STAY FAR AWAY! I will be filing a suit against Eric and displaying it publicly. These crooks up sold me for a $1000 deep cleaning I didn’t need, in order for me to get a crown for my tooth (which was only a little over $200). My last crown lasted me over 20+ years. This was first attempt to work with this office. I paid cash for everything. The crown was done almost 2 years ago. Most unprofessional job I’ve ever had done on my teeth. I am a artist and performer. I take great care of my teeth.(For the record) The crown fell off mid dinner with my family causing me to choke while bruising my throat as I accidentally swallowed it. This should never happened. I researched how long a crown should last and I found 7-10 years to a lifetime. There’s no way it should be falling off mid dinner. I address the issue with the dentist/Owner Eric who has been ignoring and disregard this matter. He offered to do the job again. For one, I don’t trust his work and he trying to get me to pay for another cleaning before I get it done. NO WAY IN HELL. This man is money hungry. He then has his front desk clerk contact me saying I could come in a get a refund for the bad crown. Pretty much admitting to fault, yet still trying rob me of my $1000 for the unnecessary cleaning. I want my full refund! He and his entire staff is well aware. I went in to discuss the matter with him in a very civilised manner and he tried to paint me as someone disturbing his business (further embarrassing me in front of the entire office) I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM A TERRIBLE JOB. I PROMISE TO PUSH THIS AS FAR AS I HAVE TO TO GET JUSTICE. (Will get media if necessary) Even the staff in his office is bringing my emails to his attention and he is purposely ignoring me. Im so upset right now. I haven’t been able to perform or do any shows as this is affecting my self esteem and business. I have been keeping a record of everything. See you in court Eric!

I always have an exceptional experience at Dr. Eric's dental office. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive. Dr. Eric himself is a true professional with a gentle touch. He takes the time to explain each step of the procedure and answers all of my questions, putting any concerns I have to rest. His expertise and precision are evident throughout, making the entire dental visit painless and stress-free. The office is well equipped. Front desk and dental staff works as a team and are very well organized. The cleanliness and organization adds to my confidence in their services. He was highly recommended by a colleague. And even though he is out of the way for me, I only go to him now. It takes over an hour one way without traffic, but it is worth it because i trust his expertise and quality of the services. He is just really great! I'm happy to have found Dr. Eric and his team. I actually look forward to my appointments. If you're in search of a skilled, experienced, quality dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eric's office. They've set a new standard for dental care in my book!

If you are looking for a job position to work here, I HIGHLY recommend you stay far away from this office entirely!!!! This work place is so unprofessional! If you are someone that thrives to work in an environment where there is effective team communication, (Morning team huddles to plan out a game plan for the start of the shift, a proper workflow, affective team work listening, white plains is not the place for you! Ana is the only “Lead” dental assistant that works there and does a horrible job at leading any sort of plan. I hate to be the one to point fingers, however, when you carry a certain title, you are watched! From my second day at the job, she brought me drama and gossip from her past jobs and reflected that onto the job. She proceeded to speak about her wanting her prior colleagues to be terminated from her past employments.Please stay from Ana, She is a very problematic person, White plains dental did not have a proper onboarding process!!! Rather Dr, Eric directly contacting me at 9pm through my cell regarding the job position!! That is so unprofessional and creepy. So please stay far away from this place. Don’t settle for a place like white plains dental!

Attended this dentist twice. Dr. Shiller was fabulous. Very straightforward and careful with all of my work. Natalie and Myc at front desk were great with both processing of payments and making further appointments. I highly recommend the Shiller team.

The cleaning was amazing with a soft touch for pain free experience by Raquel. And the front desk was friendly and made me feel welcomed.

This was the first time I visited this dental office and Myc was very knowledgeable, pleasant and really took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. The place was clean and the staff was very professional. Looking forward to my follow up!

For a person like myself who is deadly afraid of going to the dentist for any kind of dental work. The experience of going to White Plains Dental had a very calming affect on me from being greeted by the receptionist to being seated in the dental chair, to going out the front door with a smile.

I used to like to go to this place to get my fillings done because it was quick and painless but ever since my main dentist left I was stuck with people who couldn’t get my fillings done at ALL. I had to come back and try to fix the same back teeth that I had and every time I went it was excruciating and these people would get annoyed when I told them their numbing wasn’t working!!
