I
have
been
going
to
this
starbucks
for
2
years
now,
and
today's
experience
finally
pushed
me
to
leave
this
review.
The
woman
who
works
there
most
mornings,
she
told
me
her
name
was
Annabelle
on
the
phone
-
she's
petite,
wears
glasses
and
seems
to
be
the
one
in
charge,
has
some
of
the
worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
seen.
Multiple
occasions
I
have
seen
her
chastise
customers
for
coming
up
to
the
register
before
she
is
ready,
for
taking
too
long
to
give
her
their
order,
for
asking
for
a
drink
to
be
made
differently
than
the
standard
way
she
prefers,
for
standing
too
close
or
for
too
long
near
the
pick-up
counter,
for
putting
their
drinks
down
on
the
counter
off
to
the
side
while
they
are
waiting
for
multiple
other
drink
orders,
for
congregating
near
the
trash
can,
for
being
too
many
people
inside
waiting
for
their
drinks
(telling
them
to
wait
outside).
I
mean,
it's
always
something
with
her
-
she's
never
happy
and
takes
it
out
on
the
customers.
I
also
see
her
bossing
her
staff
around.
I
don't
know
if
it's
a
power
trip
or
she
just
has
a
bad
attitude,
but
it's
got
to
stop.
I'm
tired
of
standing
around
with
other
customers
looking
at
each
other
dumbfounded
like
-
"what
is
happening?
why
is
she
like
this?"
Today
it
was
a
torrential
downpour.
I
walked
up
to
the
take-out
window
and
she
was
far
away
with
her
back
to
me
talking
to
the
staff.
Finally,
I
knocked
on
the
window
to
get
her
attention,
and
she
opened
it
and
I
gave
her
my
name.
She
then
proceeded
to
not
hand
me
the
food,
but
instead,
as
it's
downpouring
and
I'm
standing
outside,
to
tell
me
that
I
am
not
allowed
to
knock
on
the
window
and
that
she
sees
me
and
will
get
to
me
when
she
can.
There
was
nobody
else
in
the
store.
She
did
not
see
me.
She
also
failed
to
put
a
sleeve
on
the
cup
and
I
burned
my
hand.
Just
absolutely
horrible.
