I haven't been here in about a decade or more because the food was lackluster back then. Today was a different story because the food was on point...new oil was used and the flavors and chicken were all on point. The prices are still a little high but with the food being so good it was a little easier to take.

Ok, so it was 9pm on a Monday night and completely dead, so the review has context. But for my first time here, the wings were actually pretty darn good. Fresh, hot, moist inside, crispy on the outside, not over fried, and came completely drenched in the sauces I had asked for. When I ask for sauce, I want them drenched and that's what I got (without asking). The medium hot wings I got had a nice kick but enjoyable... Mild for a pro and perfect for a normal person who wants medium hot wings. The waiter was super attentive, not intrusive, and recognized when my beer was low... A very important quality in a restaurant for a beer drinker like myself! The beer selection for that matter was actually pretty extensive, at least 20 microbrews on tap. Perfect place to take my son after a long day at work and a solid baseball game.

We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was attentive and pleasant. I was not impressed with their menu however, my family likes their wings. I wish they offered more additional menu options. I am gave 2 stars based off the cleanliness. The floor was filthy and very sticky walking to our table and even near our table. You could see something had spilled and was not cleaned properly. The silverware also looked worn and discolored. Next time we can save on time and head to PJ'S in Bethlehem for wings, salads and more menu options. It just seemed like this is one restaurant that went downhill after the pandemic. In the past, a manager usually walked table to table asking how everything was. This did not happen during our visit.

We will never order from this place again. The fried pickles still had raw batter on them still, not to mention they were in a big ball of disgustingness, didn’t come with the sauce, which I guess didn’t really matter since they were not edible. The every piece of celery were extremely old and indelible. The fries tasted like day old fries from McDonald’s. Actually now that I think of it, day old fries probably would taste better then those pathetic excuse for french fries. The wings were mediocre and everything came cold. The food sat in the silly cardboard boxes for so long that the boxes were soggy. Not to mention this disgusting disappointment cost me almost $70 bucks. If I could turn back time. I would have erased the thought of ever ordering from this place last night. Actually scratch that, I would like to go back in time before I ever knew this place existed, the good ole days. Save yourself the money and don’t order from this sad excuse of a “restaurant”.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food as my last experience at a BWW was not the best. Chicken was well made and we tried the cauliflower which was awesome too. I was not a fan of the BWW Caribbean jerk flavor - it’s a little heavy with cinnamon/ clove for me personally. Craving wings? This is your spot.

I would not recommend this location. I went there on two separate occasions and had bad experiences both times. The servers never checked up on us. It took fourty-five minutes to get our food and the restaurant was not busy. The food tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for twenty minutes. Everyone that was with me got wings....which is really hard to mess up wings. Was literally gagging after every bite. We also received a skunked beer that caused my significant other to get sick.

Worst food ever. Made an online order. They didn't get it right. Forgot half my food. It was cold. And I was nice and they gave me attitude. Like it was my fault. Will never go back.

Waitress was horrible our entire order came out completely wrong and she blamed the cooks when it was her fault. Then after waiting for about another 30 min the order came out again my order was still wrong. Not to mention the waitress did not come by the table to see if we needed drinks or anything else or to assure us that the food would be out soon. Nothing even spoke to the manager and you would think that she would have comped us for something since it was over an hr that my food was not giving to me to eat finally... NO horrible place should just shut down!!!

Got take out tonight for my boyfriend and myself. My 20 piece boneless wings where so dry and basically had no sauce. I couldn’t even eat them. If they where bbq or Buffalo I would have just added sauce from home but I love their spicy garlic sauce so it was a total let down. Like what line cook put the sauce on these and was okay with that!? When you eat wings you eat them for their flavorful sauce not no dry chunk of chicken! Buffalo Wild Wings is known for their sauce right!? Anyways I gave 2 stars because my boyfriends traditional wings where fine.

Straight dog no kizzy. Food was colder than Santa’s bootyhole. Food was cold and came out hella late no kizzy. Water took so long as if it was coming from Africa.

Not the greatest not the worst experience. My partner and I got an ad in the mail for the new chicken sandwich and decided to have dinner there. We ordered the chicken and a few other items. When the chicken came out it was the smallest piece of meat on what seemed like an oversized bun. Pro tip to buffalo wild wings look at what burger king is doing and copy them. For about the same price burger king (a fast food joint) does it better.the greatest star of the meal was the blue cheese. It is always excellent and I could just chug a gallon of that for a meal (just kidding not that much... Or am I). The server was nice and pleasant and the fries were well done. If you go here stick to the basics like the wings.

