I can't speak to the quality of services however I can speak to the price, I went in to get a set of rings sized, I was quoted 200 dollars (100 for each) with a 2 day turnaround time. I wasn't expecting it to cost that much so I walked further down the mall to see if I could get a better price. I actually got the best price!!!! Luxe jewelers resized the rings for 40 dollars total for the set! Same turnaround time and I'm super happy with the product. (I did not purchase the rings from either establishment).

The other customers complaining about price must not consider the shop owners craft, she’s very experienced. Didn’t mind paying $45 bucks to fix a good quality watch in 30mins! Thanks so much

I took my Seiko watch for repair. The automatic watch was not recharging after a day of use. After paying $220, the watch still does not recharge enough. It only recharges for one night after wearing it for one day. After a second day of wearing, the next morning it was dead, no recharge. They do not refund. The lady said that is an old watch, and I have to manually recharge it. So, what was the $220 repair gone?

Had a great experience here. The watch my wife gave me for our engagement had stopped working. They had it fixed and in working order within 15 minutes. I'd definitely recommend them.

Wonderful service. Replaced my watch battery for $30 and the service only took 15 minutes. Speedy and reliable. Batter has a 5 year warranty at any store. The front desk woman was extremely kind and not pushy about products. She offered me the $20 battery replacement that lasts 1 year, or $30 that lasts 5 years. Excellent service! Very polite and honest! I brought my watch in for a new battery with a 5 year warranty and when they went to replace the battery that nice lady let me know that the battery I had was still under Warranty.
