Only thing nice about this place is that reception is nice but they seem to never answer the phone. They are always claiming that they have a high call volume and to leave a message that they never return the phone call like they say they are but when I actually get there I have never heard the phone ring once and there never that many people or any at all when I get there. The nursing assistant was rude and upset with me because I did not understand how her job worked when it’s literally her job to be able to explain things to me. I don’t have all day to be consistently calling and/or physically going there so I’ll just find another dentist that actually cares about their patients

They left a a huge part of my tooth after an extraction but still billed my insurance. Even after going back into have it looked at they allowed it to heal, locking in infection for years. Ruined my life, I was sick for years. My recent dentist advised to go to an oral surgeon so they could finish the extraction from years prior. They caused so many health issues that could have been avoided by doing their job correctly. Avoid this place at all costs they dont care about you or your health.

I had high hopes when coming to this location because I was recommended by others but when I went, I left disappointed and distraught. I was in search of a new dentist since leaving my pediatric office and was placed under the care of Dr. Yee. He took one look at my mouth and stated I had 5 cavities and gum disease. I go to the dentist pretty regularly and take decent care of my teeth so when he said that I was surprised. He said I needed a deep cleaning and there was nothing that could be done that day. I asked for him to come back again because I had never had a cavity and he was dismissive and walked away. I asked the hygienist if she could ask him to come back so he could show me where the cavities were and he refused. He said if I wanted to get a second opinion I could leave and go get one. I decided to go to OSU and was told I do not have gum disease or 5 cavities and will be getting my dental care there. If not for Justina and the friendly receptionist staff, I’d probably give this location a zero if possible. But Dr. Yee left a negative impression on me and I will not recommend this location to anyone in search of a dentist in the East side area

This office NEVER ANSWERS AND NEVER CALLS BACK so you can forget your emergency dental needs. They clearly could care less. I’m so glad I didn’t waste more time waiting to be called. This neglectful treatment shows exactly how they treat future clients. NO THANK YOU. Go elsewhere.

All the staff is amazing here from the front desk to Docs and the other staff. I call they get me right in. The experience was awesome. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist but not here. I have referred all my fam and friends. Great work.

Dr. Weis and Asia were AMAZING! They took great care of me and resolved an enamel issue that I had since my adolescence. I owe this new boost of smile confidence to them! The other staff were pleasant and had the best energies! I’d recommend Comfort Dental Whitehall to anyone!

Not bad service not the best either. I’d say substandard. The good outweighs the bad so it’s an average place. Most of the doctors are Knowledgeable but u never know which doctor u will get compared to some other places I’ve been Dont expect them to answer the phone though .

The office is a lot cleaner than it has been in the past. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to return to the Comfort Dental in Whitehall for all of my cleanings + dental needs!
