Visited Porada Sunday afternoon having not been there for about four years and had booked a table for 3pm for three of us. On our arrival at the Reception area I would say the greeting wasn't the warmest welcome I have ever received, even so the guy on reception got some menus and asked we wait a moment. He then took us to a table upstairs where we ordered and had some lovely food. We were served by two young ladies who had no conversation other than taking our orders and another waiter 'Spanish George' who was very warm and friendly and went out of his way to please and who more than made up for the lack of 'warmth' from the other waiters. A smile and some manners cost nothing to customers !

Lovely place, really nice inside. Staff were lovely. Good choice of cocktail menu. A little bit cold inside but can't blame the restaurant too much, they had a lot of heaters set up. Would be nice to return in the summer. Didn't rate the Foccacia starter very much but everything else as expected. Large portion sizes. Very pleasant evening.

We've been twice now and each time the service has been excellent. The food and drinks have been faultless and generous. A beautiful place, too.

It’s been a few years since I was last here and I had forgotten how delicious the food was and excellent value for money. Staff and atmosphere, excellent and were really looked after when celebrating a special birthday 🎂 I will be back and won’t leave it so long next time 🥰

Visited this place a few times and I have enjoyed it each time. The staff are super friendly and so welcoming. Last time I visited it was my partner’s birthday and they brought out a lovely cake and sang to him, really made us feel at home. The decor inside the restaurant is great and the food is always spot on. A place I’d always return to.

Absolutely delicious food and great service. I'm sure if we'd gone in the evening it would be 5 stars for atmosphere, but lunchtime was relatively quiet.

Sunday afternoon. Family occasion. The food was very good. The atmosphere, the venue itself is clean, roomy and light. Well appointed. Unfortunately the service, being kind, was poor. There seemed to be an off-hand feeling about the staff, and the one lady was obviously upset about something. Which tended to lower the atmosphere. There is a car park at the rear, but there are rrd works next to the restaurant and we parked elsewhere. A pity, because the food is worth a visit. We must have picked a bad day.

Our second visit (sorry I don’t do photographs) I cannot fault this restaurant and it looks like it’s going to be our favourite ❤️ The food, service, atmosphere are all fantastic, I cannot praise them highly enough - it is also, very surprisingly, very good value for money. We were made very welcome, as though we were old friends but they did the same with everyone. You go out to enjoy yourself and what a very pleasurable experience this restaurant is. My daughter booked for 4 of us to dine for my birthday. It was 4 pm and no other diners here. However, the whole restaurant was fully booked for an evening party, and this was probably why late afternoon dining was restricted as they were preparing the dining area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was well presented, very hot and tasty. The service was excellent. At the end of our meal, the staff brought out a large profiterole with a candle and all sang happy birthday, a funny and thoughtful gesture. Will definitely dine here again.

Food was OK. My ravioli was lukewarm. I asked for tapwater with a slice of lemon, but didn't get any lemon. One of the two waiters that served us was very polite and friendly. The other one (had a very strong Italian accent) was a bit brusk. We have been a few times and will go back again.

Staff were very friendly and professional. The food and drink was just beautiful.

Last night my husband and I had the most delicious meal at Porada.The service was excellent and so too was the atmosphere!There was live music provided be an excellent singer and guitarist!

Just spent the most amazing day. The food, staff and surroundings were all first class. They went out of their way to accommodate my wheelchair bound brother and couldn’t do enough for him. Thank you! We will definitely see you again soon!

A fantastic night for my big son's birthday. The service is second to none - the friendliest waiters I've ever known. Fantastic food and lots of choice for coeliac, lactose intolerant me. Highly recommended!

As a regular customer, really disappointed the tempura king prawns have shrunk in size to what they once were, we both had a pasta dish my wife had chicken risotto and I had the cannelloni as soon as the parmesan cheese was sprinkled on top the dishes became very thick and stodgy! The garlic bread was way to thick and not cooked properly, it wasn't as though they were rushed off their feet in the open kitchen, here again why are the chefs not wearing a head covering? At the table of 8 next to us 4 people had fillet steak which was left / sent back as either being not cooked as ordered or being not of good quality. We told the waiter of our dissatisfaction but no one from the management team came over to discuss the issues we had with the food or even offer an apology. We used to love it here but won't be returning again which is a shame.

Fantastic food, welcoming waiters (especially Sergio!) who are great with children and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely fantastic night celebrating my son 21st birthday. The food was fabulous and the Porada team couldn’t do enough for us, we were truly spoilt 😊 nothing was too much trouble and they made it such a memorable 21st birthday for us all. Big thank you to team Porada 👍🏼

Arrived a bit early before opening but the friendly staff asked us to take a seat and have a drink. Family arrived and we enjoyed a lovely meal, well priced and in a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Lovely restaurant. 5 stars all round!

Wow- what an absolutely incredible restaurant! Service was absolutely impeccable - we felt wholly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Pricing is absolutely amazing on both food & drinks. The food itself was up there with the best Italian food I've ever eaten. Aesthetically the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous also. My first visit but it will definitely not be my last! Food was amazing, waiters were polite and humorous. The tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had and the chocolate brownie was delicious too, the drinks were amazing too. Would recommend.

Whitefield has a lot of restaurants but this place stands out. I ordered my favourite pasta and I could have swore i was in Italy. It was perfecto! The staffs were nice and the restaurant has a simple yet beautiful design.

Warm service, delightful food and cosy ambience - I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Porada and struggle to find fault with it. Will definitely come again and cannot recommend enough!

Party size of 17 Mothers Day Arrived in time for the 3pm booking, was told to wait as the table was not ready yet, we managed to sit down at 3:30pm Food menu arrived, set menu, no choice for kids on menu, We asked the waiter what could be done, and with a huff he went to ask someone pizza or Spag bol was an option but nothing for a starter for the kids. Not even some garlic bread Only Italian option on the main menu was a vegetarian lasagne. From 5 or 6 options and 2 included a fish options. 4pm order was taken, around 4:30 starters arrived, and around 5:30 mains arrived. The restaurant was very busy with the day it was, the staff seemed very stressed and over worked, with the chef shouting and swearing in the kitchen, we sat in a room next to the kitchen. Frok arriving to leaving the meal took over 3hrs with very long delays between courses and waiting staff who didn't seem too happy. The food itself was lovely, the service and customer experience no so much. I would imagine on a normal day the experience would be better, however knowing how busy you would be due to pre booking and having a large table party of 17 there seemed to be a under staffing issue.
