I would just like to place my thanks on record for Malarnie (probably misspell, apologies). I was having a really bad panic attack at the checkout and she kindly arranged for a staff member to get me a seat and packed my shopping for me while I tried to compose myself. Thanks so much, the way you handled the situation was greatly appreciated

I ordered a buffet to collect at 12.30pm for a party starting at 3pm. Unfortunately there had been a water main burst and much of the town had limited water pressure, so they had been unable to open the kitchen. But staff went above and beyond to help me (I think they appreciated that I was calm and understood it was not their fault). They gave me what they had which didn’t require kitchen prep, the rest they ordered from another store and had it delivered to my house by 2.30pm. They also gave me a bottle of wine and flowers as an apology.

A very rude staff member pushing the trolley towards us and yell at me and my girlfriend. The trolley nearly hit us. We had to jump to avoid the trolley can you imagine. I think the manager of this store should teach their colleagues how to handle their emotions coming from no where.

This is our local supermarket and I actually really enjoy visiting. A great selection of essentials and luxuries, with lots of changing seasonal items too. Small home + clothing sections where you can often find a really lovely, well-designed item and a great bargain. The staff are on the whole great too, very personable and helpful. Unfortunately the cafe isn’t great, as I think supermarkets over the country are cutting their cafe offerings and understaffing these areas. There also seems to be regular issues with fridges and freezers breaking and staff having to move stock around to deal with this. Unsure why there are such consistent issues here, but looks like the wider company may need to invest more in the equipment and maintenance here. Not the fault of this individual store though.

The cafe inside needs a serious revamp , food came out cold and the quality was shocking. Or is it you get what you pay for there rubbish! I would love to know what they're doing in the back because it's clearly not taking pride in the work they're doing , used to be a great place to eat now it's down the drain sad really. (Update) To think that it couldn't get worse about the cafe in here, been sat in here an hour now no food no information, plenty people have come in been served and now eating before we are. Up the game Morrisons or get new staff

Easy to navigate medium sized supermarket, well stocked, some of the staff need to take a charm school initiative, customer service is not high on the agenda.....

It has anything to everything that you need. From toiletries to food ro clothes to even furniture 🤯. Also I like that there is an amazon locker right inside the entrance of the car park.

This store wouldn't pass a mystery shopper very rude staff especially at the butchers department shelfs left empty with stock at the back of the shelf unreachable asked another meme of staff for assistance his reply one seco ( he was chatting to a work colleague laughing and joking ) stay away if you like good customer service
