You can get a great workout here and it's open 24 hours a day. I wish they had lockers but everybody is very respectful just takes some getting used to.

Been here for 6 years. Love the owners, facility has many options for training, considerably more then other 24/7 gyms.

This is a great fitness center! Caleb is great to work with, the equipment is clean and top notch and it is in a perfect location if you are in Twin Lake, Whitehall, Montague and other nearby locations. Note!!! The website shows hours that are a bit limited but once you sign up it's open 24 x 7!! Go check it out!!

The equipment selection is excellent, and maintenance is always kept up. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
