I would like to take the time to recognize Al for his outstanding and consistent service as public admiration for his ability is long overdue. I have been going to Al for over 3 years because of a close friend’s recommendation, that of which I am most thankful. I enjoy his mastery with the blade in order to curate an excellent haircut each and every time. It never fails in my day-to-day life to receive a compliment about my hair after every visit to Al! I enjoy every haircut with Al because of his genuinely kind and friendly demeanor which makes going a relaxing experience. I truly recommend anyone who values an amazing haircut experience to ask for Al at Gentleman’s Barber Spa!

This place does not care about the customer experience. First time they forced my new barber to rush my haircut. Luckily he didn’t and completed an actually decent haircut. By the time I returned for my second haircut Jack the new barber lost his touch because he was more worried about speed than a quality cut and ruined my haircut! Better yet he butchered it. Any place that is rushing it’s professionals is a disservice to its clients. Especially when I am paying $50 a haircut for a 30 minute slot, but they want it done in 15mins. Take your damn time and focus. Never again!

One of the best barbershop experiences I ever had. I set up my appointment at a convenient time that worked for me. I showed Carlos the haircut I wanted and he cut it exactly how I wanted it! You get such a high quality experience since they give you a shoulder massage and wash your hair when you are finishing up! I really enjoyed getting my hair cut here. I will definitely be returning!

All in all they are consistently high quality service, an excellent barber, and deserve the highest marks in all relevant categories. If you're shopping around, look no further. One caveat: it's White Plains parking. So, if you're in the city or accustomed to maneuvering in WP no problem. If you're from a nearby town and visit occasionally or frequently then you know street parking is a dream but it happens, and there's a garage right behind the shop so it couldn't be closer, really convenient.

Ive been a customer multiple times in the past and was overly pleased with the whole experience and quality of cut. However i showed up to my latest appointment 5-10 mins late, which i understand is my fault, but i dont feel the situation was handled correctly and now im left with a haircut that im not satisfied with. The barber was not making me feel very welcome as it was clear he wasnt pleased with my tardiness. This isnt the quality that im used too and If i knew this was going to be the outcome i would have paid the cancellation fee and left.

Excellent barber spa with very friendly staff! I always feel fresh and renewed after visiting. They gave me a free shot last time which I thoroughly enjoyed 😉

The best men's Barber spa in the country. I don't know why more barber shops don't have spas and it's very popular all around the world. Book your appointment with Ahmed next time! I try to fly here every month from DC for my haircut.
