We use premier inns fairly regularly and I have to say this is by far the worst one we’ve stayed in! We booked two rooms and the room myself and husband stayed in the fan in the bathroom was broken so made a loud humming noise all night, the extractor wouldn’t turn off so even with the bathroom door closed we could still hear this rattling noise that sounded like a motorbike it was constant all night and despite my husband trying to fix it himself it wouldn’t stop making this terrible noise. We reported it to the hotel and they said to call customer services as they should give you a refund for the one room. The lady in customers services needs to be trained on how to speak to people she was rude and said you won’t be getting a refund and even if I report it to management they will just send you an email saying sorry! Absolutely disgusting

Clean well appointed room, quiet location just outside the hustle of the city centre. Really friendly staff, happy to help in any way. Great breakfast, plenty of choice, and surprisingly tasty! Best Premier Inn I've used.

I can only comment on the service from the very helpful and friendly staff I met this morning. The restaurant next door was closed and so I asked if I could use the rest room and perhaps purchase a cuppa. The young lady was fantastic and allowed me both......but said the tea was on the house. And that's why I always use Premier Inn when possible. Why go anywhere else. Thank you all. Chris

The good, rooms are clean staff are friendly (even if a little short staffed). Food choice is extremely limited, however there is a tgi Friday next door and a large supermarket less than 2 minutes walk. The Internet is atrocious, having paid £5 for the premium service, I would have expected to stream something from prime, not a chance, 2 - 3seconds then stop for 20 seconds or so. Speedtest results are in the attached picture...

Having travelled from Coventry and having been stuck on the M6 for 5 hours we were met by the very friendly and welcoming staff. The room 109 on the first floor overlooking the car park was very clean, tidy and very comfortable. A great night sleep in a very comfortable bed, but sadly no time for breakfast but no pressure to book out. A very good priced paid for room only but judging by other stayers the buffet breakfast seemed very popular. No hesitation to recommend this property. I feel sure we will be back.

Overall good but only negative is the view from my room, which was prisoner cell block H. Also had to get a fan from reception to cool the room down. There always seems to be some issue with my work payment, either it's not paid or no breakfast which I know my company normally will pay for. Apart from that great staff and a good location and hotel.

Lovely clean rooms, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, if anything too hard working! as they were doing abit of everything, location is great just off the motorway and then less than a 10 minute walk to the metro , get into the city centre in 20 minutes. Breakfast was amazing, all set out buffet style and being constantly restocked.

Easy access to motorway with car park. Situated a walking distance to tesco, M&S, KFC and next to TJI Fridays. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable and clean.

Rooms are clean and well equipt and as expected from a premier inn. More importantly the staff are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. I have been staying regularly over the last few months and they have all really looked after me. A shout out to @Natalie Bramah who went the extra mile when I wasn't feeling great. Its so important when away from home on your own that you feel safe and I do. Thank you.

The ladies that were working in the evening were amazing. Made us feel so welcome and took a real interest in us as guests. Definitely a credit to the Premier Inn name ❤️

Lovely staff, good location to motorway. Good room and usual breakfast which is good. Very good value of deal with breakfast and evening meal. However a very limited and unusual mixture on evening menu. Different to premier inn st davids. So make sure there are choices you like before you book. I liked did not suit my husband at all.

I have to mention Nathalie who worked on the breakfast shift. Her bubbly personality was great and I will have to have that breakfast next time we come over from France.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Friendly service and a well cooked breakfast. There was a lift to the upper floors which added to the convenience - at the end of a journey I didn't want to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. I was there along with most of the other hotel guests for a funeral. They were so kind, considerate and hospitable. They really could not have done anymore to make our stay any better.

Good location room was bad way too hot with the air con on its lowest too loud to have windows open and there is not a lot to pick from on the menu. Breakfast was good

Stayed here for 9 nights recently and found many positives to my stay. Breakfast every morning was really nice and the staff are friendly and want to help. The meals in the evening though are the size of a child's portion. The rooms were clean and there was all the facilities you would expect. There was no air conditioning and it did get hot. If you ask the reception they will give you a fan if you haven't already got one in your room. Plenty of parking spaces and are free during your stay. Very close to the motorway. During the nights I stayed there it was peaceful and not noisy which ment I got a good night sleep. The mattresses were also a high standard. I would visit this hotel again but maybe not in the summer.

Popped in for breakfast this morning and was very pleased. Made a point to get names as service was great from Darrell, Nat and Joanna. Quality and selection of produce was really good and cooked to order extremely well by Christine. Clean and comfortable dining area. Great value for money. Definitely be returning.

This hotel chain is the standard by which I measure every other. Its always clean, good sized rooms with a comfy bed and a decent desk at which to work. Very pleased to see they had a deafguard available for me at this place. It's an alarm for deaf people that vibrates rather than makes a noise. Means I'm safe and not reliant on anyone else to get me out case of a fire. Good stuff

Lovely experience as always only there was no AC and it was hot .the fan was in room but extremely dusty inside visibly but besides that staff were fantastic as usual Room above us guests were stomping about and we were close so main road so traffic noise but I still enjoyed my stay

The staff are a credit to the premier inn. I recently stayed with my family and the service was better than I’ve ever received. Getting me a chair while my husband checked in as I have a young baby, singing happy birthday to my son at breakfast and giving him a colouring book and helping us down to our room with our bags, they really went above and beyond.

The room was fine, couldn’t get further from the front door though. It was big, clean enough although the table was pretty dusty. There was a broken skirting board in the bathroom but apart from that it was ok. The restaurant was awful, barely any choices for breakfast, a choice of 3 cereals, Coco Pops, Cornflakes and Rice Crispies, definitely needs more variety. As for the meals in the evening, I have never ever seen a worse menu in all the Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. No things like Fish & Chips, or burgers, lasagne, steak pie or anything. I waited 10 mins to be seated, then had an awful meal and had to stand and wait 20 mins to pay. It’s not like the restaurant was busy, I was the only one there, absolute shambles. Lucky there’s a TGI Fridays attached to the hotel and a Tesco across the road. I probably wouldn’t stay there again

A lovely example of a Premier Inn. Just off the M60 and short walk to the tram (or buses) to access Manchester which my kids loved. Staff all very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was delicious. I can't find any faults!

Rooms were tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hallway leading to the rooms smelt of vomit. The breakfast OK, wasn't the greatest but it filled a hole. Location was good as there's a tesco across the road.

This is a fairly standard Premier inn. There is a large carpark with a warm welcome. Room was clean, tidy but was starting too look like it could do with a revamp. Still a nice room with a super comfy bed. Good sized t.v and had an opening window. Was a bit of motorway noise with the window open.

Good location, standard PI rooms which were comfortable and clean. Don’t think this was meant to be our room tho but maybe our room was not ready so we got this one. The AC did not work and we were treated to the sounds of the next door TGIF emptying their bins at midnight.