Great spot, fast service! We had an amazing waiter he was a breath of fresh air around PA. Made sure my food was hot and freshly made over when it came out cold the first time. I ordered the spicy Doritos boneless chicken wings and I thought I received Asian zing because of the sticker but he assured us that it was what we asked for and even gave us another plate of six wings for the accommodation. I had a bourbon club soda and vanilla cream drink and it was delicious. Overall it was a great experience would come again.

Bre was our server, and she was fantastic! We came at a slow time and she had lots of time to talk with us and to make suggestions. She made a cocktail suggestion I wouldn't have thought of, and it turned out to be something I loved and that I'd order again? For sure! The wings were great- it was my first time eating at a BWW.

I love wings from this place, but I rarely go here to dine in. I order delivery a lot more often, even then it's still so expensive. The actual restaurant is kind of off putting, right when you walk in, the floor is always sticky. It was really noticeable every time I went. The saving grace is the entertainment they got playing on the plethora of TVs and projectors. The service just seems kind of nonchalant, just feels they aren't really worried about you. Overall I gotta give it three stars, if you want to watch the game and just eat some good wings, you'll probably have a good experience.

The service here was okay. This wasn't my favorite restaurant because there were not many people working, and we waited for 5 minutes before someone came to seat us and sat for 10 minutes before getting a sever to take our drink order. The food was good!

Ordered 45 wings for pickup on Super Bowl Sunday. Totally expected it to be a crappy experience, instead it was ready at the time we said, it was hot, it was delicious. Thank you so very much.

My grandson and his friends were there yesterday. They’re all under age of 17 and the waitress or waiter gave some of them alcoholic. The driver was not driving too good so my grandson got out off the car when he stop at the gas station. So my daughter had to go get him to pick up. Thank god my grandson used his common sense. But buffalo bills needs to ask for kids I’d before serving them alcohol.

I was excited for good wings and a nice sports bar atmosphere but my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings was deeply disappointing. Shortly after being seated our server brought us water like we asked but then rushed to put our drinks down while yelling in our ear at something she saw her coworker do that was funny, across the restroom to the hostess. Left us a bit confused to say the least. It took forever to get our order in and once our food was brought out it was cold and had to have it sent back to the kitchen. We only ordered wings… The server did not apologize for the wait or the cold food. All the servers were messing around and the other tables were obviously not pleased. The couple next to us had waited upwards to 15 minutes for their check. Needless to say I do not recommend this establishment or location!

Was a bit dark in there ..and food would of got better rating bit wings were semi cold when they came out and burger and fries were hot..other wise taste was great 👍

We came to enjoy football with our friend and our server could be nothing less than helpful. He didn’t want to be bothered with us except to tell us that we could order drinks and food via the QR code on the table. We were there during a shift change, and the nice girl after was super attentive.

Typically really enjoy BWW, but the service was so bad at this location I would never go back if that was my only experience. I ordered my food, and that is almost the last time I saw the waitress. To be fair, she did stop by 20 minutes after I got my food and saw my drink was empty and asked if I wanted a refill. She said she would be right back. I waited another 20 minutes, and never saw her. Finally I just walked up to the front, asked to pay so I could leave.

My bill was $41. I ordered two Children’s boneless wings which according to the picture was a nice serving. We received four nuggets each. My husband ordered cauliflower wings which he was charged $20 for. Overall the food was dry and so overpriced it’s ridiculous. I called to expressed my dissatisfaction and was told that my Pinyan was fair. I would never recommend this place.

Many trips here and can only opine on the bar experience. Maybe 3 out of 10 trips are ok. The rest are poor experiences. Food sometimes takes forever to come out even if the place isn't that busy. Some of the bartenders try to do a very good job. Problem is the bartender has to also make the drinks for every table in the place. The biggest problem with BWW is most of them have no manager at all running the place and it shows. Will probably never be back. Plenty of other places very close by.

Me, my brother and my Dad just went and we ordered. Our order taker, Austin, was super friendly, super chill, we loved him. Our food came out quick and we never ran out of drink. The food was really good too, it was overall a really solid trip.

