if they were taking orders. The employee said they were working as fast as they could and actually two employees got on the speaker, yelled at the woman, and the whole line left. I left and cancelled my order. Like others said; I’ve seen the no lights, no answer, nobody home trick here before. Employees could really care less, they probably think they’re being taken advantage of. Food quality totally sucks too.

    Our carload of 4 visited the Lake Charter Township location around 11:40pm on Fri 8/5/23. Long drive through line after a Pine Knob concert. The employees were so nice! Polite, friendly and courteous. Unfazed by the never-ending line cars, and impatient people. The line moved quickly, our service was prompt, and our order was perfect. The food was fresh, and delicious. Kudos to this Taco Bell Crew!

    Ordered 2 box meals. Something was wrong with each order. Employees Messing around while I am waiting 45 minutes for 2 boxes. Drive through backed up and didn't move for a while. I get being busy, but hang out time should be during slow hours not at backed up rush. Wrong order, very slow, messing around care free is the vibe I had when waiting in the lobby for a while.

    Horrible and I don’t even live out here, don’t even care to take the trifling food back. Get employees that care about their job. Nasty CHSY Gordita crunch on top of nasty Doritos taco that’s sloppy. Would not recommend at all. Trash can 🚮…

    I never write reviews, but a young man working here at around 11PM on Friday, Dec 8 literally threw my food bag at me after I asked if he could please fill my freeze drink all the way (it had a very large empty space.) I had to ask several times for my full change after that, he didn't even know how much money I gave him. He hardly spoke to me for the entire interaction and seemed really disoriented. I work in customer service and have for many years now, in several different industries. I get it, it is often not fun. People are rude to you all the time when you're doing what you're supposed to do. I get it. However, there's absolutely no excuse to treat a customer poorly for asking for what they ordered. Especially when food is so expensive now. From what others have said, it seems like this place is really trying to cut corners. Food is always cold and tacos stick to the wrapper and break off completely because they're so soggy, like they're probably pre-making way too much food and letting it sit. The only reason I kept getting food from them is because it's the closest fast food open late where I live. They've also been cash-only for like the past few weeks, not sure what's going with that. I think the place maybe just needs some extra attention from upper management because whatever they're doing now has become unacceptable enough for me to write my very first review.
