    This Dunkin just opened around Christmas 2021. Their parking lot is very big as well as the drive thru line. They have a very clean place. They have the new modern look which is very sleek. Interior is very clean and staff is very friendly. Speed in drive thru is fast as well. They are very warm and friendly staff. They told me they’re hiring as well so if anyone nearby is looking for to work for them just walk in and talk to the manager.

    Walk in service was less than bad. Pre ordered and took over 20 mins to receive order of egg bites and cold brew. Asked for utensils to eat... out of forks and spoons, no apology and no concern. Was hoping for standard service, this didn't happen. I will say the food was good, if they could provide better customer service and utensils to eat what you purchased I would have given better review.

    Good spot for coffee, but they don’t mess with regulars if you’re a regular, you’re more perceived as annoying. Everyday I order I have another issue whether it’s ordering or receiving decaf coffee when ordering a regular.. Had to find out hard way, but there are some great employees still. Edit: back to back days, same coffee, still decaf . I hate regulars too but come on now

    A few days ago I ordered a coffee with caramel & oat milk. I didn’t get caramel. Today I ordered the same but instead of getting oat milk that I paid $1 for… I got cream. If I wanted cream I’d just get a $1 Lg coffee from McDonald’s next door instead of paying $4 for a Md. Feel me? I thought this Dunkin would be better as the prices are the highest in the area!

    I’ve been here twice and both times their iced tea tasted like trash. The first time it was heavily coffee flavored. To the point that I though it was an iced coffee. The second time the tea was like a combination of all their refresher drinks. Neither of my drinks had any tea flavor at all. And I returned the second time I went for a refund.

    I went on a Sat. about 6:30 - 7 pm. Only drive thru open. I got 2 glaze, 2 blueberry and 2 Boston cream. $8 and some change. They were subpar. Tasted like they were previously frozen. Not good. Not cake like at all. The drive thru guy was friendly.

    The service at this location is so slow and at times the staff doesn’t seem to know what is on their menu. Ironically, when there are fewer people working, they seem to get things done quicker, but the morning crew seems to be running in circles without any communication.

    This Dunkin has the best customer service! I rarely write reviews, but I would give them 10 stars if I could. I ordered at the Drive Thru and the employee named Jose not only greeted me with a smile on a Monday morning, but also helped me navigate the Dunkin App. I ended up ordering more using the app. Excellent!!! The coffee and Omelet bites tasted amazing! Definitely coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

    Worst Dunkin you can ever possibly imagine going to. They will ignore in store orders and focus solely on drive thru orders. And the bacon tasted weird and the food was nasty. Avoid this location at all costs. There’s another Dunkin down the street that’s way better. Here I am. Already running late for work and they take 20 minutes just to make a simple breakfast sandwich. I guess next time I’ll starve

    Seriously, every time I’ve come here has been a disappointment. Either the lines are too long and it’s too busy or they’re just bad at math, getting quantities wrong, and basically prioritizing everything else while you sit there for 15 minutes waiting patiently. And I work in the industry, I don’t do impatient waiting time. I mark it and just refuse to tip properly.