My wings were cooked perfectly and good taste but.came out room temperature and not even warm. Also they put all the flavors on one plate and couldn't figure out how to determine which was which. Strawberry lemonade was good. Other entrees were good from my party. Young waiter was a bit more concerned flitting with the young girls at one table than ours so we felt like we were a bit left out in left field. Place was quiet since it was after 8PM. So that was nice. Kind of disappointed in our visit but it also wasn't horrible.

Tv's all over, watch whatever game you like. Burgers are great tasting with dollar wings in every flavor possible. Waitstaff is very friendly and quick with great service. Plenty of room, tables aren't right against one another. Outside patio for dining in the beautiful weather.

Very accomodating when we asked for special seating and viewing of sporting event. Server was gracious, attentive and efficient. Best onion rings I have had in years. Draft beer selection is great and arrived ice cold!

Overall a good experience but, if you order the buffalo chicken sandwich you will probably be disappointed. They literally throw a hunk of breaded chicken onto a bun and squirt on a little bit of buffalo sauce and throw a slice of cold cheese on it. Every other Buffalo wild wings I've gone to the chicken was tossed in the sauce, the cheese was melted on top and that's how the sandwich was presented. This place cuts major corners! The wings of course were excellent, but hopefully they will get a little better at some of the rest of their menu items.

I enjoy coming here for the boneless wings. My favorite sauce is the honey bbq as it's just the right level of heat for me. I also love the fried pickles since their dipping sauce really compliments the side. Lately the quality of the food has been good as well since in the past I've had issues with missing items in my pickup order. I will continue to come back again and again

The dbl burger was awesome. Street tacos are delicious, only issue I had were re heated ff but the waitress we had had gone back n brought me a fresh order Colleen was our waitress she may not have been there a long time but she surely was knowledgeable, kind, courteous. She did an amazing job. Thank you 😊

Chrissy the bartender was great. Her personality was warm and friendly. Good suggestions on drinks and food. The brisket burger didn't have that much brisket on top. They did get more..but called it extra. So not sure if I got the right amount... But could have been more for sure. Everything tasted great. We had a nice time and would go back mostly to see our bartender since she was so warm and friendly.

I would just like to say that these are the WORST wings I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered dry rub lemon pepper wings we’ll done. My wings came out soggy and red in the middle. Had to take them home and recook them. Still terrible. This is my first and last visit. Not impressed. Fries were cold and limp. For the amount of fries you receive they should come free with your meal. Waitress was nice food not so nice

This gets a 5 star rating. For once the service was excellent, the food came out super quick, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet. Please note: we were there at 11 PM. So it was not busy at all. I would question the hours a bit that they're open till 1 AM considering when we left it was a bit after midnight and they saw no new business. Hopefully it isn't this way all the time for them. Anyway my buddy got classic wings with traditional sauce. And I got boneless with Caribbean Jerk. Excellent.

This location sucks. Ordered take out and the wings had almost no sauce at all and were dry as hell on top of that everythingwas cold. The location smelled horrible. The customer service was a 0 out of 10. Do not go here. I wish there were a 0 star option. I would love the manager to reach out and refund me my money as I will never step foot in there again.

I came in on December 7th around 7:35 p.m. I had ordered the 10-piece boneless wings as well as an order of fries. The restaurant was having a deal for buy one get one for their wings. So I bought a 10-piece I got a 10-piece free. It took over 45 minutes for wings and an order of to come out. The waitress had told me that all of the staff in the kitchen were new. By the time my food got to me it was cold, and the fries were as hard as a rock. You couldn't even bite them. The waitress had such an attitude because I asked to have the fries taken off the bill due to they weren't even edible at that point. I then asked for a box for the chicken and a slice of cheesecake to go. She replied with "well our cheesecake comes with Carmel sauce on it". I said "Just throw it in box I've been here for over an hour I want to go". She stormed off then when she returned she proceeded to throw the empty box on the table and walked away. This was my first time coming to a buffalo wild wings and I think this will be my last.

I ordered 30(being a bogo day) traditional wild wings, all of my chicken were as hard as a rock. They looked like leftovers and I couldn't eat the wild wings peacefully, my jaws suffered the most and the moment I tried to warm them the harder they became. Please do better hopefully I don't jump over to chick fill-a
